Reviewed Aug 17, 2026The AC was very efficient. And there was a bus stop nearby. That were enough cups, cutlery, etc. There were multiple clean towels provided.
The windows had no micro-mesh screen which made insects(e.g. mosquitoes, flies, etc.) enter. The douche was very narrow and made it difficult to move.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Sehr einfache Abwicklung für CheckIn, das hat reibungslos geklappt. Parken direkt vor dem Haus, ebenerdig. Ein sehr modernes Apartment, sehr sympathisch eingerichtet, hell und freundlich. Großes, sehr bequemes Bett. Modernes Duschbad mit sehr gutem Wasserdruck und viel Ablagefläche. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man brauchen könnte inkl. Induktionsherd, Geschirrspüle, Waschmaschine etc. Klimaanlage. Großer Esstisch, bequeme Couch, großer TV. Mit hoher Holzbalkendecke wirkt es besonders wohnlich. Ganz ruhiges Wohnen, herrlicher und weiter Panoramablick übers Tal nach Westen.
Leider, leider fehlt ein Balkon. Auch wenn man das vorher weiß, ist es einfach sehr schade, dass man nur vor dem Fenster sitzen kann.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft. Das Bett mit der Tempur Matratze war sehr Komfortabel. Alles bestens und wir werden diese Unterkunft sicher wieder mal wählen.

Reviewed May 17, 2026Super Lage mit Ausblick über Lugano und umliegende Berge. Unkompliziertes Parken direkt vor der Unterkunft, was in Lugano sonst mit Stress verbunden ist. Einrichtung Top. Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, großer Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank. Zur Kaffemaschine sollte man wissen, dass Kapseln benötigt werden (Nescafe/ Dolce Gusto).Unterkunft liegt ausserhalb vom Zentrum. Bushaltestelle in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Bus fährt alle 30 Minuten, spät Abends nur noch stündlich. Ca. 15 Minuten Fahrt bis Lugano Centrum für 5,20 SFR. Unterkunft ist ruhig, keine Autobahn, keine Fernstrasse, kein Zug, keine Flugzeuge. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe ??? Restaurants: Ja. Für die kalte Jahreszeit wohl eher nicht geeignet, weil keine Heizung. Hier wäre vom Gastgeber noch ein Hinweis erforderlich, inwieweit das installierte Klimagerät zum Heizen geeignet ist. wir haben es nicht gebraucht. Der Fernseher liefert hunderte Unterhaltungsprogramme über Internet. Aktuelles von ARD, ZDF, RTL usw. war nicht möglich, nur Altes in Mediatheken. Da kam der Hinweis "in der Schweiz aus rechtlichen Gründen ...". Aber Streaming von Prime, Netflix und Co ohne Probleme. Aber wer braucht im Urlaub wenn schönes Wetter ist schon Fernsehen. Danke an die Gastgeber.
Es war alles TOP, wie beschrieben und wie wir es erwartet haben. KEINE negativen Eindrücke.

L’électroménager comme le lave-vaisselle. Pas simple à faire fonctionner et par notre manque de savoir, on la fait tourner pendant la nuit. Bruit +++
