The apartment is spacious. Easy access to public transport and supermarket nearby. The host is very responsive and provided helpful information. The host is also very generous to provide nice cooking ware, various seasoning and tea, coffee, snack. Thank you!

The dinning area and sofa are in the middle bedroom, and you have to go through this room when you go in and out from the ensuite room. The sink and shower drain is a bit slow. It would be nicer if there are also a table and chairs in the ensuite room. These are all minor issues for us. We still enjoy our stay at this apartment.

Все було добре, гарні ліжка, 2 санвузли, і кухня на якій все продумано і розраховано для комфортного перебування. 1 поверх що дуже зручно.

Хотілося б ще крісел, бо нам 4 крісла для столу було замало. Але, гадаю, це не зіпсувало відпочинку:)

El apartamento es curiosamente, mucho mejor de lo que dicen. Es amplio, cómodo, tiene dos baños. El menaje, las sábanas, las toallas y todo en general es de calidad y aunque no está en el centro, está muy bien comunicado. Mecerce la pena...totalmente.

Lo único que es preocupante, es que la tercera cama del apartamento para seis personas, está en un altillo de difícil subida y bajada. En cambio si son niños...les parece el no va más. Para adultos...complicado. Todo lo demás...muy muy bien.

Séjour à 6 en famille avec 3 enfants et leur grand père. L’appartement est très spacieux, lumineux. Beaucoup d’éléments pour faire la cuisine, une literie confortable (bémol peut être pour la mezzanine, mais les enfants y étaient très contents). Il y a du gel douche, de quoi dépanner le premier petit dej, ce qui est sympa. L’appartement est desservi par de nombreux transports en commun (tram, bus 14A, S-Bahn) ce qui était bien car le tramway était exceptionnellement interrompu pour la semaine ou plus étions la, pas de chance.

Il n’y a que quatre chaises, ce qui est dommage dans un appartement avec 6 couchages et ne permet pas de prendre le repas tous ensemble. Un bémol également.La communication avec l’hôte était vraiment très étrange. Une fois la réservation faite on reçoit bcp trop d’informations manifestement automatiques qu’on n’a pas demandées ce qui fait qu’on se perd dans les infos vraiment utiles. Ensuite, Parfois l’hôte répondait instantanément aux messages qu’on pouvait lui poster sur booking, proposant son aide, d’autres fois il disparaissait complètement et ne donnait plus signe de vie. Le dernier événement étrange étant qu’il me propose de m’apporter deux chaises supplementaires, ce qui aurait été franchement sympa, mais qui n’est jamais arrivé, sans aucune autre explication et plus aucune contact. Au total, aucun contact direct, ce qui fait qu’a un moment je me suis demandée si je discutais avec une IA. Bref, pas bien grave, mais cela donne une impression franchement inconfortable. Il n’y a pas eu de soucis avec le très étrange système d’ouverture fermeture de la location via un code qu’on reçoit juste avant d’arriver, mais je comprends les commentaires précédents qui se plaignent de ce système inhabituel. S’il y avait eu un soucis je ne suis pas sure que j’aurais réussi à contacter qui que ce soit…

Ideal apartments, super clean and comfortable, very nice location, great Host, very cheap underground parking nearby, train station, a few supermarkets and around 40 min to center by walking.

Sehr ruhige Lage und in den beiden Zimmern zwei sehr komfortable Doppelbetten und zwei Bäder, so dass wir mit zwei Ehepaaren komfortabel übernachten konnten. Fürs Frühstück gab es verschiedene Teebeutel, Kaffeekapseln, und sogar Marmelade und Nutella in kleinen Portionen.

Bei dem Bett im Wohnzimmer fehlen Steckdosen für die vorhandenen Nachtischlampen und es gibt keine Schränke, nur eine Kleiderstange.

Todo , el detalle de las capsulas de cafe, te , mermeladas, limpieza, cocina con todo detalles como si estuvieras en tu casa, enfrente una parada de autobús y muy cerca estación metro tranvía y trenes..

Literalmente todo recomendado 100% eso que siento que las fotos no sacan todo sus partes del apartamento cuenta con todo tiene 2 baños uno es enorme.

Everything was perfect!

Super comfortable and lovely apartment in a nice building. Perfect for 5 people. Third bed is on mezzanine level with quite steep steps; rather for children. Two bathrooms are a big bonus with all toiletries you may need. Very well equipped kitchen. Great location on a quiet street; bus stop opposite the building.

Mieszkanie na wysokim parterze, 3 pokoje, kuchnia, 2 łazienki. Czyste, wygodne, dwa pokoje duże, jeden mniejszy, wystarczająco przestrzeni dla 6 dorosłych osób. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Dobra komunikacja do centrum metrem i tramwajem, blisko sklep spożywczy.

Mieliśmy początkowo problem z rezerwacją i później z wejściem do apartamentu. Dostaliśmy kod wejściowy do budynku, ale nie do apartamentu. W dniu przyjazdu utrudniony kontakt z właścicielem. Szczęśliwie po ok 30 minutach udało nam się wejść. W jednej z sypialni łóżko na antresoli, bardziej dla dzieci niż dorosłych. Jeden pokój przechodni. Mimo wszystko polecam, jesteśmy zadowoleniu z pobytu.

The location is very good. Easy access to most sightseeing locations. The property is quite equipped. Host is very helpful. 2 bathrooms are a big plus. The internet is very fast. There is an extra bed which can be used for kids.

There is no AC. The second washroom is very small.

Big space, fully equiped, not in the centrum, but well-accessible by public transport. And if you like walking, you can even walk to downtown or Schönbrunn. Fast communication via Booking.

We would only appreciate some hangers for wet towels.

Spacious and clean appartment. Everything was great.

The only thing we lacked - there were 4 forks and 4 chairs but we were five.

Brand new apartment with all amenities needed; dishwasher, washing machine, hair dryer, towel, linen, TV, internet, boiler, toaster, cleaning products....how to say, everything was there, even small chocolates and cooking spices. Most important apartment was clean, spacious and with very good mattress. Location is not in the touristic city center by foot so you need to take a public transport to reach it, but easy to get there with many bus/trams stop nearby and in 15 min you are there, Very close to apartment you have a supermarket and many shops, Owner and assistance was good and quick when we ask for support and information. To celebrate new year's eve the owner brought us a bottle of wine.

It was clean, it had all the necessary equipments. Also the location was good. The train station was near
