We loved the seafront bedroom. The room was stocked with everything we needed, the binoculars were an added bonus. The owner was really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from.

We have travelled a great deal in the the UK and Europe and this is the best Hotel we have found. The Hotel is very clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast is excellent a small bar carries a wide range of drinks. The bedroom has everything you would need, comfortable bed, walk in shower, good towels, shower gels and washing gels even flannels for removing makeup. Eye masks TV, Safe, kettle etc. A bonus as we had a Sea View there were Binoculars complete with pads to clean them. The Hotel Inspector from TV would not find fault here. Car Parking at the rear. Amazing host….Hayley. She was so welcoming and lovely throughout. Excellent information given about all aspects of the hotel and surroundings. Gorgeous breakfast room and quality breakfast. Great location…away from the more noisy areas. Wonderful sea view.

Our room and shower room were in need of a little TLC. Although clean, the bedding was in need of replacing.

Breakfasts were really substantial, and served with efficiency and courtesy. Great start to the day. We liked the lovely friendliness of our hostess and her willingness to answer all our questions, whether to do with the best places to eat or why there was such a huge liner anchored out in the bay during our stay.

Location of hotel and the breakfast.

The way the hotel manager greeted us on arrival. We were parking when Hayley told my wife she couldn't park in the car park. my wife told her we were booked into the hotel and then Hayley asked for our names. Once given she said we were not due until the next day, then on checking she noted we were due on the day we arrived. Had she asked if we were booked in first the greeting may have been more positive. The bedding was also on its last leggs - fluffy sheets.

Location was perfect. In walking distance to centre. Welcomed on arrival. Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, nothing was too much trouble.

he owner, very charming friendly and beautiful lady Hayley , made us welcomed with details guid to the hotel. With all staff, hotel, breakfast and location are all 1st class. Would highly recommend staying here. We stayed for 2 nights. Thank you for making it the perfect anniversary weekend. And a nice surprise at the room with the sea view, anniversary greeting card, chocolate box, a rose and a sign on the window . Best ever hotel stayed at Llandudno Good British breakfast. The space for parking was free at the rear of the hotel. Location was perfect as we were able to go walk or drive to the town centre easily and come back to the hotel for some peace and quiet.. I would stay at this hotel again. there nice good restaurants 3 minute walk , we went to Greek and Italian The place was clean and maintained at very high standards. I would give this hotel 5 star

Very well maintained property, a lovely warm welcome from Hayley on arrival and throughout our stay. Lovely staff, fabulous breakfast 😋, very comfortable bedroom with homely touches and lovely decor throughout. Highly recommended and will definitely call back on our next visit to North Wales.

What is it not to like about this hotel. The sea and mountains view from our room was great, location was perfect as we were able to go walk or drive to the town centre easily and come back to the hotel for some peace and quiet. Hayley and Heather were welcoming and made our stay comfotable and special. I would stay at this hotel again. Local Co-op, cafe and some other shops were at walking distance. Although we were in the front room, there was no traffic noise during the day or at night. The place was clean and maintained at very high standards. Breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of variety.

Bed a little hard for us older folk. Better to walk around to the front with your cases as a lot of steps at back car park entrance.

On site parking was very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Great location on the seafront. Everything was very clean. Although we hadn’t mentioned it the owner noticed our anniversary celebration and made some lovely gestures to help us celebrate. This was really appreciated.

It is located on the seashore. Small and cozy hotel, delicious breakfast, friendly staff. We will definitely come back here again.

The water pressure in the shower is very poor.

Everything was perfect it exceeded my expectations. The small touches in the room, plenty of hangers, decaffeinated tea bags, an electric fan usb sockets. Everything and more. The room was clean the bed comfortable and shower excellent. I will definitely return, I frequently travel alone for work, I felt welcomed and safe. Nothing was too much trouble.

