There is no wifi facility as stated in the advertisement.

Worth every penny, spacious, nice view, wide & comfy bed, basic kitchen utensils, washing machine provided. Easy access (checked in & out).

Having a rice cooker available would be helpful. The electric kettle may need to be replaced, as the auto shut-off function does not appear to be working. There was no Wi-Fi signal, which was disappointing. We couldn’t even watch TV, so it got quite boring.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as comfortable as expected. The bathroom drain was clogged, the Wi-Fi did not work and cannot connect with the TV 😢 and the owner was slow to respond or did not respond when assistance was needed. Parking was another challenge, as the parking spaces had to be shared with other residents, making it difficult to find a spot at times.

Very disappointed with this apartment. The cleanliness was terrible — around 10 cockroaches were found inside the bedroom. The water heater was also broken and could not be used at all. When I contacted the owner to inform them about the cockroach problem and asked for cockroach spray or any solution, the response given was “it’s already late at night, where am I supposed to find it?” Very unprofessional and irresponsible service. On top of that, the WiFi and TV were not working during the entire stay. The bed also had bed bugs, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable and caused itchiness after waking up. The apartment had an unpleasant smell and clearly lacked proper maintenance. Customer service was very poor, the owner responded slowly and did not take the complaints seriously. This was a very bad experience and definitely not worth the money paid. I will never stay here again and would not recommend this place to anyone. I book 3 nights but only stay 1 night, we arrive late night so no choice ...

J'avais réservé et payé la chambre pour trois nuits mais suis partie après la première à cause de l'absence de Wi-Fi, de la présente cafards en nombre et de fourmis. La chambre était de plus sale. J'ai informé le propriétaire de ces problèmes et il m'a dit que c'est pour cette raison qu' il avait baissé le prix.

The location is superb!

The parking is limited. Had to share with customers who eat at the restaurant. Hence if theres function, had to park somewhere nearby but not the condo parking.

The view was superb. Everything clean and tidy. Love to stay here because it easy to attached with surrounding. Strategic location. Also can cook there.

Some of facilities already broken when we stay here. (Desk) . I think owner should add rice cooker, so more easy to cook rice there. 🤭

I like the location

The water heater didn't worked well ,please do some maintenance on it . The sink and table also broke because of previous customer, but didn't had any action to fix even already told the owner about the issue. No wardrobe to put clothes. The hair dryer also didn't work out. A bit disappointed. And found some 'larvae'/worm on the bathroom.

Room very clean.

The secured property is very easy, every entry and elevator usages requires their access card to use/unlock. The room and unit location is very clean and worry-free.

The view

Toilet seat was broken, AC performance was low, water heater was working only sometimes, not enough basic supplies like toilet paper and pool access times were wrong. When we addressed the host about this, he did not care and kept looking for excuses instead of proper replys. After a phone call he even startet to yell at us. There was no kitchen towl or clean Sponge. So people are using their shower towels for the dishes...?! Also there were no chairs on the balcony, leading to people taking the pillows to sit on (the ones, that are not washed), after check out, the Staff just Puts them on the bed again. There were cockroaches in the appartment constantly and the Ceiling in the bathroom was full of mold. So Overall very unhygenic, gross apparment with broken or missing inventory and a aggressive host. The Pool was gross as well. There was mold everywhere. We would not recommend to stay here. We can not understand the 8.7 on booking.

Specific Instructions were properly given to us and was easy to follow. The host is very kind to let us check in early. The place is wonderful and kid friendly. The building was very sturdy and quiet but spacious and well lit and ventilated. Amazing scenery also. Overall stay was superb!!!

1. It's clean and spacious 2. Pillow is nice (2x per person) 3. bed is soft too. 4. It has a washing machine & soap 5. Have a hanger & cloth drying area if you want to wash your clothes 6. And the large balcony is also nice

1. The a/c is leaking like no tomorrow. 2. The water heater is broken 3. No shampoo eventhough it mentions amenities is provided. 4. Owner should throw away the sponge/body scrub in the shower. It's not hygienic. 5. The owner did not text me whatsoever to give instructions until i texted them. 6. The location is very far from the waterfront. 7. No mirror in the room at all 8. Parking is limited. We only get to park at the visitor area and its on 1st come 1st served basis.

Great apartment, well equipped- would have been nice to have some chairs on the balcony but we sat on pillows instead and enjoyed the view.

The exterior of the building looks very beautiful, and the design around the swimming pool is very romantic.

The electric heater in the bathroom is not working The mattress has become saggy from extended use ans could not sleep well Small ants are crawling along the wall and even on the table aircond leaking

THE ACCOMODATIONS N FACILITIES

FIRST TIME CHECK IN JUST USING WHATS UP. SO A BIT UNUSUAL TO ME. BUT AFTERTHAT, ITS JUST GOOD.

Recommended

The apartment was clean and comfortable. Washing machine and washing detergent were provided which was very handy. The view looking onto the pool and the river from the balcony was lovely. Aircon and wifi worked well. It was a long-ish walk (about 20 mins or so) to get to the central Kuching area near the Jalan Main Bazaar, but it was still a fairly good location with grocery shops and restaurants close by. The instructions to retrieve the key, sent via Whatsapp, were clear and easy to follow.

It would have been nice if there were a couple of chairs on the balcony to sit outside and enjoy the view, especially once it cooled down a little in the evening. The drying rack for clothes was only reachable by a step ladder, and it was quite difficult to dry things that wouldn't fit on a hanger (and there were only about 10 or so hangers).

Very good location, comfortable and clean rooms. The swimming pool was a great addition. We had excellent interactions with the personnel, who were always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Probably the worse bed we have ever slept on as the matrice was covered in piling. Was like sleeping in a bed full of bread crumbs. Had electric Cooktop but no microwave.

Spacious apartment with balcony and a great view, 2 (!) comfy beds, big Tv with Netflix👍, a huge fridge and even a washing machine…Walkable distance to the inner city ( waterfront) and a lot of eateries nearby. Nice, helpful staff, even the security… Could have stayed even longer, maybe next time😁

THE MATTRESS FOIR THE BEDS ARE TOO SOFT , GET STIFF BACK AND NUMB FINGERS DUE TO THE NOT WELL SUPPORTED PROLONG SLEEPING POSTURE . THE DESCRIPTION WAS A SINGLE ROOM WITH 2 BEDS , BUT ACTUALLY IT IS A STUDIO UNIT .

This place is comfortable, huge balcony, nice view, close to town, easy to get taxi/grab.
