Lovely accommodation. Well maintained and comfortable, smoothly run by Emma and Simon. Mine was the only single room in the Pebble House, perhaps on the smallish side but very comfortable anyway and fully kitted.

Everything had been thought of from when you stepped into pebble house, simon & emma both work so hard, to make your stay 1st class. Very very clean, all bedding towels White white!!! Rooms, everywhere clean.

Simon & Emma run this lovely place . Simon was extremely helpful! It was my first time in Wales and he helped me find a beautiful trail for the west shore beach , and the breakfast was lovely too . They let me store my luggage before check in and after check out too . I’d definitely go back !

The attention to detail was excellent, also the way they organised breakfast worked well for only two people managing everything. They seemed to have thought of everything, the recomendations for eating out were really good.

I scored slightly down on value for money, the cost of the stay was slightly high, for the facilities available.

Super efficient service, could not fault it at all. Lovely host, breakfast to order was delicious, room was clean and well stocked. Everything worked perfectly for our small group of old friends.

Very friendly staff, excellent cosy room with comfortable bed and a superb breakfast with everything on offer I would want.

Only comments would be the bar offering (which was not expected) was only for storing our own drinks, it would have been nice to have this service. Also it was a hike to get into the heart of the town being at the opposite end of the promenade to the pier (I did not realise everything was centred around the pier end of the town)!

Excellent service from our hosts, clean and modern, comfortable accommodation. The breakfast was amazing, our room with its own en suite was clean, modern and the bed comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful at night. A full smart TV allowing us to view our own selection when we needed to chill in the room, an absolutely amazing stay!

De locatie was perfect aan de boulevard met uitzicht van zee, op loop afstand was het centrum goed te bereiken. Maar toch nog wel 25 minuten lopen maar dit was ook weer een leuke wandeling. De bedden waren goed alleen ik vond het 2 persoons dekbed te warm voor mij, had aan Simon gevraagd of we 2 aparte dekbedden konden krijgen maar dat is tijdens ons 4 daags verblijf niet meer gebeurd, dat was wel een min puntje. Het ontbijt was goed verzorgd de koffie mocht voor ons wel wat sterker zijn, maar in het algemeen kunnen ze in UK niet zo goed tegen sterke koffie. Wij komen namelijk al sinds 1980 in de UK, waar we vrienden hebben en dit was de eerste keer in Wales, erg mooi.

De badkamer was erg klein en in de douche konden we staan en dat was het. We miste ook een toiletborstel en een haak voor de handdoek bij de wastafel. Verder was er alles en het was erg schoon

The breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice. The position of the guest house is further than expected when booking. Parking was difficult.

Simon was very friendly on our visit. He made sure we had everything we needed and expressed that we only had to ask if we needed anything. The room was very nice. Great facilities for drinks, even a coffee machine. Everything smelt nice and clean. They even had a nice big fan, and for me, that was a good send. The food was exceptional, with fantastic quality and cooked to a very high standard.

Our room looked out to the back of the building. It would have been nice to have voil at the windows, so we didn't have to keep the blinds down when we were in. But other than that, the room was fantastic.

An easy and comfortable stay in this high standard seafront guest house. The property is an upscale refurbished old b&b and a good job has been done on it. It is spotless and there are all mod cons plus the owners go the extra mile with communication and customer service. They know the devil is in the detail with boutique hotels and the many little extra touches they build in which just need thinking about and a bit of effort - yet not a great deal of money to do - will put the place and its price up above most of the competition who can't be bothered going the extra mile and are content to sit back and be ordinary in similar buildings. The breakfast has high quality local ingredients and is delicious even if the pre-ordering process initially felt a little faffy and regimented. But that's needed to be efficient come morning, and it was efficiently served and the owner definitely gets a daily workout heaving the sash cord dumb waiter to the kitchen! On street parking right outside, free overnight until 10am. Overall it's much recommended!

Nothing. Only thing that caught the eye was why after spending all the effort and time refurbing to this standard the internal doors were overlooked and remain the nasty 60s/70s efforts! They kind of make it look 98% fitted out because there was a door makers strike or something when the refurb was done! Seriously, a trip to Wickes in the winter season and a day from a joiner ;-)

Very clean bright bedroom and bathroom. Nice extra touches, Welsh Cakes awaited us and filtered cold water bottles as well as biscuits and tea/coffee making facilities. A very good breakfast with plenty of choice.

