Clean and bright. Central location

Good facilities & easy connectivity with public / airport bus and also tour meeting point. The host/ agents were kind and responsive. On a clear sky night, aurora was visible from bedroom window. We totally recommend and will definitely consider again.

Die Lage des Appartements war super und das Zentrum einfach zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Der Parkplatz für unsere Motorräder war etwas weit entfernt und sogar für Schweizer Verhältnisse sehr teuer.

Flott leilighet med super beliggenhet. Rolig gate, og enkel adkomst både med barnevogn og små barn.

Si on ouvre les Fenêtres, elles donnent directement sur la rue, donc bruit nocturne possible.

La casa en sí, grande, nueva, muy bien equipada, muy limpia y muy céntrica. El anfitrión, pendiente en todo momento, nos facilitó el aparcamiento de las motos.

Great location

The location is very central and close to the supermarket and the meeting point for tours. The baggage storage facility is around the corner from the apartment. The under floor heating in the entrance and bathroom was fantastic. Washing machine lovely especially if you have been travelling for a while. All the salt/pepper/coffee ect..... left by previous guests. Dishwasher with tablets, just makes life easier.

Outside bins to be marked clearly as to what recycle bags must go where. Standard size pillows would be great the current one's are really small. Maybe a wooden spoon to use in the cooking pots. The positive far outweigh the negative.

The property was in an excellent location and easy to find off the main high street in Tromso. It made it so easy to walk to all tour meeting points. Properly had two good sized bedrooms and good sized bathroom so we could hang up any of our wet clothes. Useful to have the kitchen in order to store and prep food as the tours genuinely took you out from early morning to late afternoon. Artic Homes were really responsive to any questions and provided all information about the accommodation and access in good time. Would highly recommend.

This property was the perfect base for our time in Tromsø. It was comfortable, spotless, and ideally located for exploring the area. The owners were incredibly attentive and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed. As a bonus, we managed to get some absolutely stunning photos of the northern lights during our stay. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. 10/10

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Wohnzimmer und gut ausgestattete Küche im ersten Stock , die 2 Schlafzimmer und das Bad mit Dusche und WC im Parterre. Gute Kommunikation online mit Mathias. Eingang mit Code. Alles war für und perfekt. Gleich in der Nähe ein nettes cafe zum Frühstücken. Und man ist sofort mitten in der gemütlichen kleinen Stadt.

Alles perfekt. Vlt ein grösserer Teppich im Vorraum, wegen der nassen Schuhsohlen. Und die Duschtürenabdichtung erneuern, da Wasser unten rausrinnt. Aber alles nur Kleinigkeiten.

Location was perfect. The house was pretty big and comfortable considering the other options.

The location was nice and close to the city center, within walking distance of a shopping mall and several nice cafés and restaurants. The place was very clean, newly renovated, spacious, and had a washing machine. It was possible to cook in the kitchen using the available equipment and basic ingredients such as oil, pepper, salt, and even teriyaki sauce (probably left by a previous tenant). The lock system was super convenient, we didn’t have to worry about forgetting the house key, and it made contactless check-in and check-out process very easy. We loved it! Car parking was also provided for a reasonable fee. The host Alex was also very responsive and helpful, thank you!

The only downside was the layout of the sleeping rooms, they’re on the ground floor, and it wasn’t comfortable to sleep with the windows open like we do at home because it was quite loud from the street. We could hear people walking by and talking, even in the middle of the night.

It was perfect for what we needed! Easy lock and unlock access to the house, and very clean/tidy rooms/bathroom/kitchen.

Had trouble going into the accomodation one of the late nights because of the key pad lock kept rejecting the code, but we realised after a while the door has to be fully clicked in before you input the code, otherwise a perfect stay!

Nice location, close to the city center, hard rock and harbour. Clean and fully equiped. Alex was very helpfull.

Would have been great to have washing powder available as well as linen for the baby cot. Also an explanation on the bin system in the welcome folder would be helpful. Photos make it look more homey then it is. Most decoration has been removed

Last minute change location of the house we rent which in the hill top. They have house rules. Never discussed with us and charged us penalty and the penalty very expensive. The penalties more than the room rate

The townhouse felt clean. It had a digital keypad system for the front door, which was useful for when our group was not all together. The accommodation came with tissues - something that isn't usually provided and was really appreciated in the Arctic cold.

It seemed strange that shower gel wasn't provided - these days it seems standard for that to be included when going through booking.com. This ended up being quite inconvenient as the shops were closed for Easter for most of our stay. The hosts weren't as responsive as what we had previously experienced when we tried to take up the offer in the check-in instructions to arrange a place to leave our bags until we could check in.

The heater in the room is not functioning and sometimes the water in the toilet bowl won’t stop after flushing. The pathway is so slippery.

Perfect location, one minute walk into town, you can even see the cable car from the window. But it was still a very quiet location. Sofa and beds were very very comfortable. Heating was fantastic. Kitchen was very well equipped. Lots of space. The TV worked well, we had English language channels. The lights on the entrance were a nice touch. Bathroom was great

There were some quite minor things we didn't like, but the good so much outweighed the bad... So I won't put anything here, because you should really choose this house.

There were no toiletries, no spices, no laundry detergent.

The location is excellent - very close to the city center but still in a residential neighbourhood. Beautifully furnished - the couch!!
