Easily reachable from Madhgaon station. Very clean property and good space

Everything was perfect.

It’s well maintained and clean. Came from Hyderabad with family and Stayed here for two days. Had all facilities. Worth for the money. Just book it without second thought. Owners are very supportive.

It had all the facilities we needed as a couple travelling India. Very pleased with the washing machine, AC, water filter & kitchen area with everything we needed provided. Communication with the host was great and she made us feel very welcome. Plus the pool was well needed after a hot day.

Nothing we loved it

The space was comfortable enough for us (2 people). with all the facilities provided like geyser, iron, washing machine, mixer, toaster, microwave, fridge, AC in the bedroom, RO, extra linens available, bathroom equipped with basic amenities too and kitchen was set with all the cooking facilities. The location is perfect and house was also clean. Nicole, the host, was very supportive and made sure everything was provided to us.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you may need for a family stay. Very close to market and beach. Nicole and Mark are very helpful and understanding host. They take every effort to help their guests in the best way. We definitely look forward to book the same property again for future trips.

Nice studio central in Beneluim met by owner on arrival .Quiet residential block.Walking distance to beach which was amazing 🤩 always nice cool breeze.Studio had everything you needed to cook if you needed too for vacation stay including washing machine Owner kindly arranged taxi to Mopa airport enjoyed my stay and would return .

Nothing All good for me Nice location plenty of shops and market stalls if you want to cook very reasonably priced too Plenty of nice eating establishments near to property . Everyone bp very happy to welcome you to their country

Very nice fully equipped 1 bedroom apartment with pool view in a quiet and peaceful society on main road. Nicole is a very nice host and she ensured we were checked in easily and also had a great time for our 4 night stay. All needful things available in the apartment. Good food options nearby with one general and wine store inside the society premises itself. good big pool.

Nothing to dislike but a suggestion to add an exhaust in kitchen and also a water filter. That would simply complete the place with no external dependencies at all.

Excellent facilities. It was a very nice stay for my family. Nicol and Mark went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. I will definitely be back next time for a longer period of stay. All amenities are available and cleanliness and hygiene is maintained.

Nice clean cozy place, this studio flat has everything you need, to stay for couple of days with family.

Very well maintained and clean homestay, really felt like home during our stay.all amenities were first class.I travelled with my one year old baba and dint face any difficulty with regards to his food since the kitchen was available with all facilities.Highly recommend people to visit this place.

The place was really clean and well maintained , the owner was very polite and gave us a warm welcome and showed us around the property. The location of south goa is peaceful and perfect.

Very good location and well cleaned. It was nice that there was all kinds of detergents etc. I can recommend this studio for both long and short term staying.

The apartment was clean, neat and had everything we required including an ironing board, a washing machine, stove, microwave oven, fridge, toaster etc. It was a very quiet and peaceful location with a lot of eateries and shops closeby and had a great and clean swimming pool as well. The host Nicol and her husband Mark are a very kind and decent couple, ready to help and make your stay more comfortable. The TV wasn't working when we arrived and I wanted to watch the World Cup finals that afternoon. The couple immediately returned to try on a couple of additional TV sets but managed to get the TV working for us. We have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to anyone who would like to take a break in Goa. We will definitely return to this facility.

Quiet, clean property.

Chairman not allowing to park vehicle inside property. Taxis we can understand but for family society chairman must allow to park vehicle inside. Except this, rest all was good and very convenient. Overall pleasant experience.
