Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Fabulous room was big and clean, with a beautiful view of Xiamen city. The location is in a commercial district. Beside is the One mall with foreign and Chinese brand shops, Ole supermarket, and restaurants. There is also a 7-11 nearby. Good to walk around. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Hotel is around 20 minutes from airport and 25 minutes to Zhong Shan Lu by car.

系統顯示15:00可以入住，我15:10抵達時跟我說房間幫我升級高樓層但還在清潔，需要再等30分鐘，希望可以提供我一張飲品券在大廳稍等，房間清潔後會打電話給我。 (但房型跟我訂的一樣，看起來房間格局並沒有被升級) 我沒拿到飲品券且等到16:00都沒有收到通知，我主動回去櫃台問才發現沒有被交接，被詢問後當下才製作房卡給我。

Staff were a little slow to respond. I noticed one member of the breakfast front of house. With a very dirty jacket and trousers carrying plates and bowl me in his hands the plates rubbing against his dirty jacket before he put them out. His hair was un-kept and his shirt was not properly buttoned. Sorry to pick on this individually but he stood out from the rest of the experience.

We were greeted and hotel walkaround by GM Ms Spring Hang and warm hospitality provided by Director Of Operation Mr Bryan Long. Thanks to them!
