It's just a suggestion: an air vent for the bathroom.

The apartment was just great! The facilities were excellent, bathroom well equipped and so on. It was important for me that I could prepare my own breakfast and there was also some salt and pepper in the kitchen, which was nice since I forgot to bring them with me. As well, it was a nice detail that there was kitchen paper available for guests. Location was great for me and I could go to the city center in 20 minutes by walk. Hope I can stay here once again in the future!

Sentral beliggenhet. Nært sentrum og enkelt å komme seg til og fra byen. Enkel sjekk-inn og har de nødvendigste fasiliteter for å ha et flott opphold.

Ingenting å utsette, minus en spiker som stikker opp fra gulvet ved kjøkkenet som skapte noe irritasjon for føttene.

Czysto i przytulnie. W mieszkaniu Jest wszystko czego potrzeba do spędzenia miłego pobytu w Helsinkach. Kuchnia z wyposażeniem to duży plus. Rewelacyjna lokalizacja do centrum miasta i komunikacji miejskiej. 15 minut do pociągu. Bardzo podobała nam się winda w budynku 😃 My jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

- mieszkanie jest stare, dawno nieremontowane i słabo wysprzątane - pierwszy raz spotkaliśmy się z informacją dopiero po rezerwacji i opłaceniu o ewentualnych karach za zgubienie klucza lub zniszczenie wyposażenia - uważamy, że przy takim stanie mieszkania i jego wyposażeniu, to mocna przesada. Wielokrotnie spaliśmy w miejscach, w ktorych wyposażenie było zdecydowanie cenniejsze i nie było mowy o żadnych karach. Zastanawiam się, jakie doświadczenia ma właściciel. - aneks kuchenny śmierdział - stary brud pod płytą grzewczą w szczelinach - jedyny dpstępny garnek buł brudny - przyklejony ryż wewnątrz - warto wspomnieć, że apartament mieści się na 5 kondygnacji, a winda może być przerażająca dla niektórych (dodaje zdjęcie dla informacji)

Bien ubicado y acogedor, en un barrio tranquilo de Helsinki. El apartamento es más grande como se ve en las fotos, suficiente espacio para dos personas. Bien equipado en la cocina y salón. El baño tenía agua caliente y estaba calefaccionado. Fue sencillo encontrar las llaves, siguiendo las instrucciones de la dueña. Muy buen lugar para quedarse un par de noches

Dairede mikrodalga fırın, su ısıtıcısı, kahve makinesi, çamaşır makinesi gibi ihtiyaç duyulabilecek her şey var. Konum olarak gezilebilecek yerlere 20 - 25 dakika mesafede ama şehri yürüyerek keşfetmek istediğiniz zaman bu mesafe sizi etkilemiyor. Farklı yollardan farklı noktalara gidebiliyorsunuz.

Das ruhige Viertel und trotzdem zentral und fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Außerdem ein gepflegtes schönes altes Haus. 🏡 Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und es wurde alles gut erklärt.

Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden.

Polecam zmienić skrytkę na klucze. Obecnie jest kawałek od mieszkania, za rynną, na ulicy gdzie... sikają psy. Nie jest to fajne miejsce.

It was a very good place. Very clean and smells good. Very near to the center so perfect.

Overall, the apartment was clean, and the towels and bed linen smelled fresh after washing (so I disagree with some of the comments) - I was missing a mid size towel to dry your hair. The equipment was sufficient for a short stay (however basic tea and coffee would be a nice addition), and the location was great, about a 20-minute walk to major attractions, the metro, and Helsinki Central Station. But still quiet and dark at night. The check-in process was very smooth, with clear photos making it easy to find the key and access the apartment, and for the price, it’s definitely a great value option.

The apartment is not the newest, and although it was clean, the bathroom clearly needs renovation. The shower curtain, bedspread, and even the spare bed linen in the closet should be replaced, as they showed visible wear and stains and you wouldn't like to have it near you. The fees for damages or losing the key are excessively high, and it feels unfair that this information is only shared right before arrival. Taking out the trash is understandable, but for a professionally managed property, clearer instructions (especially in English) would be expected. Also, there is no air conditioning, which could be an issue during the summer months.

