Good location. Comfortable room.

Booked and paid for hotel parking space, but my assigned parking spot frequently occupied by other guests’ cars. Each time I had to go to hotel office and the staff had to find another parking space at nearby locations to park

The apartment was spacious and had very comfortable to stay in! We loved having a kitchen to be able to cook in and a living room to decompress in.

The shower drain was very slow and when we lifted up the tray/plug, it was very dirty. Luckily the drain started going a lot faster after that. The heaters in the living room weren’t working, but that wasn’t a huge issue since it was still late summer.

Arrivati, ci è stato assegnato l'appartamento che non era quello che avevamo prenotato. La mattina dopo siamo andati alla reception e l'impiegato di turno è stato molto gentile e dietro nostra richiesta, ci ha cambiato e assegnato quello che avevamo in effetti prenotato e pagato. La posizione è ottima, vicinissima al centro, 5 minuti a piedi. La fermata del bus per andare in aeroporto è a due passi. Nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono molti locali dove fare colazione o cenare.

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla zona pedonale, il budget-apartment è spazioso, ben fornito di tutte le necessità, il bagno pulito con una doccia nuova e ben funzionante. Ottimo per famiglie.

La struttura è piuttosto datata e necessità di un rinnovamento esterno, le tende non proteggono adeguatamente dalla luce solare durante la notte in estate

El apartamento olía mucho a humedad y el exterior de la fachada estava muy deteriorada, le hace falta una pintura.

Logement spacieux, avec tout le nécessaire pour une ou plusieurs nuits sur tromso. Le propriétaire très agreable, et d'excellent conseils pour les visites ou restaurants de tromso.

Appartamento spazioso e funzionale a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Tromso. Cucina ben fornita, letti molto comodi, bagno essenziale ma spazioso.

Cucina non pulitissima, sarebbe stata cosa gradita trovare almeno zucchero e sale. La TV non funzionava.

Posizione perfetta per la città. Il secondo appartamento era ok e anche la posizione del parcheggio.

Il primo appartamento disastroso. Al 2 piano senza ascensore con fue scale a chiocciola ripidissime impraticabili con le valige e non segnalate al momentodella prenotazione. . Bagno poco pulito e senza luce. Divano e armadio di una camera rotto. Dopo diverse lamentele vi hanno cambiato appartamento e finalmente abbiamo trovato un alloggio pulito e confortevole

La struttura è datata e anche il mobilio è decisamente vecchio e non ben mantenuto. Una delle due camere era senza finestra. Nell'altra stanza ci stava malapena un letto, oltretutto scomodo. Le tende oscuranti erano solo in cucina e in sala e non nella camera dove effettivamente sarebbero necessarie, specie in estate quando c'è luce h.24. nel bagno non c'era un punto di appoggio e il sistema di ventilazione non sembrava in funzione.

Appartement sympa et bien placé pour quelques jours à Tromso, en plein centre ville.

Nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato nella casetta in reception abbiamo sempre trovato Oliver, ragazzo simpaticissimo e molto disponibile che ci ha dato tante info anche sul posto. Avevamo prenotato la casa con l'idea di poter usare la lavatrice, non l'abbiamo però trovata in casa ma Oliver ci ha spiegato che potevamo usare quella in comune nell'edificio principale (zona hotel) e così abbiamo fatto. Certo non è stato comoda come averla in casa ma si ovviava al problema con comodità. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort necessari, dalle stoviglie all'asse e ferro da stiro, consigliata. L'acqua del rubinetto è potabile, valore aggiuntissimo dato il costo dell'acqua imbottigliata in Norvegia!

La casa si trova su una delle tante salite di Tromsø, a piedi si faceva un po' fatica, soprattutto con i bagagli, chi arriva in auto sicuramente è avvantaggiato. Sarebbe stato carino avere più punti di appoggio in bagno, magari dei ganci per poter appendere gli asciugamani o una sedia/mobiletto dove poter poggiare vestiti/pigiama quando si fa la doccia. Da ragazza con capelli ricci apprezzo sempre tanto quando, oltre all'asciugacapelli, trovo in casa anche il diffusore, qui purtroppo non c'era. È una bella carineria per gli ospiti 😊

Huge space, kitchen well equipped

It was mentioned to have a washing machine (one of the reason why we booked this one) and there was none. The bed were way too soft and too small (and we are really not big) Curtains could be darker and no light through, considering that there is 24/7 light in summer. We had to use our own towelw to block the light.

