Great central location, good, friendly service, very comfortable bed

Super nice staff very kind and helpful

staff very friendly and helpful

The staff were awesome. So accommodating to us. We've been in and out over 3 weeks on a unexpected trip.

Nothing

Wonderful staff, location and room as always.

Very spacious bedroom

Paying for parking should be included in the accommodation

Value for money, overpriced rooms and not luxury at all. $650 for two nights could be better spent in the viaduct

Great location.Lacked some attention to detail.

We stayed here for four nights for a short getaway trip for my daughter’s birthday and had an amazing time! We will definitely be back!

Bteakfast good and delicious. I loved mushrooms with scumble eggs with beetroots

I didnt like your lunch its not that good ,i looked at the menu only chips with burgers ,fish and chips etc you should have steak with mash potatoes or chicken salad etc good for lunch.I was expecting something delicious but only chips.

The room was beautiful, the staff were so lovely and welcoming

4th time back to this hotel. Nice that’s it’s out if yeh city yet feels like a hotel in the city. Rebooked because I know I’ll be happy!

Breakfast at tiger was great. This time we went up the road to stacked burger. Really nice . Good size rooms

Modern, friendly, very helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Great place to stay

Second time staying there staff are excellent and friendly very good value for money would highly recommend staying there overall good service

Loved everything

Loved the private spa experience - this was a nice addition to the room. We initally booked this property because of the location being close to the airport. This was a smooth commute and will definately consider coming again purely for this.

When we entered the room, we did notice that we had a mat in the room that was damp - It appeared to be one used outside for the spa. It left an unpleasant smell in the whole room upon arrival. We had to air this out for over an hour. Could have used a snack cart service or more tea and coffee. It was nice to see you are looking to add a spa, gym and rooftop bar to the premise as that would add more value to the stay.

Love how comfortable the beds are. Appreciate the coffee machine and outdoor furniture

Now our only stay place. So close to Mount albert where we visit regularly. We ventured out this time 1st time across the highway into Mount Roskill . Has The warehouse , mcdonalds, shops, woolworths supermarket. We also went and got takeaway for dinner. Easy to go find food near.

Nothing

The room was spacious, much bigger than expected. The bathroom was also larger than expected. The room fittings were all well done. The decor modern and somewhat fresh. Good pricing for a one night accommodation.

There was no electrical outlet near the desk to plug in a laptop or cell phone. Although, there were 4 outlets as you enter into the room. The ironing board was leaning against the wall, and would be better placed in an caddy secured against the the wardrobe/safe/tea station units The toilet holder could be secured more firmly. Lastly, the rug could use a clean, if your cleaners spot cleaned it in the meantime, and did a comprehensive clean every 3-4 months. It would give a better impression. The location wasn't exactly what I was looking for, however, dealt with it - about 20 min from Auckland CBD.

Beautiful and comfortable

Would’ve been nice to have a buffet breakfast

Staff were great

Warmer coffee

I liked how close it was to everything and the staff were very helpful.

Always enjoy my stays here.

Privacy and cleanliness is always maintained

Love everything. Breakfast was awesome.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like

Room was exceptional , comfortable bed and amazinf shower.

We were staying 3 4 nights and had to call for extra towels and toiletries but other than that everything was amazing

Loved everything, the suites, Bathroom Showers, Coffee and all items /thank you for making this 24hrs special for us and our friends. Restraunt Buffet. We love SO HO. Wouldn't change it. Staff are Professional and very Friendly, service.

It was a wedding present for my younger brother, They told me they were going to have a date night there once a month, the food was fabulous. Thank you.

Great rooms and very friendly, accommodating staff who do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Room service food was so good. Great value and modern fixtures. Large balcony was great. Loved the luxury brand Verso ammenities in the bathroom. Would definitely go back just for a weekend getaway:)

The balcony complements the room
