Dans une des salles de bains, le miroir était cassé et recolle avec du Scotch, il manquait une paroi de douche et on arrivait partout, le WC était bouché er il fallait tirer plusieurs fois la chasse d'eau et l'eau du lavabo ne s'écoulait pas normalement. La porte d'une des chambres, celle qui donnait dans le séjour ne fermait pas, il fallait mettre une chaise devant Pas assez de vaisselle pour 8 personnes, pas 8 mugs, pas assez de couverts pour 8 personnes Cafetière déficiente Pas de toaster Four sale Pas de lampe de chevet de chaque côté du lit Une personne est venue... c'est comme cela, il ne semblait même pas au courant!

Una de las duchas no tenía mampara y tuvimos que ducharnos 7 personas en un solo baño. Las almohadas eran demasiado blandas y hubo que poner cojines debajo de las mismas. No había ningún tipo de amenities.

Location and size of apartment

It only had the bare minimum. Beds were very uncomfortable. Main bedroom door would not stay closed and the floor raised just a bit so you would stub your toe walking out of the bedroom . No mirrors besides in bathroom. Nowhere to hang clothes in bedroom.

Locatie in oude stad, heel gezellige omgeving, veel winkels en restaurants. Zeer ruim appartement, voldoende servies en keukenspullen om eventueel zelf te koken. 2 badkamers met toilet, wc papier, shampoo, doucheschuim, theedoek, vaatwasblokjes aanwezig

Onduidelijk hoe de deur op slot moest, geen elektrisch koffiezetapparaat, bedden matig, 1 douchedeur ontbrak waardoor badkamer erg nat werd.

Lage war perfekt, mitten in der Altstadt, einziger Nachteil war, dass man nicht direkt mit dem Taxi oder Auto vorfahren konnte. Die Wohung war geräumig und die Zimmeraufteilung gut.

Die Bäder waren definitiv repariert worden und das nicht sonderlich gut. Man sah wo repariert wurde, an den stellen war nicht super sauber gearbeitet worden und dadurch hat sich da auch teilweise Dreck gesammelt.

Utrolig sentralt, midt i Gamlebyen

Es hätte alles in allem sauberer sein können, vor allem im Küchenbereich. Auch die Ausstattung der Zimmer war sehr spartanisch. Die Betten waren schon sehr durchgelegen. Im Bad war der Spiegel geklebt und die Dusche hatte keine Tür, so dass das Bad nach dem Duschen pitschenass war.

Esta muy bien situado en el centro de la ciudad antigua, es muy amplio y cómodo para acceder. Las camas son cómodas y la cocina estaba equipada con todo, aunque no la utilizamos, ya que esta rodeado de cafeterías y restaurantes.

El check out es muy pronto a las 10 y uno de los baños, la mampara de la ducha no tenia puerta y el espejo roto.

Fantastisk beliggenhed. Stor og flot lejlighed med flotte badeværelser og gode brusere. Gode senge. Der var rent og pænt. Rigtig god kommunikation med udlejer, som svarede meget hurtigt på vores henvendelser.

Der manglede natborde og sengelamper samt klædeskabe/skuffer. Det ene soveværelse var varmt, og uden vindue. De 2 stegepander var beskidte og ubrugelige. Der burde være instrukser indvendig på døren, som forklarer låsemekanismen, men udlejer svarede straks da vi skrev og spurgte.

Fijn groot appartement, perfecte centrale ligging om Stockholm te verkennen. Ondanks dat je midden in de stad zit was het snachts echt heel stil. Fijne bedden.

Het appartement is erg sober ingericht. Geen kasten om kleding uit je koffer op te bergen. Keukeninventaris mag qua glazen en mokken ook wel iets uitgebreider. De 4e slaapkamer heeft geen ramen, dat zou zeker vermeld mogen worden. Daarbij was het vanwege de stadsverwarming erg warm in het appartement. Ze konden dat voor het hele appartement uitzetten, maar dan zit je misschien in de kou....

Lite klent köksutrustning : inget durkslag, ingen ugnsfast form bl.a. Men helt OK för några dagar när man inte hinner laga så mycket mat.