Var ingen toalettpapir eller handsåpe da vi sjekket inn, måtte kjøpe det selv. Misfornøyd med det.

Asunto itsessään oli oikein kiva ja tilava ja hyvällä sijainnilla.

Asiakaspalvelu bookingin kautta ei toiminut lainkaan. Vastasivat kyllä viesteihin, mutta eivät tehneet mitään asioille joista ilmoitin. Asuntoon mennessä oli kamalat portaat, mitkä oli hankalat matkatavaroiden ja lasten kanssa. Parkkipaikkaa talolla ei ollut vaan auto piti jättää vähän matkan päähän. Tv ei toiminut. Ja suihkun lattiakaivo oli hiukan tukossa jonka vuoksi suihkua ei voinut pitää pitkään päällä.

The location is located a stones throw away from everything in the village. Thank you Bianca and Oliver for making our stay great - we felt very welcome and looking forward returning soon again!

The property was very centrally located so it was easy to pop back from the town centre. It had everything that we needed and was well equipped for self catering.

Finalmente (por alguna incidencia desconocida) fuimos realojados en apartamentos Viking muy crrca, pero estaban fenomenal. Sin problema

Apparemment bien situé, mais peu d'équipement de cuisine, une seule salle de bains avec un wc pour nous 4 alors que cet appartement peut recevoir 6 ou 7 personnes, et manque de possibilité d'obstruer les fenêtres alors que le soleil ne se couche pas !

There were six of us travelling together. On the first two nights we were given an entire suite, which was excellent. When we returned three days later, we could only be allocated two separate rooms, which was understandable. However, I had clearly requested that the two rooms be as close to each other as possible. Instead, the arrangement was ‘as far as possible’ — the two rooms were not even in the same building. One of them was in a third building across the street, more than 100 metres away. The cleaners use bleach to clean before check in and there was a very strong smell for nearly a day after cleaning

We have booked in one of your hotels, after the payment you send me a e mail taht we gettibg Upgraded to another of your hotels…. The room was smelly, the kitchen was very very pooor, the rooms were not cleaned properly, the bathroom was very smelly…..I also told the guy on the reception, he offered me another room… i have checked it but it was same…. Same smell, same poor equipment… we decided to stay in the original room…. Also the Booking guarantee that we not gonna be charged anything else then what we payed… on the reception he asked me to tap my card to the terminal so they book some money from my card as a safety deposit….. you should pay us safety deposit for what we got from you guys…. Really bad experience.

Ikke godt vasket, hull i veggene, manglet en del ting som vi spurte om på forhånd om var tilgjengelig. Verdens minste varmtvannstank når det var 7 sengeplasser så fikk bare en person dusjet på morgenen i 10 minutter før det var tomt for varmtvann :/

Reserve por booking con “enter backpack apartments”, nadie me avisó que el check in y el departamento era en otra dirección (5 min a pie más abajo). Deje a mi familia con las maletas más arriba y fui a recoger la llave (ya que en la dirección indicada no había NADIE!) y ahí me dijeron que el departamento estaba justo al lado… una pérdida de tiempo total, comunicación nula. Era mi cumpleaños, lo había avisado, y no recibí nada especial. Me dijeron que me habían hecho “upgrade” pero no era cierto… el departamento es funcional, cómodo y está bien ubicado. El utensilio de cocina es poco y está bastante en mal estado (sobretodo las sartenes). No hay lavadora ni secadora. Al ducharte, el agua se sale por todos lados. Es funcional para una corta estancia como la nuestra, sin embargo la falta de comunicación y detalles no generaron una buena impresión en mi, siendo que también trabajo en hostelería. No lo recomiendo.

Günstige Unterkunft für eine Nacht. P beim Haus. Zentral gelegen. Kleine Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht für eine Nacht.

