Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The location was great, in a nice and quiet area, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and well organized. Everything I needed was easily accessible.
The only small suggestion would be regarding the pillows, which were a little thin and small for my preference. Having an extra pillow available for guests who prefer a higher or firmer one would be a nice touch. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would happily stay here again!

I když jsme měli objednaný čtyřlůžkový apartmán, připravené byly pouze dvě postele, kontaktování majitele bylo bez reakce. Nakonec jsme našli postele ukryté ve skříni, nepovlečené, nepřipravené. Trouba v kuchyni byla nefunkční, vzhledem k víkendu, nebyl nikdo, kdo by jí opravil. 2 dny před odjezdem nám sice bylo nabídnuto přetěhování do jiného apartmánu, ale to už pro nás nemělo smysl.

They did not give the the studio which I had booked! I sent a message with a complaint and the reply was simply "thank you for reaching out, we will check"! I am uploading pic of the tiny studio, far away from my reservation!! Do not recommend anyone to take such risk of being deceived! P.S. the so called working area was useless, because it was dark and the only lamp's cable was too short to reach the electric plug!

The beds are too small in the studio, they move easily and it’s uncomfortable. Could do with additional pillows. The bathroom is super basic. It’s all super basic but okay if you don’t have to stay long.

Abbiamo avuto l'esigenza di spostare i letti e sotto c'era molta polvere. Vale la pena evidenziare che per arrivare all' appartamento ci sono diverse salite per cui con i bagagli non è stato propriamente agevole. Il frigorifero era un po' rumoroso

There was mold in the bathroom and they didn't have any other free apartments in this or nearby locations, so my options were to either book another place and hope that booking.com will process a refund for me or to just stay. I couldn't find anything that wasn't either too far or too expensive, so I chose to stay and was stressing out the whole time. They sent a cleaner who did his best to clean the mold, but he couldn't get all of it out. Also the hairdryer was broken and I could only get a replacement the next day, so I wasted several hours waiting for my hair to dry on its own.

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Die Bilder haben ein anderes Appartement gezeigt. Wir hatten mehr Platz erwartet. Außerdem hatten wir für 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind gebucht, aber das Kind hatte weder einen Stuhl noch Handtücher bekommen. Auf Nachfrage hieß es das Appartement wäre nur für zwei Personen. Beim Buchen sollte also ganz genau darauf geachtet werden, wie das Zimmer bestückt ist. Kinderfreundlich ist es nicht besonders: Messer in einer ungesicherten Schublade auf Kleinkindhöhe, Haustüre lässt sich von innen nicht abschließen, Betten sind extrem schmal und nur zusammen geschoben. Das Appartement war sauber, aber hier und da waren noch flecken und Reste der Vormieter.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026L’équipement est bien, vous avez aussi un fer à repasser et une planche, sèche cheveux, serviettes, micro-onde, grille pain et cafetière. L’emplacement est très bien, en moins de 10 minutes à pied on arrive à la gare centrale, le quartier est très bien servi.
Les matelas sont horribles, j’ai eu mal au dos dès la première nuit, il n’y avait pas de gel douche, j’en ai acheté au magasin et j’ai laissé le flacon pour les autres visiteurs, aussi dans la cuisine il y a tous les outils nécessaires, mais si vous voulez cuisiner il faut acheter le starting pack, cet à dire sel poivre sucre et huile, je n’ai pas trop aimé non plus le fait d’avoir reçu un nombre incalculable de mails, pour des rappels pour les règles la propretés etc…, et aussi on m’avait demandé plus de 20 euros pour un Check in anticipé de 2h, alors j’ai laissé mes valises à la gare des trains j’ai payé 3,90 pour 3 heures et j’ai fait le check in après.

Non c'è un comodino o luce vicino al letto. Se succede qualcosa in orario serale o sei senza telefono impossibile ricevere supporto. Sauna condominiale ma non ci sono istruzioni per accedere. Televisione non funzionava.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem - przed przybyciem na miejsce mieliśmy już komplet informacji, jak dotrzeć, jak znależć nasz pokój oraz jaki jest kod do drzwi; apartament był bardzo przestronny, czysty, schludny oraz wyposażony we wszystkie niezbędne akcesoria; była możliwość wykupienia usług dodatkowych tj. łóżeczko dziecięce, dodatkowe ręczniki, wcześniejsze zameldowanie i późniejsze wymeldowanie; bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyła nas możliwość bezpłatnego przechowania bagażu po wymeldowaniu; cały kompleks ma też oczywiście swoją saunę :) Lokalizacja była również świetna - w okolicy kilka sklepów spożywczych i knajp, blisko przystanek autobusowy, z dworca kolejowego można dojść spacerem, a historyczne centrum jest równie niedaleko. Bardzo udany pobyt - polecam zatrzymać się w Forenom!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Le studio est bien situé pour visiter Helsinki à pied et en tramway. La partie living est grande. L'entrée se fait facilement. Le studio donnait sur une cour et était tranquille.
L'alcôve où se situe les deux lits est si étroite qu'il faut faire de la gymnastique pour se coucher et se lever. Les lampes de chevet étaient débranchée et, étant donnée l'étroitesse de l'alcôve, je n'ai pas pu les rebrancher. Il manque d'équipements de cuisine ( verres, casseroles, etc...)

