Immaculate - 2 Bedroom Townhouse close to Fruitvale train station

Excellent location, accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great communication from Todd.we had no issues with our stay thoroughly enjoyed it.

Free secure parking, in a shed, attached to the apartment. The house has a full kitchen, all the utensils needed to cook & eat. Beds and pillows were soft and comfy!! Shower pressure was good. Linen and towels provided. Lovely space to relax.

The owner Todd gave us clear instructions on how to locate and enter the house. Made it easy for us when we arrived. This property was amazing. My sister and I were in Auckland to visit our Dad in his new rest home for two days. Location was great for us. Neat and tidy. Very clean. Well equipped with everything we needed. Highly impressed. Lounge was excellent for watching tv and relaxing. Kitchen was great for cooking. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Bathroom shower pressure was so good. Built in garage made it a breeze to carry our luggage into the home. Highly impressed.

Location and facility was perfect, more importantly Todd was very easy to communicate with.

Train Station is just around the corner, and takes you right into town. Thankful for the Air conditioning on second floor, and fans on the third floor in the bedrooms, as very warm weather. Had everything we needed. Grocery store and mall close by to walk to.

Perfekt Lage, um Auckland zu erkunden. Sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Die Garage ist Gold wert, da man in der Gegend nicht gut parken kann.

Was a very clean tidy two storey unit. Comfy bedrooms and lounge furniture. Kitchen well stocked with utensils and crockery. Very warm. Was great having an inside garage and being able to walk through into the apartment. Downstairs small garden space was perfect for my small dog. Good location.

Great location. Even with trains replaced with busses, it's still good to get around. Super tidy. The owners are very house proud, and this is reflected in the furniture and fixtures. I'll definitely be booking this property again if needing to stay in Auckland.

The only downside was that the upstairs bedrooms get really hot and only fans to get the air moving out the windows. Not a major if you are used to warm overnight Temps (which we are not). Did not stop us sleeping comfortably.

Awesome location for our event (wedding), very tidy and they allowed us to check out later than 10am, which we are truly grateful for.

Unfortunately the property only had 1 bathroom, when 2 bathrooms are advertised. Yes there are 2 toilets. But with only one true bathroom, and 3 adults getting ready for a wedding logistics came into play. Having 2 bathrooms was a main factor in our original booking.

Just because I have a bigger car I found getting into the garage tricky. But got used to reversing in by the end.

A convenient, spacious, well equipped, clean and value for money Apartment which was ideally situated close to where I needed to be in West Auckland during my stay. Host Todd is helpful and easily contactable and willing to take any queries should it be required. The Apartment is situated a 5 min walk to the Kelston Woolworths Countdown Supermarket for all your Apartment shopping needs or in the opposite direction to the much bigger New Lynn Shopping Centre some 2km away. Having an internal lock up garage carpark was a plus for the apartment which allowed my Hire Car to be securely parked up while I travelled into Auckland City for a bit of sight-seeing using the Fruitvale Rd Train Station situated some 2 minutes away from the apartment. This Service has trains running every 20 mins to get to the Britomart Train Station in Auckland City or the various train stations along the Auckland Western Line. All in all, the apartment comes highly recommended, should you need great accommodation in the West Auckland area.

loved the location. property was just perfect for the 3 of us. really loved the fact there was plenty of toiletries stocked up so we didn't need to worry about it. I really feel this is a great help for travellers! property was really clean. beds were comfortable.

Furnishings were homely and the beds comfortable- place was clean and tidy and well equiped. Parking made travelling much easier too

Property was fantastic. Internal garage for parking and bringing luggage inside was great you also get a garage remote so this was great. Outside area was perfect for our Pug. Neighbours are also really friendly (my husband got to chatting with them lol) A few stairs though but the Kids loved sliding down on their bums. TV has internet so we watched Netflix an YouTube. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds blankets and pillows. Shower was great and lots of towels provided We had a hiccup with check in being quite late but Todd gave us a later checkout so this was lovely for our family. Playground 1minute down the road, new world and warehouse about 5minutes away. Honestly our stay in the property was really enjoyable! P.S to use the oven press the clock and timer button at the same time

Only that check in was delayed by 2hrs But we were able to check out 2hrs later so we were happy with this outcome

They made contact with us about the delay in checking in.

The delay in checking in was over an hour but we weren't informed of this until about 40 minutes before check in. We had travelled 9 hours and wanted to rest. Weren't compensated or allowed to check out later the next day.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cosy unit. It had everything required for our week-long stay, including lots of towels, extra bedding and bits and bobs in the fridge and pantry to utilise. Extremely close to public transport and walking distance to the local shopping centre.

The rooms upstairs were very hot and we ended up sleeping in the lounge as it had A/C. A $150 bond was also required which we only found out on the day of stay - Would have been handy to know earlier in case we didn’t have the money on us and we ended up getting a family member to transfer the money as we have foreign bank accounts.

Exactly as described, clean, modern, secure with everything for a nice comfortable stay. Friendly helpful owner and family who went out of way to accomodate our small dog and checkin requirements

You are in a city near a busy road so expect some traffic noise if you leave a window open but it didn’t bother us. Nothing else but best check on parking first if you have ute length of vehicle as the garage is the only official park in complex and although large, just fitted our 5m long by 2m high by 2m wide SUV

Nice and clean place to relax, I liked that our vehicle was secure in the garage. Our host was amazing and acommodating

One thing we'd recommend is putting an air conditioning unit upstairs it was super hot and couldn't sleep the fan was just moving the hot air around. Everything else is amazing

It’s prefect for the family. Very clean and comfortable. Location is close to supermarket and Lynn Mall. The host is lovely to message and check if everything is ok. The townhouse has all the facilities you need with a garage and small garden. The only thing is the stairs are bit hard to lift the suitcase. We had a good time to stay.

We went there at the end of September.The bedrooms located on the top level of the house. and we found it really hot. Although there was a fan available but that's not good enough. It will be extremely hot during summertime

The split levels, TV remote didn't work and had issues with front door key pad but overall no complaints it was a great stay super convenient for our family

A great two bed apartment with everything we needed. It was modern, warm, clean and surprisingly quiet for a busy road.

It was a bit further from the city centre than we would have like but we knew that before booking

We didn't have any breakfast. But we went to a nice Thai restaurant close by for dinner. And that was very nice. We only stay a night because we need to drive early to Coromandel Peninsula.

Too many steps to go up and down.

Very nicely decorated and clean. Had everything we needed. Very close to trains and bus stop. It felt secure.
