Reviewed Aug 31, 2026視野好，屋內非常乾淨，樓下有24小時超商，洗衣店，各式各樣的餐廳，樓下的肉骨茶店在店裡用餐還可以免費寄放行李，如果想要跳島或是搭船浮潛一日遊，店家老闆推薦的比路邊招攬的還便宜。朋友如果有來沙巴旅遊，一定會推薦這家旅館
有一間浴室的燈是壞掉的

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Przestronny apartament z pięknym widokiem na morze, wyspy i miasto. Udogodnienia zgodnie z opisem. Dobra lokalizacja - na wprost przystani skąd odpływają promy/łodki na wyspy. Centrum miasta w zasięgu spaceru. W budynku dostępne pralnie samoobsługowe, kilka restauracji, sklepiki, a także przechowalnia bagażu.
Łazienki wymagają odświeżenia.

Reviewed May 11, 2026地點很方便，如果要跳島的話尤其方便，下樓就有可以接駁到碼頭的免費電動車。 附近能逛的加雅街可以步行到達，房間很貼心有提供萬用轉接的延長插座，不需要帶轉接頭，備品充足，還有提供耳塞。 樓下就有2+家便利商店，食物也有滿多選擇
亞庇改管車比較多，儘管樓層較高還是會聽到，淺眠的人建議戴上耳塞(有免費提供)

Reviewed Mar 19, 2026Of course we loved the view! But we were also impressed with the comfort and attention to detail. This is a great apartment for families or two couples as it has two private bedrooms and two bathrooms plus plenty of comfortable seats. Also loved the pool.
We didn't like to leave.

Initially the instructions of the car park was confusing and at once we got stucked between T1 and T2 access card . However the receiption lady was very helpful and accommodating.

Had to pay for daily parking. Per day was RM15 max. Shower stand in guest toilet was wobbly and fell gently when taking a shower. Room doors sound proofing can be better.

Reviewed Jul 27, 2024Good location just 2 mins walk to Jesselton Point and 5 mins to a shopping mall. Convenience stores, 24hr restaurant and self-operated laundry available on the Ground Floor. Awesome view from the unit. Host is very considerate, everything we needed were all provided i.e. sufficient towels include kitchen towels and floor mates, liquid hand wash, shampoo, toilet rolls etc. Clean unit with good air condition and water pressure. We were given 2 sets of keys to the unit which was very convenient for us 4. We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. Firm mattresses that may not suit everyone but we are ok with it. Will be back.
One of the bathrooms' window is open out to the corridor of the building which made us ladies felt a bit uncomfortable especially when showering and leaving our belongings in the unit. Maybe can install a lock from the outside of the bathroom or a grille at the window. Good that the unit is at the end of the corridor. Apart from this nothing to fault this unit. Suggest for a foldable drying rack for towels and clothes.
