フロントの若いスタッフがフレンドリーで良かった。 快適で清潔なベッド、大きくて見やすい鏡があり、ウィーン中央駅を見下ろす景色もアクセスも最高でした。 ミニバーやスリッパがサービスなのも良かったです。着心地の良いバスローブと、スチーマーも置いてありました。

良くなかった点というのは特に見当たりませんが、宿泊費がもう少し安ければ満足度がさらに高かったかもしれません。

The staff was very helpful. A clasp on my hiking sack snapped, and I was recommended to an excellent shop. The building is very clean & quiet, even though you are literally right next to the train station.

There was a split between the glass doors of the shower, so when it was uses, the floor became totally wet. Not a good experience after each shower.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with easy access to buses and trains just a few minutes’ walk away. The breakfast was decent.

The room was very cramped, and the carpet was dirty. The bathroom door lock did not work properly, even after we reported it. There was also a lot of dust and unusual buildup in the bathroom ventilation, which raised concerns about cleanliness, especially as we were travelling with young children. The service was disappointing too. When I asked a staff member to toast some bread, she made a face and walked away, which felt dismissive. At SEK 5,000 for two nights, the stay did not feel worth the money. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.

When travelling I always am on the lookout for a hotel near the railway station. I wasn’t disappointed. On arrival I explained we needed an extra night, the receptionist was most helpful and reassuring as the day of arrival wasn’t booked. We did get a room and it was arranged to be used for the second night. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a right good treat. Plenty to eat from a wide selection. On departure it was handy to see a screen giving the departure times of trains.

Viyanadan Prag’a trenle gitmek üzere oluşturduğumuz planda novotelde tek gecelik konaklama yaptık. Temiz, rahat ve istasyona aşırı yakındı Yagmur yagmasına ragmen islanmadan kapisindan girebildik öyle düşünün, konum itibariyle boyle bir gecis noktasi ariyorsaniz oldukca yeterli bir alternatif olacaktır. Tren biletimin çıktısını almak için de destek oldular, çok teşekkürler.

Zusatzbett war leider nicht sehr bequem für unsere Kinder!!!!

Lage top, Hammer Aussicht, das tolle grosse Zimmer. Auch das Frühstück ist top. Immer frische Leckerein. Und die Minibar ging auf das Haus. Auch die Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer war wunderbar.

Etwas Lärm vom nahen Bahnhof. Doch das muss man in Kauf nehmen

Position position position !! Arrived by train with luggage from airport, walked a couple of hundred metres and you’ve arrived . Back to station for train into centre to explore, back for the night then 200m to the station to travel on the next day.

Completely without atmosphere but did the job. Wouldn’t stay for more than a couple of nights.

La ubicación del hotel es inmejorable al llegar en tren desde el aeropuerto, dado que el hotel se encuentra nada más salir de la estación central de Viena (Wien Hauptbahnhof) y a escasos minutos a pie del palacio Belvedere. El desayuno fue excelente, contando con múltiples opciones para elegir. Hay también una fuente de agua al lado de recepción donde se pueden rellenar botellas de forma gratuita. La habitación era cómoda, luminosa y silenciosa. A pesar de contar el hotel con 19 plantas, los ascensores funcionaron relativemente bien y no había que esperar casi nada a que viniesen. Tanto el check-in como el check-out fueron rápidos y existía la posibilidad de dejar las maletas tras el check-out para recogerlas más tarde.

Lage, Ausstattung, Frühstück alles top! Was mir persönlich sehr gut gefallen hat, ist das Spielzimmer direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum bzw. der Bar. So konnten wir am Abend noch was trinken bzw. frühstücken und unsere Jungs waren beschäftigt. Finde das Hotel sehr schön, Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen wieder

Ich fand es zu warm im Zimmer und die Klimaanlage auf der höchsten Stufe war recht laut. Sonst war das Zimmer aber schön und die Betten gemütlich

The staff were indifferent. Hotel concept was built to meet the requirements at minimum level, so there was no refrigerator, no mini bar even a phone to call the reception. Although there was daily room cleaning the room was not cleaned properly. There was no daily water provision in the room, and expectations was to use the faucet available in the bathroom which is not so hygienic. The hotel is location far away from the center of city. There were no available desk and chair in the room.

