Reviewed Dec 9, 2025Perfect place and level to have a very great Seaview! Facilities like Swimming Pool also Very good as is not as strict as other place! Very satisfied with my stay with Family here! Near with convenience store like Orange also near with Suria Sabah which can go there by Walking! Also nearby laundry also great because it's just near the Tower 2 enterance!! Fast refund within 24 Hour eventho host say it will take 3 Days which is really great and Big Thumbs Up there!!
The internet was somehow not really working well during our stay and we had to use our own Data Packet maybe host can improve there!

Reviewed Apr 18, 2025Easy check in and check out process. Located high level 29th floor. Free from motor exhaust loud voice. Bathroom amenities with towel, body + hair shampoo 2in1 (i prefer separate), toothbrush. Kitchen amenities with fridge, kettle, simple dinnerware. I had mountain view side. Visible ofmount kinabalu during sunrise time.
Bed condition is too poor. Slight movement can hear the cracking sound of bed. Sofa also poor condition if want to lay down. Paid parking but understandable.
