The villa was modern, spacious, had well equipped kitchen and very clean

The tiles around the pool, kitchen and pool steps are very slippery. Owner did arrange for slip mats to be purchased and put around the pool, so they helped.

We had a lovely stay here. The hosts were so welcoming and kind — they even brought us breakfast on our first day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The place was clean and well looked after, with daily housekeeping and the pool cleaned every second day, which we really appreciated. The walk to the main street was a little longer than expected, but aside from that everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.

Location is great being close to all necessary amenities.Villa is excellent for families. Love the outdoor kitchen for entertaining. All rooms are generous sized

Room with pool table gets very warm. No air conditioning

The property was very spacious, had great facilities and suited a group of friends. The pool was the right temperature to get in on a hot day.

If you don’t like a firm bed, this may not be the right place. I would have liked some softer pillows too

Everything . This place is absolutely amazing . The cleaning staff are such lovely people and always willing to help and the owner is awesome as well . The villa is great absolutely everything you need for a nice family holiday .

Vila could use a aircon in pool table room gets abit hot there trying to play pool . But other than that we will be back again soon

Location and amount of bedrooms

Bedding was stained and unclean on arrival. Be warned, the cost to replace bedding is $350 aud So if you get a tattoo don’t sleep on the sheets.

A/c and tvs in all rooms, pool was beautiful with pool floaties, bean bags and sun beds. Very secure and quiet. Had kitchen basics included bread, milk, ham, cheese, juice, coffee/tea. Staff communicated well with “what’s app” if we needed anything.

Tiles around pool and inside were fine for our family with teenagers but would be slippery for young kids or older travellers.

Rooms were not close together which give you more privacy

Was a little further from main part of Seminyak

Everything about it was top-notch. I can't fault it at all. We would definitely stay here again. We rented bikes a few doors up & would also recommend him!

The tiles in the pool are very slippery. I was making my way into the pool & slipped & fell & landed on my forearm. Luckily I didn't break anything.

Was our second time staying at this villa . Has everything you might need when staying short or long stay in a quiet location great staff that come daily keeping villa spotless . Cafes and spa’s short walk up the gang

Love everything but Needs some bean bags around poolside

I love everything about the villa and the host Sam and his wife they did everything to make sure me and my family felt safe and happy and comfortable! The kids loved everything about the villa perfect location close to everything and just overall beautiful place. Bonus security is just right outside the villa which made me and the kids feel at ease ☺️☺️

Large villa. With lots of space for a family of five. Fantastic outdoor kitchen area which was fully equipped. Supply of water as well. Comfortable beds with lots of room. Beautiful large pool. The owner supplied a pool fence for is as we had a toddler. Good location. Easy to get to shops and beach. Highly recommend staying here

This villa was super spacious for a big group of people!We all really enjoyed our stay here. Samy and Wayan were always able to help when needed.

Beautiful villa, has everything you need. Huge pool, photos don’t do it justice. Friendly, attentive staff.

Could do with some more outdoor furniture.

This Villa was absolutely awesome, we stayed here for 10 days and had no issues whatsoever. The location was perfect especially if you know your way around Seminyak, the Villa itself had all the facilities you could possibly need with the highlight being the size of the pool. The staff were also amazing, Gary responds to messages very quickly and is very accomodating, furthermore samy and housekeeping were also very easy to reach via WhatsApp and flexible with cleaning times.

Service was excellent

Pool was to chlorinated , not enough bathroom mats. And towels. Floor gets very moist and becomes slippery: reccomend few rugs. As my partner slipped in the room and banged her head on the floor and hurt her leg:

No breakfast grab was easy for ordering meals in

Needs an aircon up stairs where the Bullard table is and needs better signage to show where the Villa is at the start of the lane

Location was awesome, very tidy spot.