Staff not majorly pleasant or attentive upon arrival at reception desk. Upon checking in 2 pleasant ladies & v helpful as checkin not available until 3pm but kindly told us where to leave luggage so we could go exploring Vienna. Checking out kept waiting too long & only one person manning the desk. No milk in room on tea/coffee tray Asked to move from outside seating area (which was empty) as we were consuming a wurst dog sandwich purchased elsewhere!!! 🤔 not great customer service, we may have ordered drinks if not approached in this manner.

Room was big and Bed was very comfortable. My room was upgraded so mini bar was free which was very nice. It is very close to Hauptbanhof Station so convenient access to anywhere is possible. A 6 stop tram ride will take you to the city center. About 20 mins to the airport via train. Gym was nice, Lounge is big with a huge screen, good to watch football with friends.

Breakfast is very expensive, Two people can eat outside at the train station very well for the price of one at the hotel. Toilet seats are very small. They need the seat with a thicker seating ring. Elevator is ugly. need to redesign the elevator, probably remove the mirror from the back and put some art work or something maybe work with lights or an elevator music perhaps.

Room was spacious, comfortable. Loved the gym availability. Hotel entrance/foyer had a nice vibe. Excellent staff. 2 minute walk to Central station for train & meals.

Right at the main railway station - train, metro and trams close. Standard international brand hotel, nice and professional. Superb breakfast, however very expensive. Sauna, rest area and gym with a great view of the city.

There were not enough receptionists for a hotel of such size - there were almost always rather long lines at the reception. Obviously fro 4 people, the double-rooms are quite small but OK. What I don't understand is the rooms have an expensive, big, modern smart TV but the smart functions are disabled, so... no streaming services evailable. One elevator was out of order, so sometimes you had to wait for long. Again the breakfast is great, not so sure it's worth the super high price, though.

The size of the room was impressive for 2 adults and 2 children. Everything was super clean . For me personal, breakfast it's one of the most important meals and I was super excited to see so much diversity. It was something for everyone no matter how diverse or simple you are eating. For me even it was a short stay i would say it was a lovely experience.

Otel konum olarak çok iyi, merkez Tren istasyonuna 100 metre mesafede, içinde çocuk oyun parkı olması mükemmel, temizlik iyi, otel girişinde soğuk su var ve ücretsiz.

Ho soggiornato con i miei bambini piccoli, nella struttura c’è una sala dedicata ai bambini in cui possono giocare e divertirsi mentre noi genitori ci prendiamo un drink al bar. Posizione ottima. Personale ottimo.

The staff were often busy and difficult to reach. There was no phone in the room, so you had to go all the way to the reception whenever you needed assistance or leave a message online, with an unpredictable response time. Many basic amenities and accessories, such as water, slippers, and dental kits, were not readily available and had to be requested. There was also no iron in the room; instead, there was only one designated ironing room located on the underground floor. Cleanliness was a concern. I noticed several unclean spots on tables and the water jar, and there was even hair in the food.

Hotel molto moderno, con stanze ampie e ben fornite; colazione ottima e varia in una sala grandissima e moderna. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza con la stazione centrale per arrivare in centro con la metro e la pulizia generale. Ottima scelta per visitare la città con la famiglia.

La posizione non è centralissima, ma comunque vicina alla stazione centrale (per prendere la metro e i treni).

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was delicious and of good quality, although the selection was almost the same every day, so some rotation would be appreciated for longer stays. The gym was excellent, especially with the beautiful view, which made working out very enjoyable.

A few things could be improved. Coffee and tea were only provided on the first day and were not replenished during the rest of my stay. Also, there is no refrigerator in the room, which is important to know if you need to store food or medication that requires refrigeration.

Non ho fatto la colazione. Far pagare la colazione 30 euro mi sembra un pò esagerato. Letto pefetto.

Tutto perfetto. Camera comoda e pulita. Colazione molto completa e di qualità. Attaccato alla Stazione con possibilità di prendere mezzi per andare dovunque. Aggiungi che la stazione è una città nella città con tanti negozi d servizi a portata fi mano. Consigliatissimo.

The hotel’s location was excellent, right next to the main train station. The breakfast was fantastic, with a great variety of options. Overall, I did not notice any significant shortcomings. When we first entered the room, there was an unpleasant smell, but when I reported it to the reception, they immediately changed our room and provided us with another one without any issues.

There was nothing I disliked.

Great location, RIGHT next to Wien Hauptbahnhof. Staff happy to keep our luggage after checkout, until our train. Room tidy/clean and in good order.

Один мінус витікає з плюса розташування. Вікно виходило на вокзал, то при відчиненому було гучно, але шумоізоляція вікна чудова.
