I always stayed this hotel. I loved the services the convenience.

I stayed Guangzhou Hotel regularly but this round I booked 3 rooms, of which 2 has a moudly smell. Housekeeping gave a filter machine however the smell and moudly atmosphere still remain. Quite disappointed with the cleanliness this trip

-Conveniently located within a 10-minute walk of Beijing Road, with Metro Exit E right outside the hotel. -Free self-service laundry facilities available for guests. -Excellent traditional Chinese cuisine served at the restaurant on the 26th floor. -Reasonable and affordable rates.

The hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool. During our first two-night stay, we found a small bedbug in the room. Unfortunately, we had already booked a second stay at the same hotel for six nights one week later, which made us quite concerned about returning.

The breakfast was ordinary but adequate.

Some of the 'hot' food was served warm and the condiments for the noodles are always empty ( chopped scalions, celery ). I stayed for 4 nights..but took 3 breakfasts. The shower holder in my room ( 909 ) was loose but the water jet is extremely strong and enjoyable.

I really loved that this was the only hotel in China I stayed in that didn't have smoking rooms and did not smell like smoke at all. I mostly stayed in Shanghai during my trip but did spend a couple days in Guangzhou and this hotel was perfect and met my needs! Excellent location first of all! And the rooms were bright and spacious and clean! Someone always came in to make sure you had toilet tissue paper, clean towels, throw out your garbage, etc. Also this area is near everything! Perfect area. Also this had an amazing view of the city! I didn't stay too long here and not sure if they had a washing and dryer machine on the premise but if they do, then yes this hotel literally has everything! They even have a Luckin coffee inside!

Hotel was as described on the website. We were pleased with breakfast selections, many choices. The staff were very helpful when we wanted assistance with purchasing a local sim. Excellent location across the road from the metro which made moving around town easy.

The location was excellent. The hotel was very clean and the room quite spacious. The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help us. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next time we visit Guangzhou.

Some additional breakfast options would be nice, but the food that was provided was fresh and enjoyable.

Персонал очень приветливый хорошо помог. Кухня очень вкусная еды очень много разнообразие еды. Гостиница соответствует своей цены.

Нет такого ничего нету мне все понравилось.

Newly renovated hotel with nice helpful friendly staff, clean, quiet, exceptionally good air conditioning, great value for money. Hotel is situated in the charming older part of Beijing with great restaurants at very reasonable price, shops, subway line 2 entrance and the bus to Hong Kong goes from the hotel every 20 minutes.

The WIFI has restricted coverage. You can access en.se and klart.se but few other sites.

Great location opposite the park. Easy access to the Metro which is right under the hotel. Hotel has done a make over since I last stayed there over 6yrs ago, so looking all new and modern. My room was big and spacious with a washing machine which is always a bonus.

It was hot during my stay and an pool would of been great to cool off.

This is one of my favorite hotels because of its location, close to all amenities, tourist sites, and of course, traditional restaurants. The service is impeccable and attentive, and the concierge is efficient for small services like calling a taxi. Not to mention the room itself, which is large and clean. The housekeeping service is also professional. I will definitely return with pleasure.

Frukosten är tyvärr inte alls anpassad för turister. Jag upplever att hotellet främst riktar sig till kinesiska gäster. Om du är utlänning och inte kan kinesiska rekommenderar jag starkt att du väljer ett annat hotell.

Staffs were efficient - from the conceirge, reception to the room cleaners. Excellent. Also, drinking water supply is generous. Excellent!

The shampoo isn't silicon sulphate free.

The view is obstructed by walls and i paid more to get resident suite and after i get the room the air conditioner was not working they changed my room to normal one and the didn't send back the money that i paid for the suite room

Buon hotel, in un’ottima posizione, con la linea 2 della metropolitana accanto. La stanza era grande, comoda e ben tenuta, quindi nel complesso il soggiorno è stato piacevole. Anche la colazione, solo con cibo asiatico, era abbondante e di buona qualità. Ma al momento dell’addebito finale l’hotel ha applicato un tasso di cambio molto favorevole a loro e diverso dal tasso di cambio che io ho avuto applicato dai vari negozi o servizi durante il mio soggiorno in Cina, con il risultato di un aumento significativo del costo totale. Ritengo scorretto modificare di fatto il prezzo attraverso un cambio valuta penalizzante per il cliente. Esperienza quindi molto deludente: consiglio a chi prenota in valuta estera di verificare tutto con estrema attenzione prima del pagamento.

Staffs were incredibly helpful and friendly. Upon arrival we were greeted by the reception Cindy who gave clear recommendations on food, massage and sightseeing spots nearby. She patiently answered all our questions about the city and hotel. Other staffs in the hotel were also very approachable even when I had to retrieve my taobao parcels and the cleaning lady on level 9 was very sweet and checked in with us from time to time. We were here for 3 nights. Rooms were really spacious, clean, modern and comfortable! Location wise it is just 10 mins walk to Beijing Road and delicious eateries. I'd 10000% return to this to hotel for my next visit to Guangzhou!

Account confusing as prepayment was taken >1month ahead then refunded on day of check in but with additional 1000yuan as deposit as security then refunded few days after check out. Also the total yuan value on booking.com did not reflect the additional tax amount!!
