I really liked the spaciousness and cleanliness of the room, as well as the 24-hour staff who responded immediately whenever we needed help. I will definitely stay here again if I come back. Also, the staff spoke Arabic and English very well, and one of them spoke French too!

Org malaysia recommed duduk la kt sini xkan menyesal. Semua dekat. Lgi2 yg bawak org tua duduk la sini. Masa checkin die bagi kitoemrg bilik lebih besar luas sebab kitoemrg berkima. Apa2. The good things about this hotel are the location and the friendly staff. The location is convenient, and the staff were generally polite and friendly. The room was also cleaned well, and the cleaning lady was doing her job properly.

Unfortunately, there were quite a few negative aspects during our stay. The electricity was down several times over three days, and for some hours we had no electricity or light in the room. When the electricity was off, the elevator also did not work, so we had to walk up to the fourth floor using the stairs. The rooms and facilities are very old, especially the beds and mattresses. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and I could barely sleep on the first night because of it. We booked a room with four beds, but we were given a room with only three beds without being informed or asked. After complaining, we were given another room, but it also had only three beds and was actually worse than the first one. The first room had a window facing the street, while the second room had a window facing a closed area with an unpleasant smell. We also asked the staff for an iron, but the iron they brought us did not work. Another problem was that water was not provided every day, even though we expected it to be provided daily. Overall, while the location and friendly staff are positive points, the old facilities, uncomfortable mattresses, electricity problems, room not matching the booking, and missing basic amenities made the stay disappointing.

Emplacement idéal pour une première à Istanbul. Très bon rapport Qualité / Prix. Des remerciements tout particuliers à Seraj qui nous accueillit avec un très grand professionnalisme et beaucoup de sympathie !

L accueil du personnel surtout Siradj et Acheraf. Ils nous ont aidé par leurs conseils pour faire la visite Istanbul dans les meilleurs conditions. L emplacement proche de tout, on peut faire les visites à pied sauf pour taksim mais les transports en commun sont proches de l hôtel tram, bus BN1, train Marmara.

Elektrische tijd viel gedurende verblijf continue weg. Afstandsbediening van airco was er niet, we moesten naar beneden om te vragen of ze de airco aan konden zetten. De reden hiervoor, omdat de telefoon het ook niet deed.

Every time I come to Istanbul I sleep in this hotel. The location is excellent, the beds are comfortable, everything is close and I would especially like to praise the staff, the same guys have been working there since I've been coming: Ashraf, Sijay and Ayham, they are very kind,, they like to help, they are communicative and speak English very well, they are always available for guests, thank you very much and see you again soon. Автоматический сделали апгрейд нашей комнаты так как мы приехали 5-ом включая младенца. Очень приятно. Чисто 👍🏼

Каждый день проводили уборку номеров и включали кондиционер, по приходу в комнату после тура это было великолепное чувство 👍🏼

The hotel has a great location to public transport and sightseeing. The staff was very helpful specially Ashraf who helped us alot.

The bad room door was from white glass and you could not close it ( did not have a lock 😉).

Emplacement parfait à 2 min de tramway et marmaray sirkeci.

Pas de lit bébé alors que la réservation a été faite plus de 2 mois avant. A notre arrivée nous n'avons pas eu la chambre que nous avions réservée soi disant à cause d'une réparation à effectuer dû au précédent client. Ils nous ont donné une chambre très petite avec un lit en moins pour la première nuit et voici le lit de fortune supplémentaire...température et pression dans la douche laisse à désirer. Multiples coupures d'électricité soi disant de la part de la municipalité mais pas de générateur de secours contrairement aux hôtels voisins.. Même si on savait le confort sommaire il y'a un minimum à offrir pour une chambre à plus de 100eur la nuit.

Lokasi yang terletak di Sirkeci, berdekatan hanya bebrapa minit dari stesen Sirkeci line Marmararay. Mudah untuk ke Spice Bazaar, Gulhane Park dan Eminonu jika ingin naik feri. Staf di kaunter Ashraf, Sirac dan Ayham yang boleh berbahasa Inggeris dan sangt membantu. Jika ingin datang bersama keluarga sangat sesuai kerana ada bilik utk 5-6 orang.

