I could not site on the stool as there was not enough room between the stool and the wall .

Close to SM and Bus terminal. Also close to Blue lotus Hotel, they have a very good breakfast buffet from 7 to 10am each days

Entrance to hotel full of holes and when it's wet it's very muddy. Your car will get dirty For a hotel this isn't very inviting for your customers. So you should invest a bit to make it more clean and having a nice concrete road

It would be better if they didn't charge extra for slight stains on the bath towels

The only thing I didn't like is if the white bath towels are a little dirty, they want the customer to pay for it 🤔😲

Location is really good. Near SM Davao and other tourist spots.

Having electric kettle, microwave and fridge could’ve been more convenient.

I really like the overall vibe of the place. It's like a studio apartment.

The location is very good. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful and nice.

On going construction on the side has a machinery that creates noise every morning around 8, cant sleep after that. And I need to go down several times just to ask for hot water. A boiler unit that can be borrowed should do the job.

The proximity of the hotel to SM City Ecoland and the friendly staff from the front desk to housekeeping.

Strategic location and is near SM City, Ecoland. The room is clean and the hotel staff are friendly.

The room in upstair very hard for guest with big luggage and no one staff helping.and Taxi assistant very poor .

Ok.. the Room is very clean and the staff follow up you if you need something or cleaning but there are some few I didn't like. The bed is not comfy to sleep and also it sound if you move and Internet is a little slow in my area cause I stay in 2nd floor. and the AC is not really cold so i need to On the electric fan just to feel ok. They Dont offer Laundry but there are some few Laundry shop nearby the Hotel. All in all it was ok for 13 days on the Hotel.

The price is good, strategic area and the cleanliness exceeded my expectation.

The road when you go out is not nice. But overall is good. I will recommend this hotel, specially if you have something to do here in ecolan. Just a walking distance to many things.

My bed was broken and always leaned to 1 side. Unit 206 that's why they had the plywood panel. I already suffer from back pain it definitely added to it

Friendly staff and flexible check out timing. Location was good. Room was clean and aircon was cold. No cigarette smoke smell as well.

Toilet was rather small and bed was not the most comfortable. Couldn't fall asleep but it could have been due to other reasons. Not sure if I would stay more more than 2 nights though.

Plenty of mosquitoes in the room. Because of damaged insect screen. Bathroom a bit too cramped. But manageable

The bed is out of shape with sound when you move, mattress too thin.

The room was spacious enough and can easily fit 3 people. What I love here the most is the location. Very accessible and it's just across SM Ecoland. It has a big parking space, too.

The only thing I didn't like is the air conditioner. It is too small for the size of the room. We have utilized their fan as well but we woke up drenched in sweat. I hope they would change the HP of the air conditioner to what is fit to the size of the room.

It's just the bed was a little bit noisy when you moved, but it was fine and bearable.

It's good enough to stay for the night since it's not really a staycation and I am out most of the time. I'll go back here next time. It's like an apartment hostel-ish. 2 Floors. Neighborhood was good. There was no wow effect but at least it's clean, there's small like Asian small bathroom, enough space to do your business. But you will have to change your clothes outside the bathroom because it is cramped. But it has cupboard, sink, and a cabinet to put stuff. It has fun, and decent aircon. Internet connectivity is decent. Not super fast but not slow either. Just enough speed that I can do an online meeting without a camera on for my classes.

The secondary lock was not working. Although I just stayed there for 2 days so I did not bother to ask for a new room or new lock. I just bring my important stuff with me whenever I go out.

I liked the helpfulness of the staff. They walked the proverbial extra mile to extend assistance, like meet me with an umbrella because it was pouring the night I arrived and hail a cab for me at the roadside, which meant walking some distance from the hotel. There was also a mini store selling instant coffee and chocolate drinks, and chips. It was open 24/7. Mind you, for a budget hotel (i just needed to stay the night before catching a bus home the next day), the mini store was a pleasant surprise.

The road leading to the hotel is in poor condition. The downpour created a mini pool or huge puddle (take your pick) just at the point where the vehicle would turn right from the main road towards the hotel. It was enough to discourage me from going around the neighborhood the morning before i check out from the hotel.

What I like most is the location of the hotel as it is very near to SM City. The staff were also attentive to our every request. I'd say i had a value for money experience staying there.

The heater in the bathroom did not have control for temperature. When turned on, water will eventually reach scaldingly hot temperature so better prepare to avoid it.
