La posizione dentro la medina e la location in un vicolo no tranquillo

Non sembrava un vero Riad mancava la piscinetta con acqua e gli alberi.Le camere piccolissime e scomode per entrare nel letto.Nota positiva che la proprietaria ci ha lasciato le camere fino alle 1600

Chambre petite, que je qualifierai de minimaliste : un grand lit, pas de table ni de chaise, éclairage moyen, douche à l'italienne qui éclabousse. pas de fenêtre. Mais, c'est calme et la literie est correcte avec eau chaude et beaucoup d'étagères. Logement proche de la place, propre. Petit déjeuner correct en terrasse. Accueil se résumant à la remise des clés

Great location(although it's at the very back of an alley), very close to the main square. Breakfast was very basic. Not very responsive to messages and missing a warm, welcome vibe.

Bathroom was so small there's not enough space for your legs between the toilet and the wall.

Location is right in the old city, but rather hard to find. The room is nice and breakfast is good.

You need to walk with your luggage, so be prepared. The staff immediately needed the city tax to be paid, even though we stayed two nights. We arrived in the middle of the night and didn't have time to pass by the ATM yet, so it was a bit of a pushy situation.

The hostess was absolutely wonderful, and she took great care of us every day by cleaning the room, changing the towels, and making the bed. The rooftop was beautiful, and we really enjoyed spending time there. The location was also fantastic. Riad Sardinas & Chili is not the easiest place to find in Marrakech, but once you do, it is absolutely worth it and the whole experience becomes even more special.

Locatie was heel goed! Lekker rustig, maar toch dichtbij alles. Kamer werd elke dag netjes schoon gemaakt.

Gastvrijheid personeel, werd nauwelijks iets gezegd. Geen welkom of bedankt toen we weggingen. Ontbijt viel heel erg tegen; geen verse jus, of een eitje en geen marrokkaanse thee. Foto's zien er mooier uit dan in werkelijkheid.

Le personnel est au top, toujours aux petits soins. Un grand merci à la dame qui s'en occupe. La localisation au cœur de la Medina mais totalement silencieux malgré le vacarme extérieur est un atout pas négligeable. Le matelas excellents aussi.

Le petit dej un peu tardif (débutant à 8h30) en cas d'excursion. Détail : L'ampoule de la salle de bain est trop basse :D --> installer un néon plat pour éviter de la prendre dans la tête quand on ne fait pas attention

Muy bien situado, a 5 minutos de la plaza Jemaa el fnaa, pero el lugar es de paz total. Nos guardaron el equipaje durante los 3 días en que fuimos al desierto. Buen desayuno. Puedes pagar la tasa turistica en euros.

La comunicación con ellos no es muy fluida tardan en contestar los mensajes. Mejor escribirles con tiempo e incluso al whatsapp. En cualquier caso, acabaron resolviendomelo todo. El transfer desde el aeropuerto es caro. Pero si vienes tarde es mejor contratarlo porque acceder al Riad por primera vez no es fácil, está in poco escondido

Great location as it is very central to everything. The souks and all the attractions are an easy walk away. The breakfast each morning was presented in an amazing way and excedded my expectations.

The room in my bathroom was very small and hard to maneuver around.

The location is very central. You will be in the middle of Madina and is quite easy to find. Unlilke many other Riads, this is location is a less busy street.

As you are given a key to enter the main door, many people are quite noisy when trying to open and enter. I would recommend a better orientation when you book.

We stayed one night at the riad and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is good — very centrally located, making it easy to explore the city on foot.

The only downside was the entrance to the riad, which can seem a bit scary at first, especially if arriving at night. However, we quickly realized the area itself is safe. The room was quite small and the shower felt rather old. That said, for a short stay it was a decent experience overall.

Stanza piccola ma comoda per una notte. Super vicino alla piazza principale, super comodo per girare Marrakech. Colazione buona e abbondante.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Smaczne śniadanie. Przytulny pokój.

Trudne do znalezienia, głęboko w bramie. Śniadanie dopiero od 8:30, co gryzie się z wczesnymi planami wyjścia. Bateria prysznicowa trudna do wyregulowania i zalewającą łazienkę i pokój.

La salle de bain vétuste, le robinet de la douche en mauvais état, qui ne tient pas, tombe sans arrêt. Literie moyenne, matelas creusé dans le milieu.

Une dame nous a accueilli. Très gentille. Après notre installation, plus personne, ce qui n'est pas grave en soi. Le riad est proche de la place dans un lieu calme.

Nous avons eu un départ tôt et demandé si possibilité d'avoir des fruits ou un café mais impossible. Également il n'y a dans la douche que le ciel de pluie, et l'eau chaude est brûlante. Pas simple à régler.

Little room but comfy with all you need in place. Breakfast was simple but good and the lady was very friendly.

Struttura molto pulita in una via secondaria del mercato della Medina. La colazione in terrazza è stata magnifica, gli ambienti sono molto curati.

L emplacement au top à 2 minute à pied de la place Jemaa el fna et pourtant endroit très calme pas du tout bruyant . Le chambres agréables. Et très propres . Belle terasse .

