Appartement agréable en plein coeur de Marrakech pour 2 à 4 Personnes

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Aziz à Marrakech. Le logement était parfaitement conforme à la description, très propre, confortable et bien équipé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié l’accueil chaleureux d’Aziz, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils pour découvrir la ville. L’emplacement est idéal pour profiter de Marrakech tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre calme et agréable. Le logement est soigneusement entretenu et offre tout le nécessaire pour se sentir comme chez soi. Je recommande vivement ce logement à toute personne souhaitant séjourner à Marrakech. Merci encore à Aziz pour son hospitalité et son professionnalisme. Je reviendrai avec plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage.

The apartment was beautiful and wonderful, close to everything. It was spacious enough for me, my daughter, and my mother. The landlord was very helpful and would assist me with any bookings. When I return to Morocco, I will definitely stay in the same apartment again. It was very clean and very safe.

L'appartement était juste canon, il y'a deux chambres spacieuses, deux salles de bain une très belle de décoration moderne à l'esprit marocain

Hot water only lasts 10 minutes.. carpet is not clean and the parking is a head ache.. parking tariffs demanding money all the time

La réactivité du propriétaire, l’emplacement

Un appartement qui n’est pas sur le standing des photos . Mauvais rapport qualité /Prix ! Une literie très moyenne , la propreté de la vaisselle est à revoir , pas de bouteille d’eau à notre arrivée et ni de papier toilettes.

L'appartamento è in una zona davvero tranquilla ma contornata da supermercati, quindi ottima per ogni bisogno e a soli pochi metri dalla strada principale. L'appartamento è sicuro, comodo, con due bagni e una cucina utile per chi preferisce cucinare a casa ogni tanto. Letti e divano molto comodi. Ma soprattutto, il proprietario è di una disponibilità unica. Ci ha aiutati in ogni modo possibile. Avevamo l'aereo la sera tardi e nonostante questo, ci ha permesso di lasciare le valige tutto il giorno dentro l'appartamento, addirittura ci ha permesso di riposare 1 ora prima di andare in aeroporto. Davvero consigliato e sicuramente lo consiglierò ad amici. La medina è a 10 minuti di taxi, noi cercavamo un posto più appartato e tranquillo ed è stato perfetto.

The host was super flexible and communicative. Always asked if we needed anything. Could leave our bags in the apartment, after checking out, that was a huge help for us, since our plane left late evening. The flat was as on the pictures, well equipped and comfortable! Strongly suggest anyone who doesn’t want to stay in the medina. Also great location.

Nous avons passez un séjour magnifique dans l'appartement de Mr.Aziz. Le quartier est pas loin de la médina. Mr Aziz le propriétaire était toujours dispo pour nous aiguiller pendant nos vacances. Il nous a donné pleins de conseils!! On reviendra cela est sûr!!!

The apartment is new and clean, short walk away from the “noisy” parts of the city. It was very peaceful to stay there. We all had the best sleeps :) Aziz looked after us 100%. He was always helpful and available.

Flat was in a secure building and we felt very safe with the kids. It was clean, kitchen was well equipped and beds were comfy. We had have a wonderful and memorable stay in this apartment. Aziz the apartment owner looked after us by keep checking if we need anything. So overall a very great experience. We will be back soon.

The apartment was very clean and tidy. It had comfy rooms and bathrooms. The location was also lovely as most places we visited were nearby. The owner, Aziz, was also very friendly and welcoming during our stay, and was often helpful and responsive to our needs. .

Very difficult check-in process, last munite communication of property address was a big problem. Particularly as it was only in English and not able to be understood by the local cab drivers. Building was in a shady area with lots of street noise. The building was poorly maintained and run down. We paid double the local price through Booking.com. Apartment was partially equipped and would benefit from a refresh of kitchen facilities. Refrigerator was barely working.

Very good location in the middle of new part of the city and near train station. A lot of good restaurant around and for us was perfect to stay away from noisy and crowded medina. Parking was also to find so easy and we felt very safe in this area too. Very big and comfortable apartment for a family’s.

Breakfast was not included in the room, but with the great kitchen and stores nearby, there was not an issue of cooking breakfast.

The biggest set back is communication ,(nothing to do with the Apartment),people around hardly anyone speaks English.

Everything was perfect and clean. Aziz (owner) was very friendly and professional. He helped us a lot not only with the apartment, he also answered all our questions and treated us like his brothers.

Aziz was extremly nice and the communication was also easy with him. He was waiting for us by the Apartement and gave us the keys personally with instructions to his place. The beds are very comfy, everything had nice smell and it was clean, we could even wash our clothes, when we needed. The building has security guards in 24/7, you can find more good supermarket in walking distance (max 5 min the farest one), also restaurants etc. We took the public buses every day- you can also find more bus stops in the near, but you can also reach the main attractions by walk as well.I highly recommend Aziz and his place, because it is a perfect oasis in the middle of the city.
