Urban-Est Hotel

주변 식당 많고 1층에 편의점 있어서 좋았음. 사실 3번째 방문임. 침대 하나는 별도의 침대방이 있어서 성인 3-4명(침대 나눠써야함) 쓰기 좋음.

Skromne śniadanie.

4인가족이 쉬기에 좋았습니다! 침대도 청결하고, 공간도 넓고 화장실도 좋았습니다.

특별히 없었습니다.

욕조가 좋았습니다. 직접 예약하고 싶었지만 오프라인으로 안된다고 해서 해외폰이라 인터넷 연결도 안되어있는데 다른 와이파이존에 찾아가서 온라인예약을 하느라 더운날에 차로 몇바퀴를 돌았습니다. 직원에게 도움을 청했으나 매우 냉정하게 거절 당했습니다. 제가 감히 귀사의 와이파이로 귀사의 호텔을 예약하려고 했던것이 실수 였나봅니다. 그래서 다른 회사의 와이파이존에가서 예약하고 왔습니다.

이틀있는동안 여러직원을 만나볼수 있었습니다. 모두 화나는 일이 있었나 봅니다. 어쩌면 날씨가 더워서 그랬을수도 있겠지요.

Perfect location for my trip. Easy walking distance to the train station. The rooms were clean, tidy and well presented, and the staff were always friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.

Muy buena Ubicacion si vas a la feria en Kintex.. Muy cerca de la estación de metro! . Cerca de restaurantes , cafeterias. Tiendas de conveniencia. La habitación amplia, limpia y con una vista bonita.

Clean, quiet place, spacious room. walking distance to the subway, a lot of restaurants in the neighborhood. The hinoki bath after exhausting day was a salvation. Surely I will book the same hotel next time.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la taille de la chambre ainsi que le balcon avec l’espace de massage des pieds face à la montagne — un vrai moment de détente suspendu. Le personnel était sympathique, le 7 Eleven dans l’hôtel est très pratique, et le métro à proximité permet de rejoindre facilement le centre de Séoul en 20 à 30 minutes. Séjour vraiment agréable, j’y retournerai avec plaisir. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Good location and price for goyang!

La struttura è molto accogliente, il soggiorno e la stanza da letto assieme alle due terrazze danno il senso di uno spazio ordinato e ben distribuito. Il bagno e la vasca in terrazza giocano sicuramente a favore. Non molto distante dalla metro, ma non nelle immediate vicinanze di Seoul - l'area in ogni caso ha abbondati ristoranti e caffetterie.

Stanza affacciata a Nord Ovest forse un po troppa condensa e umidità che non ti aspetti al 16 esimo piano

部屋最高でした。静かで綺麗で、十分な広さ。檜風呂が気に入って何回も入りました。

Big spacious room, my son loved the bathtub with a nice view, quiet neighborhood, lots of good restaurants around, Cherry blossom park and train station nearby, and the free parking for guests is a plus.

The couch needs a bit more cleaning. The gap in the seat was filled with hair.

電梯出來到房間的公共區域太陰暗，白天就很暗，晚上更暗. 有點可怕.

The facility was amazing. The bed was comfortable, room was spacious, water pressure in the shower was perfect! Absolutely loved the bath tub - a nice bonus to my trip. Perfect place to stay around Goyang - so close to the station and pretty easy to get around. A few stops away from some big shopping centres and a couple of bus rides from Eunpyeong Hanok village. There’s also a 7/11 right downstairs.

No microwave in the room - sometimes I just want to heat up something quickly without going to the common area. But other than that not much.

La chambre très spacieuse et propre. Une très grande douche. Un grand lit confortable. Un joli balcon très lumineux. Beaucoup de rangements. Wifi rapide. Relativement proche de Séoul : compter entre 30min à 1H en métro suivant l’endroit où vous allez.

La Clim était réglé sur chaud sans possibilité de changer (réglage central) alors que la chambre était déjà chaude. Nous avons dû dormir fenêtre ouverte, avec le désagrément du bruit venant des routes en bas. Sinon pas de petit déjeuner possible, mais un 7Eleven accessible depuis le hall de l’hôtel directement

이동할 동선에 적합한 위치여서 좋았습니다.

첫번째 배정된 방 청소 상태가 좋지 않아 프런트에 청소 또는 방 교체를 요청하였고, 교체할 방 컨디션을 확인 후 답변해달라고 했습니다. 방을 교체 가능하다고 해 교체하였지만 여전히 청소 상태가 좋지 않았고, 이 것이 이 호텔의 괜찮다는 기준으로 확인하여 더 이상의 요청은 하지 않았습니다.

침구 ,수건 오염 그대로 머리카락등 청결 하지 못해 편하게 숙박하지 못함.

깔끔하고 조용하고 편하게 숙박했습니다.

온도 조절이 어려웠고 너무 건조했다. 방안에 선반 혹은 테이블이 없어서 물건 놓을 자리가 마땅하지 않았어요.

The best thing about this hotel is its location. It’s about a 3–5 minute walk from the Line 3 metro station, on a very quiet street. There are several fantastic places to eat nearby, including a sushi/seafood spot literally opposite the hotel. It’s a great area to enjoy excellent food without spending too much. The room was very spacious, well furnished, and impeccably cleaned. I also loved the large balcony and the view from my room. I would definitely stay here again when I’m back in Goyang.

Breakfast would have been a nice addition, but they don’t serve it. That said, the hotel does have a restaurant that serves Western food from 11am onwards. The food is pretty good and the service is great. In a way, that’s probably part of why the stay felt like such good value for money, especially with so many eateries nearby.

고3 수험생이 있어 조용한 방을 원한다했더니 제일 꼭대기층 끝방을 주셔서 조용하게 잘 있다가 왔어요. 항공대와 차로 15분 정도 거리로 가깝고 호텔 앞쪽이 번화가라 모든게 다 갖춰져 있어서 먹는건 전혀 걱정 안하셔도 됩니다. 패밀리 룸이라도 공간분리가 돼서 진짜 대만족~ 주차비용도 따로 없어 좋았네요. 다음에도 또 이용하고 싶네요. 깔끔하고 조용한 어반이스트입니다~♡

키를 기본 하나만 주셔서 보증금 만원 내고 키 하나를 더 받았어요. 키 부분 빼고는 다 만족합니다.

3rd time here. Clean. Conveniently located near subway. Food choices aplenty nearby. Nice walking path to greenery and park behind the hotel.

Didn’t have anything to eat in hotel so can’t comment on that, male staff at reception were very helpful and polite. Room was a good size with a decent shower. We had an issue with the safe jamming with our things inside, this was sorted out promptly.

Didn’t like that there is a lip at the door threshold and the. A small step into the room, not ideal when you are wheeling luggage…..
