Comfy space for 3person. Amenities provided were all good.

Room not soo clean we found dusk at very corner of the house.luckily there's broom to used. No mirror n wall clock. No extra plastic for dustbin. Toilet got drain n clog issue.after 1 person bath the other got to wait for the water to drain. Got washing machine but feel greatfull if there's foldable hanging rack for cloths as the room got no balcony or any rack to hang cloth except wardrobe as we stayed for 4d3n.the 3days stay come with heavy rain in the evening. No floor mat infront of toilet which is important.

Si può migliorare la pulizia,ragnatele sui lampadari e muri, arieggiare meglio la camera (ci hanno prontamente fornito un deodorante ambiente su richiesta) .orari della piscina, inaccessibile,CHIUSA la domenica il Mart e venerdì mattina e chiude sempre alle 5.00pm ,non si riesce mai ad arrivare in tempo.

Les équipements, la piscine et la situation géographique

Le logement est propre et agréable, le vrai plus pour nous est dans la machine à laver et sécher le linge 😊 Les lits sont confortables et la piscine très agréable.

Lieu un peu isolé : 15/20 minutes à pied du centre et pas de supermarché a côté. La résidence est un peu vide ... La piscine a des horaires restreintes.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, neat, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the environment was calm and relaxing. As a small suggestion, it would be very helpful if the owner could provide 2–3 sachets of 3-in-1 drinks, especially before guests go out to get them, as nearby shops are a bit far. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and highly recommended.

The surfaces were extremely dusty as if they hadn't been cleaned for months. There were spider webs and small spiders everywhere, even in the wardrobe. I felt extremely disgusted and uncomfortable. The washing machine was very dirty and full of fluff and hair, so you had to clean it first before using it.

Priced reasonable for the property type. Suited our needs well.

2 grands lits suffisants pour une famille de 4. Propre. La piscine mais elle ferme à 17h. Emplacement pas très loin du waterfront, avec taxi, le trajet n'est pas du tout cher. Y a tout les équipements , même une machine lave linge sèche linge.

Fan ceiling is not working, limited time for swimming pool, only 1 key access

A bit far from the main part of the city but can get there easily by walking or Grab.

the floor mat is quite sandy and prefer to have slipper in the bathroom. need to clean thoroughly because there’s a lot of spider’s web around.

Access from B2 parking. Difficult for elderly & those with big luggage. Perhaps big luggage can enter via Lobby.

Stay for my friend's wedding. All is good and warm. Really recommended

the property is big enough to cater for me and my family. i can also wash and dry my laundry which is very convenience for me.

The fitted bedsheets kept coming off on one bed. And kitchen would have benefitted from some more utensils.

Everything is perfect for us! The location is strategic, near to waterfront and others interesting places. Definitely will choose this place again for my next visit.

I like the environment and the washing machine. Very convenient

No mirror to do make up

Its 15mins drive to the waterfront area. 20mins to almost all of the main tourists attractions like the museums and malls. Literally at the centre of everything else. No sounds disturbances/noise. A good location for a serene home away from home. The condo is also just about 25mins from the Kuching International Airport.

There was no convenient store like 7Eleven at all for basic necessities. So you’ll have to get your needs when you passed the store before heading back to the condo. And the kid’s swimming pool weren’t clean at all (attached picture for reference), that was dissapointing.

We enjoyed the stay..the room is clean, facilities is good. During the stay, the guard is friendly and helpful..really recommend to stay here for family leisure/ travelling..

Feel like at home everything is provided the pic is very friendly. The guard is also help a lot and vey friendly.

I cant find the lobby lift and a way to lobby very confused. The swimming pool and gym staff is very rude. Have no comment about the staff