I absolutely loved the location, in one direction, a beautiful walk along the water. I also loved the quiet time, it made relaxation much easier. I am very satisfied.

A downside to a peaceful place like this is the atmosphere of the building. It sometimes seemed too quiet and one wrong move and you would mess up something, joking of course.

Gostei muito da minha temporada neste apartamento! É só olhar bem as instruções para pegar a chave e ver as fotos das instruções no booking. Quando tive dúvidas, entrei em contato com o proprietário pelo booking e fui rapidamente atendida. Excelente custo/benefício!!

O único detalhe que eu poderia falar é que as toalhas, apesar de estarem limpas, não estavam cheirosinhas. Também acho que o descarte do lixo no prédio poderia ser mais bem explicado, pois, para pessoas de outros países, pode ficar um pouco confusa a forma de separação nas diferentes categorias.

Nice small flat, quite clean

Dishes were very dirty when we arrived. There was to few toilet paper and kitchen paper towels for our stay. The dish washing cloth in the kitchen was wet when we arrived, so we were unsure if if was a fresh one. The washing machine is only separated from the shower by a shower curtain and thus starting to rust.

Good location, near the center. The apartment was clean and easy to find.

It was a little bit cold but it is okay in winter period. And the electric stove was old so it was a little bit stressful to turn it on.

Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut in Helsinki. Alles da, was man für ein paar Tage Stadtbesichtigung braucht. Ruhig, innenstadtnah.

Wie andere schon meinten, könnte die Matratze besser sein. Der kleine Herd sollte mal richtig geputzt werden (sonst war alles sauber) und es wäre schön gewesen, ein sauberes, nicht benutztes Küchenhandtuch vorzufinden. War vielleicht einmalig vergessen worden. Eine Liste, wie der Abfall sortiert werden soll, wäre hilfreich.

Celkem vše bylo dobré, vše fungovalo, postel byla pohodlná, velmi ticho na spaní, blízko obchody a památky.

Umístění schránky na klíče se velmi špatně hledá, hledali jsme to hodinu, chtělo by to změnit. Trochu nám chybělo nádobí na vaření, například ještě jeden hrnec na vaření a kvalitní velká pánev, ale nebylo to kritické.

The price is very good for Helsinki, the bed is comfortable. There's plenty of silverware, plates and bowls in the kitchen, has a microwave, a mini fridge, and a 2 burners stove to make breakfast in the morning is a plus.

The walk to the studio is a little uphill, not easy to find the lock box, it's across the street from the building behind a drain pipe. It's about a 18 min walk to the city center. The furnishing is very simple, and the shower has no door, just a shower curtain, so water is everywhere on the floor after showering, plus there's mold on the floor where the shower is. There's no power outlet by the bed.

Everything was clean (except I guess the grout in the bathroom floor tiles) and the furniture was comfortable. Kitchen was well-stocked. The location was very convenient. The price was fantastic when comparing to hostel dorm rooms. To counter some complaints in previous reviews, the lock box was easy to find and the check in instructions were clear. There was a double socket behind the bed. The curtain was great at blocking the light and there were Venetian blinds as well. No curtain on the kitchen window but that also had a blind. The apartment was sunny in the day and dark at night -- with the caveat that, as stated below, I had heat issues so I had to have the blinds closed from early in the day and the windows open and unobstructed during the night so I could not enjoy these benefits.