Betten sind für mich viel zu weich. Sehr kleine Räume, sehr steile und enge Treppe bis oben (schwierig mit grossen Gepäckstücken)

The staff is very nice and helpful. The apartment is nice, clean, cozy and well furnished. It's also very central and close to the harbor or bus station. The common area is very nice.

The rooms are small and don't have good soundproof. Only one of them has closet.

Ubicación, comodidad y comfort. Ambiente cálido para los días de frío. Agua caliente excelente para el momento de la ducha. Espacio amplio para que se alojen hasta 6 personas. A minutos del centro de la ciudad, tuvimos la suerte de ver auroras desde la puerta del alojamiento, incluso con la temporada finalizada.

Solo a modo de sugerencia, añadiría un espejo en al menos una habitación, ya que solo hay uno en el Baño y al ser 6 personas podría ser útil contar con uno adicional. El TV del living comedor era antiguo y no se conectaba a internet, para los días fríos es interesante contar con ello para pasar el rato.

The apartment space was bigger than expected and had 3 rooms so sharing with a family was comfortable and it allowed us some me-space when needed. The kitchen area though compact had almost every cooking ware/appliance and tableware if you decide to cook up meals (My family did! Used almost every tool and appliance). They also have a washer and dryer. The view from the bedrooms were good, though I stayed at a lower level, as it overlooked Tromso's city center area.

Some of the soft furnishing and the carpet was dusty, could have been more clean. We tried to vacuum ourselves with the vacuum cleaner in the apartment but it gave off a musky and sour smell. The shower cubicle is a little compact if you are of a taller and bigger build.

Abbiamo utilizzato un appartamento da 8 e ci siamo trovati bene, grandi spazi, cucina ben attrezzata, pulizia. Avremmo acceso la stufa ma non c’era legna, forse chiedendo. Meno comodo l’appartamento estivo da 4 perché raggiungibile da scale a chiocciola che con le valigie sono difficili

Sembra che in Norvegia sia difficile avere letti singoli, anche qui solo letti matrimoniali che a volte non sono il top della soluzione, avremmo preferito avere alcuni letti singoli. Il fatto che sia posizionata un po’ sul colle rende faticoso arrivarci con valige grandi ma Comunque ci si arriva subito

Close to center but be mindful it is on a hill. In the winter you need spikes. Beds were comfortable. Very warm. Staff was very friendly and helpful

They checked us in a different apartment from the one I booked. This place was on the third floor of very steep stairs. Very hard to carry luggage. Stairs weee very dirty and we found some parts of the apartment quite dusty. Furniture and kitchen are rather outdated. They take a deposit for the physical key!! No toiletries, just basic liquid soup for handwashing and shower. Rooms are super small

Tuvalet ve banyo tek bir mekan içindeydi ve altı kişilik konaklama için yeterli değildi ayrıca dayanılmaz kötü kokuyordu. Mutfak malzemeleri yetersizdi sürekli yıkamak zorunda kaldık. Çok kar olduğundan ve hiç temizlenmediğinden ikinci kattaki daireye giriş çıkış oldukça zorlayıcıydı. Odalar dar olduğu için (bir oda dışında) kör tarafta kalan kişi her seferinde diğer kişinin üzerinden atlayarak yataktan kalmak zorunda kaldı.

Je suis venue il y a 13 et j'y uis revenue. L'emplacement est top et l'appartement est entièrement équipé. Le personnel est hyper sympa avec toujours des conseils si besoin. Je recommande !

2 very steep flights of stairs, not on information prior to booking. Quite tired in places. Dishwasher didn't work and no toaster as advertised

Die Treppen wurden in keiner Weise vom Eis befreit. Bei jedem Gang nach oben mussten wir extrem aufpassen und hatten große Schwierigkeiten, überhaupt sicher hinaufzukommen. Zusätzlich löste sich ein großes Eisstück vom Dach und stürzte direkt neben mir zu Boden. Das war nicht nur erschreckend, sondern auch gefährlich. Unter solchen Umständen kann von ausreichender Sicherheit wirklich keine Rede sein.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, with two bedrooms and a comfortable shared living space, and it was just a short, easy walk to town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and offered excellent recommendations for local restaurants and activities in and around the area.
