Falsterbo Guesthouse - Modern Comfort with Private Patio

Lage, Lage, Lage Wunderschöner Sandstrand, wenig Touristen Netter Vermieter: kümmert sich sofort, wenn etwas fehlt. Couch zum Schlafen bequem

Anfangs modriger Geruch, nach ausführlichem Lüften ok Schimmel in der Dusche Defekte Tür im Bad Man konnte nur 1 Fenster zum Lüften öffnen. Relativ dunkel Doppelbett: Matratze zu weich Niedrige Decke Viele Insekten (Vermieter kann natürlich nichts dafür.)

Wir waren für eine Nacht da. Praktische Lage in einer sehr komfortabel umgebauten Garage, separater Eingang und ein schön angelegter, privater Innenhof zur eigenen Nutzung sowie super nette und im Fall der Fälle fix erreichbare Gastgeber. Es war sauber und man fühlt sich wohl. Der nahe Strand ist wundervoll und die Wohngegend sehr schön und ruhig.

Das Bett ist sehr weich, falls man gerne härter schläft, ist das wichtig zu wissen - für uns trotz dessen gemütlich und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen.

Madrassskydd fläckigt , soffan likaså, upplevs sunkigt, spolknappen wc/ mörka fläckar, likaså toalettborsten….. saknades underlakan, otvättade fönster, en mus på väg in i rummet, Känns väldigt lättförtjänta pengar, kommer inte att rekommendera

Die Unterkunft ähnelt einer Garage. Es war sehr ungepflegt, außen und innen alles voller Spinnen und Spinnweben. Flecken von tot geschlagenen Insekten waren an der Wand. Zudem wurde die Unterkunft nicht richtig gereinigt - die Schubladen und der Kühlschrank waren innen dreckig, in der Spülmaschine und in der Kaffeemaschine waren noch die Reste vom Vorgänger. Wir haben uns nicht wohlgefühlt. Extrem schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Nothing - it was perfect

Quiet location. The beach near the house is beautiful. All necessary amenities are provided (except sugar and oil). Parking is available, though slightly detached from the house. The host is polite and friendly.

It was difficult to find the house and entrance upon arrival, so we had to call the host. A light in the corridor leading to the house door would be appreciated.

It’s a great place for a relaxing few days even during winter. It’s close to the beach and a nice base to visit the Måkläppen nature reserve 🦭

The apartment was modern, very clean and well equipped. The location close to the beach is superb! Alex, the host, is very friendly and discrete. Communication worked perfectly!

A little small for a family but worked for us perfectly fine!

- Location was very good for birdwatching during the autumn migration. Close to the beach. - Bed was extremely comfortable - Bathroom was nice with large shower - All very clean - Serviceable kitchenette with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer

Only minor nitpicks, nothing major - Quite dark, especially in the kitchenette - Plug sockets were in inconvenient places - no plug socket in the kitchen for the kettle for example. - Only one pillow each

Very nice apartment, close to the beach. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The little garden is a perfect place to relax.

Stove top was not working needed more towels bedding was so so. Lots of workmen around property

It is cosy, spacious and private We especially liked the following points: - The bed is very comfortable. - Everything in this apartment is well-designed - Very technological, e.g. there is wireless charging near the bed

on the picuters it looked promising. it was newly built shower, floor, electronics all there

actually it felt like you sleep in a garage. syphon in the shower was not existant(?) something gives constantly a very special odour. we think if the owner coult fix the bathroom issue, it could be a nicer place to stay a few days

Freshly renovated/converted space with lots of mod cons, including two different cables for device charging & two wireless charging stands near double bed. Bed is very comfortable as well as the sofa that can work as a single bed as well. Everything super clean and modern. Kitchen well equipped, dishwasher and tablets provided and oven works both as conventional and microwave oven. Nespresso machine was provided with pods. Host very helpful and responded to any requests for extra help swiftly and smoothly (e g borrow scales to weigh baggage). 10 min walk to beach. Near picturesque town centre as well.

No views as such, but cleverly constructed so it felt private and separate from main house
