We were traveling through China and this was our last stop. The staff was the most unfriendly here. Only the housekeeping was super friendly. Upon check in and check out the staff was not friendly at all! Even when calling guest services from the room she kept insisting that the room number was incorrect.

L’hôtel est très confortable et agréable. Nous avons eu le plaisir de profiter de la piscine idéale pour nager, du spa et de la salle de sport. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Pearl, en charge des relations clientèles a été exceptionnellement accommodante et attentionnée à notre égard. Je recommande.

這次帶家中長輩來廈門遊玩 ，入住朗豪酒店 。一進大堂就受到pearl小姐熱情溫暖的招呼， 入住流程快速而順暢， 整個大廳都有香香的味道， 還有很多團客入住， 人氣很高。 酒店提供的免費wifi可以讓我們使用平常慣用的一些app ，這是別家酒店沒有的。飯店離五通碼頭很近，搭公交車到終點站就是。自助早餐種類多樣又美味。飯店房間設備很新，打掃得很乾淨，也很溫馨舒適。 冷氣很涼， 枕頭很好睡，洗澡水水量很大也夠熱， 長輩非常開心 ，還直說下次還要住這兒 。還要謝謝winnie小姐貼心的詢問我們的需求，飯店其他的服務人員也都很熱心，有房內設施不會操作的問題都會得到立刻的回應，非常推薦這間物超所值的五星級酒店給大家。

部分團客直接用手在水果盤內翻找挑選之後，拿取蘋果及梨子，沒有使用飯店提供的夾子。

飯店人員訓練有術，親切、有耐心、會主動上前幫忙，由其是禮賓部的小姐姐「Queenie」，花了不少時間幫我找到快遞，並整理成一箱，送的房間給我，好窩心！

It was an incredible experience staying at the Langham Xiamen Hotel. I have traveled to several countries and spend more than half the year in hotels, and I can assure you that the Langham Hotel Xiamen is one of the best. I spent my birthday at this hotel, and they surprised me with a cake and fruit in my room. The entire hotel staff is excellent, especially miss Pearl Cheng, the guest relations officer, she is so detail oriented . The room cleaning is 10/10. Sometimes we leave our rooms very late, and they still clean them. Mrs 侯年珍 makes us feel right at home. She is very kind. Finally, the breakfast is excellent and has a great variety. The Langham Hotel is highly recommended.

staff hardly speaks English. hotel only had a lobby bar, which was extremely cold because of airco. Not a cosy accomedation.

Os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e receptivos! O café da manhã possui opções ocidentais e com uma grande variedade de coisas! E o quarto é grande com muito espaço! Super recomendo!

1、服務親切到位，尤其程琳& Selena二位小姐真心貼心用心，值得推薦，下次絕對還找他們。 2、地點便利，吃喝玩樂都在隔壁万達商場，滴滴打車秒到。

如果房間浴室有免治馬桶更加分

行政客房宽敞舒适，非常干净。淋浴、浴缸、卫生间、洗手盆的布局合理，使用起来很方便。客房服务员张芹芳提供了优秀的清洁打扫服务，大堂吧、行政酒廊、健身水疗的服务员都热情有礼。我去了两次健身房，有氧和各种力量练习的设备齐全。酒店在万达广场旁边，吃喝玩乐便利。这间酒店的体验物超所值，下次来厦门，它仍是我的首选。

Location is convenient.

It’s already aged hotel that would need some renovations in the rooms. Also the amenities: pillows were having an “old sweat” smell. The rooms have no sound isolation from the outside, it was loud from the street all day long so that they even offer you ear plugs. As international chain hotel chain, would be nice that more stuff speak english. Breakfast looked like it has many options but was in fact basic: with poor choice of fresh fruits (there is such a variety that is possible!), poor choice of cold cuts etc.

Good location right next to a shopping mall, and was very convenient. Reception staff was kind that she has helped me with translation when I had an issue of taxi payment.

Not a big issue, but complementary de-caf coffee was not supplied for the 2nd and 3rd days of stay. It should have been delivered if I asked for it, which I didn’t.

Hotel staff are friendly and service is prompt and attentive. The swimming pool is clean with comfortable temperatures. Ming court food tastes delicious. I wished to have chicken soup at Executive lounge. I told Ava about it and she made extra effort in arranging it. Love the small gift and card she prepared for me.

my preferred hotel in Xiamen and has been my choice for the last 3 visits. Have also recommended friends to the hotel.

I was upgraded to a bigger room and higher floor level. The staff is super nice.

Friendly staff

The hotel rooms were a lot more dated than they looked in the photos with scratches and stains on the walls. Also the aircon wasn’t on at the corridors or the room at check in so it wasn’t very comfortable for us (being a very hot day)

Nice place.

Everything, I cant remember how many times I have stayed in the hotel. Compared to other options in Xiamen it is a very good value for your money. I happened to spent my birthday in the hotel and it was even arranged a surprise and delivered a cake to the room. Very polite and professional staff, special thanks to Mandy for Una for their hospitality.

Terrible experience. Zero customer service. There was nobody there to welcome us when we reach, nobody to help with bags… hotel looks nothing like pictures online. It is dated, and weirdly designed and not nice at all. Is not worth the price at all. Recommend to stay elsewhere instead

Very nice accommodation. Professional staff. Breakfast for European could be a bit better, but again, this is maybe the only thing. Nice beds, good and clean rooms.