Everything was great. The hotel was literally 10 mins away from Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. Ashram, Sirac and Ayhan were very helpful with everything and very polite.

Отличное расположение в минуте от станции Сиркеджи. Очень дружелюбный персонал, на тв есть русские каналы, удобные кровати, горячая вода в душе, кондиционер, чайник, холодильник

الموقع ممتاز في قلب سيركجي وقريب جداً من محطة المترو والعبارات والترام وقريب من مزارات تاريخية يرغب السائح في زيارتها مثل آيا صوفيا وجامع السلطان أحمد كذلك بالقرب منك مطاعم وكافيها ممتازة

الفندق قديم بعض الشيء يحتاج صيانة وكذلك الاثاث كما تنقطع الكهرباء احياناً فيتوقف المصعد - كذلك مستوى النظافة متوسط في اغطية السرير

المركز حيوي و قريب من كل شيء و الطاقم كان ودود و متعاون لقد كانوا رائعين

ロケーションはかなり良かった。トラムに乗らなくても観光地に徒歩で行ける。Wi-Fiの速さは問題なかった。スタッフは親切だった。

部屋清掃のレベルはいまいち。エアコンの下に机があるが、エアコンから真っ黒な埃がたくさん振ってくるので食べ物など置くのは注意。水の補充は言わないと貰えなかった。定期的に停電するがこれはホテルのせいではなく地域柄かもしれない。

Nothing,they said on booking 8,8 but not deserving that ,only 4 and too much . The property in noisy area ,yes it’s closed to attraction and city centre,but it’s not suitable for family ,in evening the road will be full of table who drink in the middle of road ,high music and noisy till 4:00 am . You can’t sleep ,not just that the aria not safe after midnight. Only think I like it the everyday cleaning

We spoke about the property and location,let’s speak about inside ,no resection lobby ,the Entrance so narrow the lift so small,just for 3 people. The Electricity is not stable ,it’s look like traffic light ,each one hour or less power cut off and turn to generator,so if that happened you can’t sleep not use the Elevator as not working with generator,you don’t know how many time I have to get down from the third floor to the ground floor,it’s crazy,my wife has issue with her knee,so if she get up ,can not go down again till the electricity come back . I booked Besphore trip several times I asked the receptionist Seraj to send me confirmation,but he forgot. The below sheet and bed sheet all dirty and stain ,I changed them by myself. There were many bad things I don’t have time to mention them , the mattress broken you can not sleep on it ,please look at the pictures

Het was een super hotel goed personeel en locatie was perfect.

Lokalizacja dobra jeśli ktoś lubi ścisłe, hałaśliwe centrum. Czysta łazienka. W pokoju był czajnik i zestaw do kawy i herbaty oraz woda.

Spaliśmy tam 2 noce. W pierwszą klimatyzacja działała do bardzo wczesnych godzin. Potem zaczął wysiadać prąd. Personel wyłączał klimatyzację, kilkukrotnie prosiliśmy na dole o włączenie jej- w pokoju nie ma pilota, personel sam steruje. Włączano ją, a po kilkunastu minutach znowu się wyłączała. Nie dało się oddychać, po otwarciu okien było jeszcze gorzej- oprócz gorąca dochodził hałas z ulicy. W kolejnym dniu nie działała winda i musieliśmy w upale wchodzić na 4 piętro hotelu. Okresowo nie działało też coś w pokoju- raz światło w łazience, potem brakowało prądu w gniazdkach ale było światło itp. Ogólnie klimat deficytu. Apartament z niskim sufitem, dość klaustrofobiczny. Personel mało pomocny, raczej pasywno-obojętny. Mieszkaliśmy wcześniej w innej dzielnicy i radzimy omijać Sirkeci, a szczególnie ten hotel

C’est un hôtel qui surprend et est décevant quand on s’attend à voir ce qu’il y a en photo ! C’était pas propre, on a retrouvé un ongle dans la douche, les matelas étaient super tachés, aucune finition et les plinthes complètement cassées, pas assez de drap pour se couvrir… le lit juste à côté de la porte où on peut pas dormir parce qu’on entend tout….. le ménage pas du tout fait sous les lits ou au niveau des fenêtres…

