It has only one full bathroom. The second one is only a toilet. I would expect an attached full bathroom for each bedroom.

The property was beautiful, spacious, and just as described. It also kept us very warm in a rather cold winter! We were very happy with the house and the spaces surrounding it; it was a short taxi ride to the city, which could also become a very pleasant walk on the snow (and maybe a frozen lake!)

It would be great if we could do the check-in in the property directly, instead of having to go to the city first. It would be a minor improvement, since the property itself is closer to the airport than the city of Tromsø. Also, we used the kitchen a lot, and it could have been a tad better equipped for cooking and making desserts.

Everything about the place. It's beautiful, comfortable and warm. My son never left as it felt like home. If I have to travel again, I will definitely stay here again.

When collect the key apartment must go another place. The reason want collect deposit. What the different collect deposit at property and assist us with welcome.

We stayed two nights at this house in Tromsø and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very spacious, cozy, and clean, with warm bathrooms and bedrooms that made it perfect for the chilly weather. The kitchen was well-equipped with almost everything we needed, which was a big plus. *Do note that a NOK5,000 deposit was required when collecting the keys at the reception.

Although there was no hot water in the kitchen on the first day, the issue was resolved by a technician the next day after we contacted the hotel, which we appreciated. While we enjoyed our stay, improving the lighting in the dining area would make the house even better.

Objectively speaking, the house was modern, in excellent condition and free of clutter.

Took 2 whole weeks, several reminders and warnings to the staff to get back my 2000 NOK damage deposit. Please also be careful of the staff charging you 5000 NOK (more than what was agreed). Would suggest that you look for other accommodation that is not "Enter" brand if you don't want to face such stress.

The place was absolutely gorgeous. It has the most amazing view over the mountains. We could sit and look out there for hours. The house was gorgeous and so comfortable. Really spacious with enough seating for everyone, which a lot of places don't have. Perfect for families.

The house only had a washing machine, no dryer. It was also missing a clothes airer for us to hang out washing to dry. We requested one from reception, but it took a couple of days to get to us. On our stay, the information booklet that most places have was missing, which was annoying because it had the WiFi password and the details on how to sort the rubbish. None of these things were big issues. The place is fantastic.

We didn't actually get the Mountain View Apartment, because of renovations. But instead got one in the city center, which was really big and comfy and luxurious. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed the free waffles at the reception between 5-7pm. The 24h reception was really friendly and helpful.

Just really nice, spacious, close to centre, but not quite in it.

Needed extra toilet with five people, and a room with twin beds as we were a group of 5 and I had to share a bed , rather than a twin .

The location was perfect to see the northern lights - we could see them 5 minutes away from the property. The view was breathtaking - really really beautiful location. The house was very comfortable and the hosts were very kind to us. Hoping to go back someday!

Logistics for check-in and key pick-up could be better (you need to go from the airport to a hotel nearby and then go to the property paying two transports on arrival).

The house is very nice and perfect for a family with three rooms (sleeps 6). The service that looks after the house was very responsive when we needed a couple of extra kitchen utensils.

The key handover and deposit is not clearly explained when renting the property. One just gets an email later on with explanations on where to pick up the key and that they require a NOK2000 deposit. Upon check in they then ask for a NOK5000 deposit but settled right away on the NOK 2000 when I showed them their email.

Beautiful apartment located a few minutes outside the city center. The views of the mountains are really magnificent. Check-in was super easy. Highly recommended if you're here to see the beautiful landscape.