Great location right in the middle of Gamla Stan. Fantastic value for money. Good size apartment - 3 of us stayed and we had plenty of space with 2 bathrooms. It was easy to check in with the codes provided and good communication from host. Nice and warm despite the cold weather. Wifi worked well. Cleaned well before our arrival. A lot of plug sockets, I've never seen so many in an apartment.

No bedside lockers except one bedroom. Nowhere to put clothes in bedrooms so everything stayed in suitcase or in the or on the floor. Even a clothes rail would have been great Smallest double room is too small for bed with only enough room at the end for a suitcase. The gap between the wall and bed. Okay for one person, but 2 people would struggle. There was a lamp on the windowsill because there's no room for one beside the bed. One of the showers is missing part of the door, so can't be used without soaking the bathroom. The other shower leaks under the door if used for more than a couple of minutes. We used towels around the edges. There's also no cubby to hold any products, so shower gel and shampoo had to sit on the floor. It wasn't very clear how to control heating. A couple of times, we were too warm and had to open windows to cool down because it didn't seem like we could turn down the heating. Front door into building is very stiff and needs to be shoved to open. Overall a good apartment, but quite a few minor issues that wouldn't take a lot of time or money to fix.

Bra för oss som behövde fyra sovrum och bra umgängesyta. Bra att vi kunde få en spjälsäng och bara några trappsteg upp till lägenheten. Perfekt läge mitt i Gamla stan. Bra pris, bokar gärna igen.

A localização central.

Um dos quartos era mais frio que as restantes divisões do alojamento. Orgia ajuda para resolver esta situação, mas nada foi feito. Os duches têm resguardos que não isolam a água, deixando o chão bastante molhado.

The location in the Old Town. Loads of bars & restaurants right outside the door. Very convenient for Royal Palace. Apartment was very spacious & warm. Hosts were very responsive.

No real issues. Couldn't get TV or Netflix working but we didn't ask for help either. A toaster would have been a nice touch.

Location is fantastic. Right in the heart of the old town above the shops of the Main Street however very quiet inside the property and the street to access the property is quiet too even during our stay over Christmas and new year.

Unable to control heating. There are thermostats in most rooms however we assume they are broken as it was impossible to change the temperature on the thermostats. The showers were a problem whereby the water doesn’t drain away towards the drain so floods the entire room if you aren’t really careful. We avoided by turning water on minimum and turning off and on during showering and we were fast showering too. Dishwasher was also blocked so we weren’t able to use which wasn’t an issue as we didn’t use the kitchen very much. No welcome pack which was greatly missed and would have been appreciated just so we had more options than water to drink on arrival.

Ev soğuk idi. Elektrik kesilince eve giremedik. Ev sahibi yapacak bir şey yok dedi. Mutfak bardakları pis idi. Saç kurutma makinası bozuk idi. İstedik 2 gün sonra geldi. Ev sahibi çok ilgisiz idi. Telefon ile aradık açmadı.

De ruime opzet van het appartement en de locatie in de gezellige Gamla Stan wijk in Stockholm.

Eigenlijk beviel alles wel, kleine side note, we miste een koffiezet apparaat, dat had wel lekker geweest. En wat meer serviesgoed zoals wat schaaltjes voor bijvoorbeeld vla of yoghurt, nu hebben we dat in thee bekers moeten doen. Maar dat is eigenlijk small talk, appartement was verder prima gefaciliteerd.

Sol pas propre, liquide collant séché sur le sol et sur la table à manger . Serrure d’une porte de chambre cassée, empêchant totalement de fermer la chambre car la porte s’ouvrait toute seule, miroir cassé dans salle de bains, travaux dans la douche non achevés, douche mal nettoyée, déchets (casque électronique) non nettoyés, fermeture de volet cassé et simplement posée sur rebord intérieur de fenêtre

Location and ability to accommodate my family.

Great location in the heart of the old town and convenient for the ferry, bars, restaurants and sightseeing

No excuse for not fixing the shower doors on both bathrooms this is laziness or neglect by the owners. Also put some normal pillows in the bedrooms rather than cheap thin tiny cushions so guests can sleep well - both are minor points and easily corrected. Small addition the thermostats in every room clearly don’t do anything - set at 18C, room temp is 24.5C.