The most impressive was the person who ran the place, she was the perfect host. So helpful, friendly, accomodative and everything one look for in the service industry. No lift. With having a disability and finding stairs very difficult, having a lift would have made life a little easier. But, totally understand why one isn’t always possible and the room was only on the first floor. Would stay here again :)

Decor was lovely with the whole B&B tastefully modernised and really comfortable in the rooms and lounge / dining area. The seafront front garden was a lovely bonus! Parking was easy to find and my room was warm and comfortable.

The property was beautiful and so clean. It was perfectly located at the beach Hayley was an excellent host.

Fabulous location, spotlessly clean, host Hayley provides exceptional guest service.

Stairs! Just need to remember to request a room on a lower floor. Hayley helped with our bags so no real complaint.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, so quaint and our hostess was super nice, very informative and helpful. There is free parking behind the hotel and if you want to park in front it is available but you have to pay for that. The views from the room were spectacular and everything you could want was provided, including binoculars to watch the Irish Sea and wildlife! Breakfast was great, everything was perfect. We loved it.

Was small for our needs. Family room was small for 3 adults and double bed very springy and small for 2 people to sleep comfortably. No sea view . Top floor not suitable for someone with mobility issues. Parking was not convenient.

The hotel owner was very helpful, made us an early breakfast on both days. Car park at the rear of the hotel was useful as the road in front of the hotel can be busy.

TV in the room could be a little bigger, but not a real issue.

Sea front location some 20-30 minutes walk from centre of town. Very handy for Craig-y-don cafes, shops and restaurants a few minutes walk away. Tourist information centre now in Venue Cymru is nearby. Hotel parking is a great plus. Nothing is too much trouble for Hayley, who is very welcoming and helpful. Has a single room so no single supplement. Would highly recommend.

Understood why, but lounge was closed at 21.00 hrs. No shaver socket in bathroom.

Loved it. Really glad I chose this place for a night in Llandudno. Did my research on options and this seemed a great deal, parking on site, elegant and stylish, on the seafront a massive plus. Some nice bars and restaurants and a lovely walk to the pier. Highly recommended. Breakfast also included and high quality. Overall 10 out of 10. And so going back. Thank you to staff as well, everyone was great.

Lovely and quiet out of the way for the more busy areas from Llandudno, the room and hotel was very clean with modern decor which a lot of UK hotels seem to lack nowadays

This is a lovely little guesthouse right on the seafront. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, and very peaceful.

There wasn't anything we disliked, but it was a shame that the bar area closed quite early in the evening. We would have loved to have been able to come back from dinner and have a nightcap but it closed shortly after we arrived (albeit we did arrive at half past seven). We also struggled with parking - several of the spaces were closed off and the spaces were too narrow, so we had to reverse out of the car park again. However there was plenty of parking along the seafront and adjoining road.

Very good location, beautiful views of the sea front. A great warm breakfast in the morning. My favourite point was the available parking facility at the back of the property. Allowing you to feel stress-free regarding your car. Will deffo come again!

everything at No5 was excellent from the staff hotel and breakfast. we were welcomed and made to feel at home from the moment we arrived to the day that we left.. brilliant.

The property was extremely clean and modern .

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

The property was lovely, and the room felt really cosy with everything you could possibly need. There was free parking, and it was only about a 15-minute walk to the pier - which was perfect for us as we enjoyed a nice stroll along the promenade. Breakfast was amazing, with loads of choice, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating.

It would have been even better if breakfast was served slightly longer (maybe until 10:30 AM).

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, I could not believe the quality of the ingredients and the choice. The dining area was so clean and the decor was stunning. The views outside just added to the experience. Hayley and her staff were so friendly and thoughtful I couldn't fault anything.

There is nothing i would have changed. Choice of food, time of breakfast and location had all been addressed.

A really great stay - the place was really professionally run. The lounge/breakfast bar was a nice place to sit and rest/eat. The room was comfortable and impeccably clean. Really liked the location as it afforded a great view of both ends of Llandudno Bay. Room had a view of the front with a big window, which was great and made the most of it. Breakfast was high quality and good choice.