The hotel is really a great choice to stay. The location is perfect. The staff is very cooperative. The Managers Siraj and Ashraf are really great blessing and like angels in help and support 24/7. They made our stay more than exceptional. The room is comfortable and everything is super perfect. The stay is comfortable. Rooms are air conditioned. washrooms are clean and tidy. Tidy and comfort beds. The cleaning lady changes the sheets and provides materials for daily need. The breakfast variety and the quantity of the breakfast was very good. We enjoyed it every day. I wish the hotel could offer something like the dinner also same like breakfast. They provided reliable WIFI, stable connection. They provided airport shuttle for pick and drop both ways which was the top hammer as reliable, secure, price wise fare and travel wise comfort. This made me relaxed for the trip when I booked, and it was worth making booking through them. In short, I would like and love to stay here again and again if I have such helping support from the managers like they provided in this stay.

It's the location. This hotel, although it is tuck in between two restaurants, is very close to the Sirkeci Marmaray Station & Sirkeci Tram Station...only 5 mins walk through the alley in front of the hotel. It is also 10 minutes walk to Eminonu Pier if you're fit & 20 minutes if you're strolling casually. Egyptian Bazaar, Yani Camii Mosque, Galata Bridge, Eminonu Bus Stop, Cafés, Restaurant & even The Gulhane Park are within 15-30 minutes walk depending on your fitness level or how big is your group. Sultanahmet Square, Topkapi Palace, Grand Bazaar are 2-4 tram stops from the Sirkeci Tram Station. We stayed there for 8 nights. We are 2 adults, 2 elderly in their 70s & 2 kids below 12 yo. We walked almost everywhere even to the Gulhane Park, Gulhane Bazaar (must visit for souvenirs) & even visit the hotel that was being featured in one of the James Bond movie scenes. Overall it was a value for money. It was very basic but the shower toilets were functioning well. No major issues we have encountered. The beds were comfy, pillows were so soft we like it. Towels were clean and they provided us with 2 sets of towel each. Oh ya forgot to mention it has a lift that only serve the 2nd floor and onwards. As for the 1st floor, you need to use the iconic steep Turkish staircase yet it is still accessible for our 2 elderly. Would very much comeback again in 2 years time in shaa Allah.

They should have cleaned everything thoroughly before we arrived. Dead bugs can be found in certain places in the room. Also, change the bed covers as it is dated and old smudges are visible everywhere. They also should have changed the electric kettle as it is look worn out. As for ironing, you have to request for it. This is the only minor issues we've encountered as we're not that fussy. Bear in mind, this is a very basic accommodation that have everything you need. No breakfast whatsoever. Restaurants, cafés in this area though the food are nice and authentic but it is really pricey for us Malaysians.

عدم وجود مكان الإفطار في نفس الفندق و الإفطار في فندق آخر تابع لهم تذهب له مشيا على الأقدام ولكن للامانه اخبرونا أنه جاري تجهيز مكان الإفطار في نفس الفندق قريبا.

La tapa del baño estaba rota y se caía. Había que recolocarla cada vez que ibas al baño. La ducha ardía o salía fría, no había punto intermedio. Debajo de la cama había unos calcetines que serían del anterior huésped por lo que no habían ni limpiado. Las almohadas eran durísimas. Solo tenía sábana bajera, encima iba directamente la colcha lo que para mi gusto, resultaba muy incómodo.

باب الحمام غير مغلق بالكامل بتسمع كل شي ، وفيه صوت لم يسكر او يفتح مزعج للغير . عموما الحمام مافيه خصوصية للاسف، التلفون في الغرفة متعطل ، الاصانصير مرة مااشتغل الموضوع كان صعب، الأسرة شوية قديمة بس لابأس بها

La habitación era grande. Las camas eran relativamente cómodas, no las más cómodas en las que he dormido pero tampoco las peores. La ubicación es excelente, a un paso de los puntos más emblemáticos de la ciudad.

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba... Los filtros estaban sucios a niveles épicos. La habitación era literalmente un horno. Imposible aguantar mucho tiempo en ella. Las cortinas eran cortas así que desde las 6am entra toda la luz posible... despertador gratis... Algunas instalaciones electricas era peligrosas.
