Lokalizacja to ogromny plus. Do tego sympatyczna oraz uprzejma obsługa, smaczne i bogate śniadanie, a także jako taki klimat samego miejsca.

Sam pokój/sypialnia była ok, aczkolwiek dywan mógłby być nieco świeższy. Natomiast w łazience było trochę niespodzianek: Luźna poręcz/uchwyt pod umywalką, nieszczelna kabina prysznicowa - podłogę trzeba było wycierać, aby nie rozprowadzać wody po całym pokoju. No i czasem brakowało fugi pomiędzy płytkami i można było zobaczyć pozostawione/zapomniane krzyżyki dystansowe.

good hotel at great location in just short walk to Albertina, botanical garden just around the corner..., good breakfast..., nice big rooms...

well artificial juices mixuteres from syrup+water... with potential all chemicals...to preserve? not my expectation in such a hotel. the rest OK.

We loved the size of our room, the easy access to town, tram and walking, the price was excellent for a hotel of this calibre. The different staff members we dealt with were all very pleasant and helpful.

The only thing was I couldn’t chose when to turn the air conditioner off and on.

The suite during the first stay was good and the staff were friendly

This is actually for our stay on Friday Aug 7. We arrived late at night and were leaving early in the morning. They put us in a suite where the suite doors were broken. The suite had not been used in a while (it had a strong smell). When we complained about the broken doors, reception asked if we could just put up with for one night. Moreover, the suite was on the 3rd floor, which requires one to carry luggage down a half flight of stairs unless you use one particular elevator - the staff did not bother to mention that we should use that particular elevator, so we carried 5 pieces of heavy luggage down the stairs. A simple heads up would have sufficed. They moved us to another suite (the same suite we stayed the first time) after we insisted on moving because of the broken doors and strong smell. Given many other suites were available, I don't understand why they would put us in a suite with a broken door and strong smell.

立地がウイーン中央駅の目の前と言っても良いくらいに近くて、便利で良かった。

強いて言えばシャワー室の扉が半分なくて濡らさないようにシャワーを使わなければならなかったことくらいかな。 それが普通と言われればそうかもしれないが。

Super Lage

Während unseres Hotelaufenthalts wurde die Dusche nicht gereinigt, und auf dem Boden lagen Haare. Wir verlängerten unseren Aufenthalt aus persönlichen Gründen um einige Tage. Am Tag vor unserer Abreise bat ich um eine Zimmerreinigung, die jedoch erst nach meiner Beschwerde erfolgte. Das Personal an der Rezeption war hingegen sehr freundlich.

Das Schlafzimmer war sehr sauber und angenehm, die Zimmerreinigung ließ jedoch zu wünschen übrig.

It's a beautiful hotel with spacious rooms amd good location.

The staff here is not helpful at all and it happens every time I stay here so it's not random They wouldn't tell you breakfast and checkout times, where's the restaurant and all the usual stuff you should be told at the check in. I find it rude. Also breakfast is usually much better in other 4* hotels (pancakes and cakes dry and not fresh, cold meats not very good as well, I'd say 3.6). Not sure I will book it again tbh

Air Condition is noisy.

Ήταν πέραν πάσης προσδοκίας το κατάλυμα. Θα το προτιμήσω πάλι.

Wij hadden een super fijne kamer op de 7de verdieping met klein balkon en geweldig uitzicht over de stadt. Matraz en kussens waren zeer goed. Dus 2 heerlijke nachten geslapen. Ook de ruime bakamer is prima. Is een hele goede uitvals basis als je op een consulaat moet zijn. En is 15 minuten lopen tot de oude stadt.

Was jammer dat de hygienne niet helemaal top is.. Enkele kopspelden gevonden in de vloer bedekking. 1 handdoek met vieze vlekken en haren in de badkamer. En vingers op de ramen aan de binnenkant.. Dit kan beter

The hotel facilities are exceptional: the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced in a hotel with very nice, clean sheets, the staff extremely friendly and helpful, fresh and large variety of everything for breakfast, good location, very large underground garage for big cars.

The reception team needs to be more professional and welcoming. During check-in, the staff member’s attitude and manner of responding made us feel unwelcome. On the day of check-out, I called reception to ask about the check-out time. After answering my first question, the staff member hung up while I was still trying to ask another question. I believe the level of customer service at reception needs significant improvement.

The location was great, clean and fabulous. We asked for a room with balcony and we got one.

Nothing to complain

This hotel is a hidden gem . From the outside does look like it but inside everything is perfect. Rooms are fully renovated at high standard. Especially the rooms in the old building with double height ceiling.. just 10 minutes walk to city center . The only negative is that breakfast is expensive. But as you walk out of main entrance to the right , there are two excellent breakfast places

Είναι ένα εξαιρετικό ξενοδοχείο με πολύ μεγάλα δωμάτια. Η πρόσβαση στο κέντρο της πόλης είναι πολύ εύκολη σε 5-6 λέπτα με το τραμ (3 στάσεις). Έχει ασφαλές υπόγειο πάρκινγκ για μοτοσυκλετες στις εγκαταστάσεις με έξτρα χρέωση.