Huolto ei toiminut: toisena päivänä sulakkeet olivat lauenneet olohuoneen osalta.Kun soitin aspaan, niin sanottiin, että huolto on saatavilla vasta seuraavana päivänä. Selvitin itse sulakekaapin sijainnin ja työnsin automaattisulakkeet päälle takaisin. Todennäköisesti päivällä tehty huolto ja sulakkeet unohtuneet pois päältä. 2 päivän päästä oli asuntoon tullessa tv päällä, ehkä huoltomiehet sitten käyneet? Matkalaukkusäilytys täysi huijaus: soitin asiakaspalveluun, sain ohjeet , mutta automaattinumero ei todellakaan toimi eli ei osaa yhdistää puh.nroa ja varausta eikä kysy varausnumeroa. Raahasin siis laukut rautatieaseman maksulliseen säilytykseen.

Las camas son individuales, no había cama de matrimonio y además estaban unidas de manera poco ortodoxa. Cuarto de baño es muy pequeño y la ducha está junto al inodoro, resulta incómodo y el agua sale del plato de ducha y moja la alfombra. No hay útiles de cocina para manipular alimentos en el horno. Entra mucha luz a determinadas horas de la noche y resulta difícil conciliar el sueño. Edificio antiguo y ascensor incómodo. La TV es muy antigua y dificulta el uso de la Red o la conexión de dispositivos vía inalámbrica. En las fotos se veía mejor.

Mancanza di materia prima (essendo un appartamento mancavano le cose basiche per cucinare come olio, sale e zucchero) Lavastoviglie presente ma non funzionante (non un grosso problema per i pasti minimi che abbiamo consumato in appartamento) e doccia con la tenda Ma in linea di massima tutto assolutamente gestibile

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Bardzo dobra lokalizacja apartamentu. Od kilku do kilkunastu minut piechotą do sklepu, przystanków komunikacji, najbliższych atrakcji turystycznych czy wybrzeża. Bezproblemowe dostanie się do budynku i mieszkania po otrzymaniu kodów dostępu. Może apartament nie jest pierwszej nowości i są widoczne ślady użytkowania, to jest czysty i przygotowany na przybycie gości. W budynku jest dostępna sauna w wybrane dni i godziny dla kobiet /mężczyzn.
Zdjęcia w ofercie nie do końca przedstawiały wybrany apartament. Łazienka w rzeczywistości jest mniejsza i ma mniej miejsca, ponieważ została tam umieszczona pralka.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Espace de la pièce de vie suffisamment grand, bien équipé (tv, micro-onde, four, lave-vaisselle). Nous avons apprécié avoir une grande table, un canapé, un fauteuil. Pas de bruit extérieur.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié la douche dans les toilettes (pieds dans l'eau après la douche...) et ne pas pouvoir fermer le verrou depuis l'intérieur (même si à priori on ne peut pas ouvrir depuis l'extérieur car il faut le code mais ça aurait été rassurant en tant que voyageusE)

Brak podstawowych narzędzi kuchennych - patelnia, drewniana/silikonowa łyżka, nóż do krojenia mięsa, warzyw, stary telewizor - mało kanałów, brak dostępu do YouTube, Netflix itd.

El apartamento que nos asignaron no se parecía al anunciado en Booking ni a las fotos del código QR del propio alojamiento. No eran pequeños cambios de decoración: desaparecían la zona de estar con sofá, sillón y mesa de centro, y la cama ya no estaba parcialmente separada por una cortina, sino que ocupaba prácticamente toda la estancia. Si hubiéramos visto fotos reales del apartamento, nunca lo habríamos reservado. Lo comunicamos desde el primer momento, pero la única respuesta fue que las imágenes eran orientativas, sin ofrecernos ninguna solución ni compensación. No recomendamos en absoluto este sitio, creemos que el anuncio ofrecido es engañoso.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026La localisation, proche de plusieurs lignes de tram et de la gare centrale (même à pied). Pour les courses il y a un petit supermarché un arrêt de tram plus loin, sinon j'ai fréquenté le S market de la gare. L'appartement était très confortable, relativement silencieux et suffisant pour un séjour de 8 jours. J'y reviendrai certainement lors de mon prochain séjour en Finlande.
La machine à laver de l'appartement ne fonctionnait pas (il y a bien une salle avec des machines à disposition, mais il n'y en a que deux de disponibles, il faut planifier ses machines), et ayant lu un peu vite j'ai assumé qu'il y aurait un sèche cheveux à disposition, et il n'y en avait pas. Pour ceux qui ont besoin du noir complet pour dormir, apportez un masque car les rideaux n'étaient pas suffisants.