Although the room was on the small size, it was good value for money. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast excellent, plenty of choice, something for everyone, beautifully presented too. Having the facility of ice cold water available 24/7 was a big bonus, especially as the UK is experiencing an extremely hot heatwave currently, also having a large fan in the room kept us comfortable through the night. The bathroom was beautifully clean and the bed linen and bathroom cleaned and changed every other day, which made for an overall comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again when we visit Llandudno again and pay extra for a larger room. M & G

Emma and Simon are fantastic hosts, greeted warmly on arrival and nothing was too much trouble for them. The welcome basket on the bed was so cute,with very informative little pack. Breakfast was exceptional, arrived on time, hot and delicious. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated with everything you could need, including a much needed fan! Fabulous shower with gorgeous smelling toiletries and lovely soft towels. The bed was super comfy, the pillows were gorgeous, slept like a baby! The B&B is at the quieter end of the prom which was wonderful, right on the sea front withgreat views of the Orme and little Orme, such a lovely stroll towards the main attractions.

excellent breakfast, plenty of choice. Room had a good sea view which was nice to watch comings and goings. nice standard of accessories in the room like the nespresso coffee machine and good supply of coffee pods.

Breakfast was at a fixed time of 9.00am, we would have preferred a slightly earlier start - say 8.30 so we could get out and away to our excursions etc. The soap tray was missing in the shower cubicle - there was no place to put the shampoo etc during the shower.

Exceptionally friendly and accommodating hosts and high standards of cleanliness.

We liked how we could customise our breakfast in the morning, we both ate well and there was no waste and the breakfast was good quality food. We stayed for four nights and though our room was very comfortable we wished we had paid the extra £50 for the four nights and stayed in the sea view rooms they were amazing.

We didn't like having to pay for parking outside the hotel, we did manage to find free parking 50 metres away though.

Friendly welcome, easy check-in. Room & bathroom were clean and tidy. The Welshcakes were a lovely touch. Bed was *very* comfortable. Quite a way from the station (we walked about 15 minutes) but that also meant it was the quieter end of the promenade, so little traffic/pedestrian noise at night, even with the window open. The beach is directly opposite. Breakfast was excellent with veggie options available. Would happily stay again and recommend to others.

Where do I start. Our whole experience was absolutely wonderful. So clean and presentable. It was my birthday while we was staying. Walked in to our room and a bottle of presseco was waiting on ice. How very kind and thoughtful of Simon and Emma. Would highly recommend this beautiful b&b. We will definitely be back!! Thank you for an amazing stay.

Property is clean and tidy, bathrooms are clean and u feel welcomed staying there, Simon and Emma are very friendly and always helpful if u need anything, parking is great along the promenade and is free after 4 pm until 10 am, service was very good and breakfast was amazing, close to a lot of places to visit in the area if you walk or drive, for us was a very good experience and we will definitely come back.

Pebble House is a lovely B&B. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Great option of having breakfast earlier by being delivered to your room.if you need an earlier start than the normal breakfast time.

Really nice location on the seafront, easy to nip out for a walk along the prom before breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Friendly hosts. Good breakfast system, well thought out and efficient - we particularly enjoyed the fruit cups.

We're not big cooked breakfast eaters, so we would have liked pastries as an option. The wifi was erratic. But really these are minor niggles. We had a lovely time.

The room was lovely, it was very clean, the bed was really comfy and the location right on the front was ideal.

Wow wow wow just got back from 2 nights at the pebble hotel. Its absolutely stunning so clean, fresh, modern. Simon and emma were so lovely and nothing was no trouble. We stayed in room 9 beautiful sea view. Husband was over the moon with the coffee machine in our room. The welsh cakes in our room was also a lovely touch. We both had a reusable water bottle by our bed and we can refill it whenever we wanted for the water dispencer. The breakfast was delicious and freshly made each morning loved the way we had to order. Arrived on hot plates each morning. We will definitely be returning loved every minute of it x