The apartment was unbearably hot both day and night - and I say this as someone who is not particularly sensitive to heat. I could only sleep between around 2am and 7am. I didn't even realise how bad this was making me feel until the temperature finally dropped on my final evening. To make it worse, there was no way to turn off the heated towel rail so I was sweating even after a cold shower. Note that I didn't raise these issues with the host as it would not have been convenient to accommodate their resolution during my stay, but I'm sure the host would have been helpful. I hope they will invest in a fan for future summer guests. Relatively minor issues: Be nice to have a bedside lamp as the overhead lighting is quite bright. Damage and lost key fees are ridiculous and not disclosed until after booking, even on a non-refundable booking. Not sure they are even enforceable given that but it does mean you feel you have to be overly careful with everything you use. I was happy to take my rubbish out on checkout, but I had no idea how to sort it. The host should include instructions (translations) or include rubbish removal as part of housekeeping. There was no bin in the bathroom, only in the kitchen. There is a picture on the listing of outdoor furniture on a terrace but this is a communal terrace a floor below that had no furniture and apparently isn't to be loitered on (according to the building rules in the main foyer).

Room was really good. Clean, dark so I could sleep, quiet and calm, everything (shampoo, coffee etc) ready, good location as tram 6T and 7T was really close (walking distance). Quick communication and instructions given, key pick up was easy with the instructions.

Close to the city center and all important facilities.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location was very good and it was quiet at night, good amount of cooking utensils and kitchen/bathroom supplies, smart TV as well which was a nice touch. Shower was brilliant.

The fees for braking an item/losing keys were a bit odd. If you broke a cup you would be fined the cup price + 50 euro which seemed extortionate especially when there was very limited shelf space for washed dishes and mugs, felt as though the owner almost wanted you to break something cheap so he could fine you 50 euro. 200 euro for a key replacement as well isn't proportionate. Bed was not good, clearly quite cheap. Could also see a lot of DIY around the apartment, in particular masking tape to keep the window closed and the floor in place. Also good luck finding the lock box :)

Cozy, quiet and well equipped apartment, including kitchen, great location and a helpful host, can only recommend.

Limited room for clothes storage (closed closets probably by mistake), and just as advice, white crisp towels and cotton bed linen would be a great add-on.

Sunny was available to help when I had problems finding the lockbox. He called me back right after I sent a message and directed me to the keys. It was very helpful. The room was very clean and cosy in a location between the city centre and other interesting districts.

Could not find the lockbox. Would advise anyone else planning to stay to contact Sunny as soon as possible to get the details and directions. Other than that I would stay again.

Apt sparsely equipped. I rent apartments because I like to cook; that was hard here. Building under renovation so construction noises all the time.

Very close to tourist attractions. Not difficult to get to the city centre because the distance is walkable and tram is easily accessible. Cozy. Have everything you need.

A bit cold at night but I was there when the temperature was -15 to -20 degrees.

There was a good wifi connection. The location was reasonably central.

The studio was far from"trendy": it was poorly- and sparsely-furnished & equipped; I was only given one towel; the bathroom floor was dirty with black mould.

It's a wonderfully quiet apartment in a great location. The apartment had everything that I needed and access to the apartment was simple and straightforward. I loved being there.

It was not clean when we arrived. The bathroom was not cleaned (seemed that the toilet was not cleaned in a while). I cleaned it and then it was fine. The bed sheets smelled pretty bad as well like they haven‘t been changed in a while. However when I told that to the host, she was so kind and brought us new sheet right away. This was very nice of her!

Nice natural lights. Located in a beautiful area with artistic architecture and pleasant atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy. We felt safe and comfortable at this place. Recommended!

There is no curtain on one of the windows so in summer the room could still be quite bright at night/early morning.

The keys were easy to find following the host's instructions. Location was also very convenient with just a 15 minute walk to the center/bus and train terminal. There's two supermarkets not far from the apartment and the neighborhood is a quiet residential area. The place has a small kitchen and bathroom for most basic things, including a washer.

Would have been nice with a fan or something to cool off because it got pretty hot in the evening during the summer, so I spent most nights having difficulty sleeping.

Tidy and comfort room for two people!

Wonderfully located (central, but peaceful), very clean, pleasantly minimalistic and plain. Nice wooden floor, comfortable table and chairs. Easy self-service.

The bed is a bit softer than necessary. The spoons, forks and plates are enough for one person, but just barely enough for two.
