Les propriétaires sont vraiment très gentils, serviables et disponibles. La location est très propre et fonctionnel, très calme avec une bonne literie.

Attention pour ceux qui ont du mal à se déplacer car l’escalier pour entrer dans la location est très raide et on est vraiment en dehors du centre. Cela ne nous a pas gêné mais il faut en tenir compte s’il on a des problèmes de mobilité.

We had a great stay. The apartment is modern, clean and in a great location. We really enjoyed being off the beaten track in a residential area. The marina near by is beautiful. Cees and Cathalijne were very welcoming and explained everything in person on arrival. There was good communication throughout. Because of the red weather alert we were lent a fan which helped to cope with the heat. Thanks again

Tout était parfait. Les hôtes sont agréables et serviables, le logement est décoré avec goût, tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents, les lits sont confortables et l’environnement est vraiment calme et paisible. Nous avons loué des vélos pour aller au Centre d’Amsterdam, nous y étions en 35 min. C’est aussi ça le charme de la visite de la ville, tout pouvoir faire en vélo. Je recommande vivement ce logement et je remercie Cathalijn et Cees pour leur accueil.

Our 3 night stay at Huis met de krul was so perfect :-) The apartment is situated in a residence area and it was quiet and relaxing compared to the hustling and bustling in Amsterdam City. The inhouse facilities are fantastic - beautiful interior designs, comfortable beds (1 double + 2 single beds), very nice bathroom facilities and a nice kitchen area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Nearby (10 min walk) is The Harbour with cafés, restaurants and a super market. Our hosts, Cees and Cathalijne were so friendly and helpful - we really appreciate the effort they put into making us feel welcome - especially the warm, personal greeting, the detailed informations about the apartment and the area as well as snacks and refreshments upon arrival :-) Thank you so much for a wonderful stay - we will definitely be back :-)

Easy to find due to the striking appearance. Cathalijne and Cees, the landlords, were always very quick to help. The flat itself is very nice and situated in a quiet area. We rented bikes so it was also very easy to then cycle to the east or cycle to city centre.

The local area is currently under construction but that's out of the landlords control. It meant that it takes longer to reach the city centre where most tourist attractions are by tram although we used bikes so didn't face this as an issue. The local bike shop is closed on Sundays so we had to rent bikes from the centre.

Tout était parfait ! Nos hôtes adorables et très prévenants. L'appartement est très facile d'accès depuis l'autoroute. Le quartier (moderne) est à découvrir. En bord de plage et emplie d'une ambiance familiale très agréable. Amsterdam plage et Amsterdam ville à quelques minutes. Le rêve. L'accès aux transports en commun et aux commerces très facile. Appartement très très accueillant et agréable. Nous recommandons fortement ! Encore mille merci à cette adorable famille pour avoir contribué largement à la réussite de nos vacances !

We loved the fact it was out away from the city, 20 mins on the tram was perfect , very easy to get in and out of city.

The only thing was the area is a new development, alot of building work going on, which wasn't a problem(we were told once it was booked ) but we felt we could have been told how to navigate the area, a lot of roads were blocked off, took us a while to figure out how to walk where we needed to get to. Once the development is complete i think it will be a beautiful spot.

We were welcomed to this modern apartment by our host and found it clean, comfortable and well furnished. It is in a very quiet area well away from the busy city. There are two good supermarkets about 15 mins walk away. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. There are some DVDs and a DVD player alongside the TV which only has local channels. The tram services are excellent and are 15 - 20 mins walk away from the flat. There is a huge beach and attractive harbour within 10 -15 mins walk. There are a selection of bars and restaurants at the harbour. There is a sunny balcony(afternoon) on the back of the flat, with table and chairs, which overlooks a large garden area/car park/other flats. This is accessed from both bedrooms . There is building work going on at the front of the house but it is no problem.

This flat might not be suitable for anyone with mobility problems as there is quite a walk from the tram and two flights of concrete stairs up to the flat. I would be a bit concerned about young children staying here ( excited / running around), as the stairs open right into the middle of the flat with no door or safety gate and we did have a trip hazard, on the top step, pointed out to us. Each bedroom would benefit from a mirror and a choice of softer pillows. The second bedroom has no hanging space - just shelves in the cupboard. A slip mat in the shower would be good for safety. The kitchen worktop and cupboards are higher than usual but a small stepladder is provided !

Amazing host, great location. Well equipped for a family of 3. Will stay there again.

Fabulously appointed apartment, very comfortable with two outdoor deck spaces. Good access to public transport connections, quiet neighborhood, definitely recommend :-)

Really friendly hosts, very quiet and peaceful location outside of Amsterdam city centre. Very spacious, clean and modern apartment. Highly recommend as a place to stay.
