Connexion wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas malgré les codes transmis (mais comme dans d'autres logements)

Het appartement is mooi en comfortabel ingericht. Vooral de zithoek vonden we erg fijn.

Owner professionalism, whatever you think that you might need you will find inside the flat, it’s amazing that self check started to happen in Egypt.

Only TV Signal wasn’t there, but a lot of fun in Marsa Allam city so no so much free time for TV

On a adoré le logement, il y avait tout le nécessaire et le comfort d'un appartement bien équipé. C'est très propre aussi. Il n'est pas loin de la rue principale où il y a pleins de spots pour manger et faire des courses.

Tutto perfetto, comunicazione per l'arrivo ottima, facile con cassetta contenente chiave che permette entrata a qualsiasi ora. Appartamento arredato con gusto, spazioso, quasi tutto il mobilio nuovo, ampi spazi, camere grandi , cucina attrezzata con tutte le attrezzature. Veramente tutto molto carino.

L'appartement est très confortable et très bien équipé. Il est très proche du centre ville et du commerce. Le proprio est très réactive et à l'écoute

Tout a été "parfait". Excellent rapport qualité-prix.

La posizione é buona vicino al centro. La casa é apaziosa e ben fornita. Il proprietario molto reattivo nelle risposte , ci ha aiutato tramite messaggi anche se era all'estero.

Purtroppo c'erano lavori fuori la.casa ,proprio sotto le finestre delle camere da letto e la mattina alle 7 ci svegliavano. Chiaramente non é responsabile la struttura.

The owner Khaled was very nice and communicative. Lots of facilities inside like a dvd player and tv and radio/cd player, some and a barbecue for on the beach even! Well equiped kitchen with oil and salt and some spices. Also nice interior with the bar chairs :)

The wifi connection was not suitable for streaming anything or doing work but that was not a problem for me (:

Appartamento spazioso in ottima posizione centrale rispetto a Marsa Alam city con Wi-Fi che funziona in modo impeccabile. Cucina ben attrezzata così come il bagno.. dotato di acqua calda a volontà.. self check in molto comodo e host assolutamente impeccabile.

The location, the flat will full equipment for normal life

Beautiful comfortable apartment. Good location, everything is nearby, restaurants, shops. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Very easy communication with the host. The advantage is self-check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it.

位置在主路边周边有超市和咖啡店。房间宽敞，有两个卧室，厨房可以做饭。卧室和客厅都有空调，制冷效果良好。房间整体在埃及算不错。

需要爬两层楼，没有电梯，携带大件行李和老年人不适合。房间床品质量不好，颜色暗沉，看不到清洗痕迹和味道。Wi-Fi不稳定，这在埃及应该是平均水平。水很黄，想喝健康的水要从外面买。店主耐心有限，问了几个问题，他就要我取消预订，解疑答惑这不应该是他的工作吗？

性价比超高，booking 上的定位不是很准确，一定要提前联系房东让他发定位和密码取钥匙，房间设施齐全，就是自来水肉眼可见的黄，也有可能是埃及水质的问题，买瓶装水来喝吧

Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento nel mese di agosto 2025 per quasi quattro settimane La posizione è a dir poco strategica: appena fuori dal centro, che è comunque comodamente raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti, ma vicino a ristoranti, market e bar. Dal balcone e dalla finestra di una delle camere è visibile il mare e al mattino si può vedere il sorgere del sole all’orizzonte. L’appartamento è spazioso, gli ambienti ben distribuiti e ben arredati. Inoltre è ben fornito di biancheria e utensili da cucina (non manca davvero nulla). Aria condizionata in entrambe le camere e soprattutto, cosa non scontata, anche nel soggiorno.

The owner treat us really well eventhough we booked it urgent at midnight.And the house is complete with all facilities.The facilities also all functioning well.Clean house .Great value for family.2 rooms

The house is really nice, it has everything is needed. The room was spacious. The position is really good, near the main road with shops and restaurant. The owner always polite and ready to help. Great value for the money

Well-kept and welcoming apartment. Self check-in allowed me to arrive during the night without any problems. There is a very cozy sofa. The apartment is nicer than it looks in the photos. Communication with the owner was good

The bathroom is very dirty, the floor, the tiles, the mirror, the sink are dirty. The toilet has a water leak. The price of the apartment was high compared to the area and the period in which I was in Marsa Alam. The owner asked me 25€ to accompany me to the airport, I took the bus and spent 2€, the taxi costs a few euros more

Very clean and comfortable. Very elegant furniture. All facilities and devices are in very good. condition. Privacy is guaranteed.