Petit dejeuner très moyen ,pas de vrai jus d oranges en étant au Maroc quel dommage ,le thé marocain était des sachets .. Pas de dans le Riad à part le matin au petit déjeuner.

Sono particolari che non devono inficiare la scelta,ma possono non essere graditi a chi fosse in città per la prima volta :: l'ultimissima parte del vicolo è buia ... inoltre,la camera matrimoniale budget è senza finestre e piccolina,quindi in estate non la consiglierei...

Nothing, except fairly central location

While I had informed them that I would arrive at 8 am after a long flight from Atlanta, it took 15’ for someone to unlock the door. No room available until 12 noon, even though there were empty rooms. The bed, a mattress straight onto the floor, got tightly against the walls. I had to climb on it from its end. To sit on the toilet was difficult, stuck against the wall. The room was so small, no windows. Breakfast: stale bread and chocolate croissant … days old. Very unpleasant experience. They also charge me €5 extra and refused to give me a receipt.

La ubicación es perfecta. El personal muy amable y servicial. A pesar de estar muy céntrico, no se oye nada por las noches y se puede descansar muy bien. Todo muy limpio y correcto.

Las instalaciones están bien, el sitio es muy acogedor para pasar unos días. El desayuno está delicioso y el personal muy amable y atento en todo momento. Cada día limpian el cuarto, hacen las camas y cambian las toallas.

Fue un poco difícil encontrar el sitio ya que está en medio de pequeñas callejuelas. La cama era muy dura, al cabo de 3 noches se notaba la incomodidad. La disposición de la ducha hace que al utilizarla acabe todo el baño mojado, pero se soporta.

Piccolo Riad vicino alla famosissima piazza molto silenzioso. Pulito e accogliente.Colazione tipica molto buona. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio navetta aereoportale e del deposito bagagli.

Non ci sono armadi per riporre i vestiti ma forse è tipico del Riad

La localisation privilegiée, le calme et la bienveillance des jeunes femmes qui s'occupent du riad (Houria et Nadia) ainsi qu'un bon petit déjeuner.

Absence de fenêtre dans la chambre (non spécifié à la reservation) et donc air de renfermé en continu, réglage de l'eau chaude difficile, sdb minuscule et vieillissante, absence de chaise, valise nécessairement mise au sol, wifi uniquement en se mettant à côté de la porte,

La ubicación inmejorable, cerca del zoco pero al mismo tiempo se duerme genial por estar metido en unas callejuelas para adentro,, teníamos a nuestra disposición una terraza que es donde desayunas y la usamos para cenar y muy bien, cenamos fuera del bullicio de la medina, el desayuno típico marroquí, único decir que se podía poner algo de fruta y agua, o intentar alternar, pero por lo demás todo perfecto, volvería sin duda

Único la entrada al riad desde el zoco,, que es un poco oscura, tienes que andar un poco y ya das con el riad. Pero por lo demás todo perfecto

Las camas eran demasiado duras. Salimos a una excursión a las 7:30 de la mañana, preguntamos si nos podían dejar algo preparado de desayuno por la noche y nos dijeron que no, que lo perdíamos

J'ai séjourné là-bas en 2024 et 2025. La rapport qualité-prix est très convenable, La situation géographique Centrale parfaite. L'endroit est fortement recommandé pour un petit séjour.

En 2024, Nous avons été accueillis par une autre personne qui était vraiment adorable et beaucoup plus souriante, Elle était ensuite tombée malade et pas revue juste le jour du départ. Malheureusement, Septembre 2025, je n'ai pas revu cette personne et c'est dommage car La Dame qui nous a accueilli et qui était là aussi l'année dernière est gentille mais moins accueillante, moins conviviale... J'avais l'impression qu'elle était tout le temps de mauvaise humeur. C'est juste dommage car Cette année, honnêtement, cela m'a refroidi.

Property was in perfect locación, just couple minutes to main square Jemma el Fnaa, super quite, you get out from Riad and you are in the street of markets and street food.

Great location, 2 minutes to the main square and although very close to the very busy souk it is very calm and peaceful. Lovely terrace where breakfast is served and the riad is very authentic and well furnished. My room was on the ground floor and although small has all you need with a very comfortable bed. The small bathroom does get a bit of a soaking when you take a shower but nothing to put you off. As others have mentioned the breakfast was very small but the coffee is good.

The breakfast was very basic and everywhere else we stayed we also had eggs, mint tea. We are also use to refills for mint tea/ coffee. Most places have also offered a yogurt for my child. Again where we have stayed before we have been able to get mint tea when we come back to the property. Internet a bit weak

The rooftop patio was nice. The riad looks better during daytime as there is more natural light. It was generally quiet at night.

There was no wifi, the qr code did not work. Nor did the code work for whatsapp so there was no way to contact the staff (nobody at reception the whole day). I needed to contact them as it was cold and there were no blankets in the room. The place was also difficult to find, down a dark alleyway and when i got there it was quite gloomy inside (dull lighting). Nor could you pay with a card, only cash and preferably in euro. I expected better.

It was a nice traditional Riad in a very good, quiet place of the Medina. Tje terrace is cozy.

We left early for a trip so we did not get something for breakfast even if we paid. Our problem in general but need to keep in mind that breakfast is at late hour.
