Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The location was in a new neighborhood surrounded by nature. Lots of restaurants to eat at around it. The convenience store and the coffee shop was 1 minute walk from it.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025Sie ist geräumig, modern und sauber. Top Ausstattung! Sie liegt in einem Wohnviertel, aber es gibt viele Geschäfte in der Nähe, z.B. Bäckereien. Fastfood-Lokalen. Restaurants, Convenience-Stores. Man fährt mit dem Bus für 15 Minuten zur U-Bahn-Station „Digital Media City“, dort fahren drei Zuglinien vorbei.
Die Matratzen sind teilweise dünn und fest. Ich hätte einen guten Topper. Die Wäsche trocknet im Sommer nicht richtig. Ich würde lieber den Wäscheautomaten, der ganz in der Nähe steht, benutzen.

Reviewed May 10, 2025We really enjoyed how spacious the house was and the facilities provided - especially the washing machine which can fit up to 15 kg!! Another thing worth mentioning would be the house noise isolation that helped us have a very good sleep! Thank you so much for the stay :)

Reviewed Mar 30, 2025Everything was great, the host was responsive every time we had to contact. Location was decent, convenience stores are 1 min walk, bus stop is a few minutes walking. For us, a family of 2 kids under the age of 6..we relied a lot on cabs and it was a great experience being a small standalone building and a calmer part of the city. Kitchen and kitchen equipment / appliances were complete..they even had rice cooker and bread toaster. We cooked meals for our kid almost every day in kitchen.

Reviewed Jan 1, 2025My third time in South Korea and my first time staying in Gyeonggi. The house is spacious, cozy and well maintained. Less crowded compared to the city centre, nice neighbourhood and we had a great local experience. 10 mins walk to the nearest bus stop, but we chose uber and k-ride instead, because of elderly parents. No stairs, non-hilly area and great for walks (there's small stream, jogging track and park nearby). Location 40 mins from ICN and an hour from the main tourist attractions. It was our opt by the way since we arrived late night and to catch very early morning flight home. Superb host, fast response.

Everything was perfect, just parking was not fully available over the weekend (too many cars for allocated parking places)