Het appartement is niet ingericht voor een aantal dagen verblijf in Stockholm. Er is geen enkele kast waar je je kleding in kunt hangen of leggen. De bedden waren goedkoop (de veren voelde je door het matras), en de badkamers smoezelig. Ik denk dat het prima is voor een groep studenten, maar niet voor een gezin/mensen vanaf 30 jaar en ouder. In de oude binnenstad is het heel luidruchtig tot na 12u ‘s nachts, en ‘s ochtends vroeg komt de schoonmaakwagen de prullenbakken legen.

Väldigt bra läge i Gamla Stan. Nära till allt. Stor lägenhet med mycket plats. Dubbla toaletter är ett plus när man är många. Smidig incheckning. Många eluttag. Städning ingår.

Väldigt lite köksutrustning. En spegel som visar hela kroppen saknade vi.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist extrem gut. Man ist unmittelbar in der Altstadt, unweit des Stadtschlosses. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist sehr gut. Großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich und Schlafzimmer jeweils an den Enden des Flures. Die Infos zum Checkin waren hilfreich, aber mehr Details zum Verschließen der Wohnungstür wären gut gewesen.

Einige Dingen sollten wirklich dringend repariert werden. In einem Bad fehlt eine Duschtür. Normales Duschen ist ohne Überschwemmung des kompletten Bades nicht möglich. Ebenfalls ist in diesem Bad die Lüftung defekt. Die Zimmertür des großen Schlafzimmers direkt am Wohnzimmer kann nicht komplett geschlossen werden. Außerdem wäre ein bisschen mehr Ausstattung in der Küche nett. Eine Kaffeemaschine oder zumindest ein Besteckfach wären sinnvoll.

Läget, stora fina rum, två badrum

Obekväma sängar, gick inte att stänga sovrumsdörren. Inget som gjorde lägenheten hemtrevlig (mattor, tavlor mm). Väldigt kalt och ogästvänligt

Gultasveļa tīra bet saburzīta, tualetes papīru pirkām jau nākošajā dienā, grīdas paši mazgājām nākamajā dienā, Nav pat organizators dakšām un nažiem. Naži neasi, nogriezt nevar neko.

Nous avons contacté le service d assistance car le chauffage était réglé à 25°C et il étais impossible de dormir. Message envoyé à 8h30, relance à 16h. Réponse..."nous n avons pas réussi à joindre le technicien. Fermez les portes "...hors sujet. Nous ne pouvions pas ouvrir les fenêtres car appartement au dessus d un bar... De plus manque de mobilier et d équipement...Pas de table de nuit, un seul verre à vin, etc...

The location

There is no aircondition that we can't sleep well in summer(28C). We've to open window at night but the noise continue till 1:00am! The beds are too soft.

Zimmer und Badezimmer mit minimaler Ausstattung. Es fehlen Schränke und Ablageflächen. Bei offenem Fenster war es sehr laut auf einer Seite der Wohnung.

Barulho! Como o apartamento fica no centro da cidade, dá para ouvir o barulho dos bares e pessoas até tarde da noite e logo pela manhã dá para ouvir o barulho das pessoas que fazem a limpeza da rua!

Great Location. Living was reasonably comfortable.

For 6 to 8 adults, there is not enough seating. Bedroom 1 door could not close, no bedside tables, Bedroom 3 bed is way too big for room, very difficult access to window . The kitchen lacked basic utensils, no toaster, and not enough cutlery for 6. Bathroom 2 Exhaust fan doesn't work, and shower screen door is missing water floods the room.

Beautiful large apartment. Great living area and kitchen/dining facilities. Two working bathrooms. Large bedrooms except for 4th room. Just a bit stuffy. But still serviceable and useful. Place in the heart of old town so a lot to do and many places to eat.

The location is amazing and it was perfect for our needs. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have the basics covered.

When it rained the place got pretty warm since we couldn't open the windows then. A couple of fans would have been very helpful.

The hosts gave precise and clear instructions for how to enter the apartment which took under 30 seconds to enter. Was a quick and easy procedure with no hassle!

The only negative I would say is no wardrobes to place clothing. However did not impact the stay.

The location was fabulous & the apartment was warm & spacious

We had a good stay overall — the apartment is spacious and very well located in the heart of Gamla Stan. It’s ideal if you want to explore the old town on foot. I would give it a solid 8 out of 10. Just a few flaws that could easily be improved.