Η τιμή του πρωινού στα 28 ευρώ το άτομο είναι ιδιαίτερα ακριβή. Όμως σε 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια μπορείς να πάρεις πρωινό σε μαγαζιά τριγύρω από το ξενοδοχείο με λιγότερα χρήματα από τα μισά.

Das Haus spart an allen Ecken und Enden. Personal Freundlich aber zum Teil Inkompetent und überfordert, zum Teil kein gutes Deutsch. Das Haus hebt sich kaum noch von einem 3-Sterne-Haus ab. 5 Minuten Reinigung pro Zimmer für 1 Reinigungskraft. Dementsprechend sauber war es. Frühstücksbuffet habe ich auch schon viel Bessere erlebt zu diesem Preis. Personal zum Teil vollkommen überfordert. Beim Check-in ebenso wie beim Frühstück. Zimmerschlüssel 2 mal Defekt.

Great hotel, large rooms, with AC. Centrally located and indeed comfortable. I had a payment issue while booking this hotel and at the end of the day, their staff resolved it while Booking.com couldn't, though it took a bit of exchange of emails.

Krásný čistý hotel v centru Vídně, kousek od Belvedere. Do centra jsme chodili pěšky. Nedaleko od hotelu jsou zastávky MHD, supermarkety i možnosti občerstvení. V hotelu byl klid, pokoj prostorný, denně uklizený, dostatek koupelnové kosmetiky - není nutné vozit sebou. Na pokoji rychlovarná konvice a mini lednička.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. The hotel is located beside Belevedere Palace and has great connections to central Vienna. The room was spacious and very comfortable. A very hearty and delicious buffet brekfast is served. The staff were very welcoming. I'd highly recomment a stay here.

The room was big and we were accommodated with two extra beds as we were 3 guests + 1 child, that was nice. Cleaning daily, good location.. Easy check in and check out.

The fridge smelled really bad, and the A.C in the bedroom is not as cool as the living room.. We did complain about the AC twice nothing was done. The lobby was cooler than the room ever was!

Beautiful hotel very clean and comfortable. All staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is opposite a metro station, beside a tramline and within walking distance of the city centre.

Ne-a plăcut că a fost o cameră spațioasă, curățenie făcută zilnic, pat confortabil. De ziua soțului, am gasit o surpriză, o sticlă de spumant, apă, fructe, bomboane și o prajiturică, ceea a ce a fost foarte drăguț!

Gorgeous hotel , close to all the amenities, metro stop right across the road. Very clean, spacious rooms with lovely bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend it 👌

חניה נוחה מתחת למלון. רק שלקח לנו המון זמן למצוא את עמדת התשלום. תחנת רכבת נמצאת מעבר לכביש. צוות ברובו טוב ושירותי.

אין הסבר בנוגע למיקום עמדת התשלום לחניה שמתחת למלון. כשביקשנו את עזרת הקבלה היחס היה מעט צונן.

Well the room was very large and comfortable. I'd say the breakfast was appreciable ( I'd add some typical Austrian cakes and sweets).

You need to increase the sockets in the rooms. The carpet is to remove or change.

Es un hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones y personal amable, que atendió nuestra solicitud en la reserva. Bien situado para visitar Viena durante unos días, se puede llegar andando a las principales atracciones turísticas, o tomar un bolt en la puerta.

Pese a que el desayuno es abundante, mejoraría la calidad de algunos productos. Las toallas necesitan modernizarse.

Gleich beim Bahnhof Rennweg. Super gelegen und ausserordentlich ruhig.

Gut gekühlt im Eingangsbereich, sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Kaffee, Teesorten und Wasserkocher waren hervorragend. Wir nutzen dies immer ausgiebig, weil wir auch im Sommer gern Tee trinken. Nachschub gab es an der Rezeption. Die Koffer konnten wir nach Checkout an der Rezeption lassen und später zuverlässig abholen.

Es gab diesmal leider keinen Kühlschrank, hatten noch ein altes Zimmer mit fleckigem Teppich. Die Putzfrau hat den Müllbeutel+ Kanalbürste am Waschbecken im Zimmer vergessen. Die Klimaanlage ließ sich nur auf wärmstens 19 Grad stellen. Das fanden wir nachts leider viel zu kalt, weswegen wir öfter aufstehen mussten, um mal aus und mal an zu machen.

화장실 청소를 어떻게 하는지는 모르겠는데, 욕실, 화장실에 전체적으로 암모니아 냄새가 나는 편이에요. 카드키가 예민해서 휴대폰 근처 두지 마라고 해서 따로 보관을 했는데도 카드키가 몇번을 제대로 작동 하지 않아 3박 머무는 동안 로비를 오르락 내리락 다섯번 정도 했어요.

El precio por persona del desayuno es muy elevado (28€) para un buffet normal.

Absolut totul, la superlativ,modern, curat, foarte confortabil ,amplasat foarte bine, cu acces ușor la mijloace de transport și un mare plus ca au parcare subterană cu acces prin ascensor direct în hotel!

I stayed in this hotel for my birthday, it was exactly what I expected. The room is really big and has everything you need, the AC in the room works just fine considering that we stayed during the heat wave in Vienna. The breakfast has a variety of food and drinks for all tastes. The location is good, you can find public transportation near the hotel, and reach the city center in 15 minutes.