There are a few minor points for improvement: - One towel per guest is very poor - No proper coffee machine - a French press is not really sufficient - No bath mats and no waste bins in the bathrooms - At first glance, the apartment seemed clean, but on closer look, some areas (like the bathroom ventilation system) were not - Communication with the host could have been smoother: check-in instructions were very unclear (we were directed to 1st floor and apartment was on ground floor) and we could not contact host. - Also, it should be mentioned clearly that you need to lock the door manually using the digital button – this isn’t intuitive

The Location, bedrroms and living area were a good size.

The bathrooms were extremely poor. In fact the shower screen bracket was loose and looked like someone else had tried a temorary fix with a 50 pence and 20 pence piece to hold one of the shower screens in. Poor linen, with single duvets on double beds (which happened to be single beds) I’m not sure which were more loud, the dustman in the morning or the springs in the mattresses. The towels were hard and were definitely not clean. The door on the dishwasher was missing. Incredibly hard to get a comfortable temperature throughout. The toilet paper was more like tracing paper, hopefully the next set of guests will make best use of the quilted rolls we left. Poor instructions on how to lock the room door.

It's a nice apartment - clean and comfortable. Good location in the centre of the Old Town.

Whilst the apartment was nice our overall experience was negatively impacted by our interactions with the host. We arranged a check out of 12 midday with the host the day prior to check out (which was the time given to us by the host when we requested a late check out). The morning of check out we packed up and went out, with a plan to be home just before 12 to collect our bags and leave the apartment. It was our first day in Europe and we didn't have wifi. When we arrived back at the apartment at 11.45am, the cleaner was there, and I had received messages at 11.15am saying we needed to leave the apartment immediately as they had guests coming. We didn't receive this as we didn't have access to wifi. The next message at 11.45am threatened to call security because we hadn't left (although this was all prior to our agreed upon check out time) and we were there to collect our bags and go. We left in a hurry, feeling upset on the basis of these interactions. For this reason I can't recommend staying here as this was an upsetting end to our time in Stockholm.

Our check-in time was 16:00. When we entered the house, the house had not been cleaned. When we told the landlord, he said the cleaning company would arrive shortly. While we were at home, the cleaning was done in a hurry. When we entered the house, we encountered dirty sheets and a dirty toilet.

Very central location in Old Town

Beautiful old building with loads of period features and charm. Situated with, shops, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, bakeries etc all on the door step, no need to even boil a kettle. Great to look down onto the streets below and watch the people, even mounted police go past. River is a few minutes walk where you can catch the ferry to the ABBA museum 😊Great place to stay.

WiFi poor and the TV uses the interest so no reception but we entertained ourselves. The youngest wanted to watch sport on TV and couldn't.

Location was ideal, and we enjoyed the spaciousness of the apartment (4 bedrooms, and a large kitchen/dining room/living room, two bathrooms), availability of full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. The apartment was clean and bright with lots of windows. We appreciated the coat hooks and ample space for shoes, etc as you entered the apartment. However, few decorative hanging or pictures throughout would have given the apartment a more warm, finished/polished look.

Seemed the place was not completely ready for guests as there was blue masking tape and unpainted section on the ceiling of the larger bathroom, and no waste cans in either bathroom. Three of the bedrooms were devoid of any furniture besides the bed. One bedroom had lamps, but consequently, with no tables, the lamps were on the floor on either side of the bed. Also, the bed in another bedroom was so large that there was only a bit over a foot of space between the side of the bed and the wall making it difficult to get in the bed. I would suggest a slightly smaller bed in that room as to allow a bedside table (and space to get into the side of the bed comfortably). The addition of bedside tables, perhaps a small chest of drawers (in the rooms that are large enough to fit them), and mirrors in the bedrooms would be a nice. Lastly, the mattresses and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable. Sounds like lots of dislikes, but if some of these concerns were addressed, this apartment would be very appealing to visitors to Old Town Stockholm due to the location and spaciousness of the apartment.

The apartment was really beautiful and clean, truth to the pictures. The location was amazing as well.

The smart lock system failed us a couple of times where it took us more time to get in or out of the door.
