Very nice place, great atmosphere and Nahuel is very friendly too

La tranquilidad y la vista, lo relacionado a distanciarse de la contaminación sonora, estar en cercanía a la belleza de los árboles y cerros. Dentro de la casa que hubiese cocina disponible junto con los utensilios, que tuviera terraza, la decoración artística y esotérica, que tuviera algunas cosas de madera y la buena disposición de Nahuel de ofrecernos de sus frutas.

Podría haber una mesita pequeña en la terraza tipo plegable. Y una de las dos camas podría ser matrimonial. De todos modos es muy cómoda la que tienen y cabe bien una pareja. Las toallas para el baño podrían ser de las grandes de cuerpo completo. Buena onda el dueño. Solo que a veces uno quiere estar completamente solo. Pero nada, muy tela.

Excelente ubicación en un entorno tranquilo, seguro, confortable, de facil acceso a todas las atracciones de Santiago. Nahuel un genio. Siempre buen humor, excelente sus masajes, un profesional.

Fomos em duas mulheres e nos assustamos com o lugar, fica em uma região perigosa e apenas um homem fica nesse ambiente. Não recomendo esse local para mulheres.

the room was ok, the bed was comfrotable. everything was pretty clean. there's hot water in the shower :)

the place is way more far away from anything than it seems. the owner of the place lives with you in the next room and uses the same spaces at all times - it's his house, which makes the atmosphere a bit.. weird? a bit uncomfortable. i felt very supervised. also the wifi is not really working.

Las vistas

Difícil acceso (arriba del cerro y muy complicado llegar). Se ofrece cocina compartida pero no se pudo usar, por lo que no pudimos tomar once ni desayunar. Además, fue una estancia incómoda: la casa se comparte directamente con el casero (su pieza está al lado), lo que quita total privacidad y daba la sensación de no poder hacer ningún ruido.

El sector es muy agradable y Nahuel es una persona muy amable que estuvo pendiente en todo momento muy agradecido..fue una linda experiencia....

El anfitrión me ayudó con un par de problemas que tuve y le quedo muy agradecido. Respecto del lugar, es muy tranquilo y a ratos uno se siente como si estuviera en el campo, ambiente relajante quitado de ruido

Great view! Clean bathroom.

Very small shared space in someone’s personal home (more of an Airbnb in the sense that it’s a room in a home that someone is permanently living in) so the atmosphere is a bit awkward as it didn’t feel like a welcoming communicative homestay where you get to know each other, but also wasn’t as accessible as the features of a hostel / hotel. Hard to find. Not easy to come and go from visiting the city due to sharing the space and not having a consistent way to get in to the building. Bedroom and beds need a refresh as it was musty in the room.

La vue est bien

Hôte désagréable même avant de le voir, aucune empathie, psycho-rigide, paranoïaque. Différents sur les méthodes de paiement, il s’est ensuite montré agressif et ce même après que l’on ait payé jusqu’au jour du départ. Il est allé jusqu’à nous mentir fièrement. Lors de notre départ il était content de se montrer le plus désagréable possible. Malgré nos informations personnelles, la reservation avec booking et nos propositions rassurantes il nous a vu tout du long comme des voleurs. Comportement non professionnel, il nous a fait passer une mauvaise expérience et je pense en est fier. Après 4 mois et demi de voyage c’était une première.

Clean, friendly host, beautiful view

The host was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful with recommendations. Also the views from the homestay were absolutely beautiful as advertised.

Unfortunately it is not really close to anything touristy in Santiago. However, if you are willing to walk it is perfect for you.

Very nice host. He helped me in with any question and shared lot of good stories in the evening. The place was very clean and you could smell more nature than somewhere else in Santiago.

The view is very nice. Everything needed was there. Price excellent

It is indicated that it is a "hillside" home but it should be specified that the place is literally on a hill, so many endless steps high up to walk and especially for people with big baggage it is a problem not to know this forehand.

Stunning view from the room, cosy artist’s house.

We were shocked to find that Nahuel had a security camera in the living room that he had not told us about. We had to discover it by chance on the second day. It was manifestly recording. We would have been fine with it HAD WE KNOWN, but he didn’t bother to tell us.

Nahuel was discrete and really kind, he showed me around the city center when I told him that my motivation to go outside on my own was very low. His place is beautiful, it has its own unique charm and feels like a little oasis in the middle of this huge city. The room and the bed were cosy. The massage and breakfast were also good :)

I didn't manage to change the water temperature in the shower as needed (it seemed to change from hot to cold quite abruptly), but maybe there's a trick I wasn't aware of. The room is lovely except for hot afternoons between ~2 pm and 6 pm where it just gets too hot to stay inside

Great price and walking distance from the main city park.

This wasn't a problem for us since we just backpacked the W trek, but you need to climb a lot of stairs to get to the lodging. There was no air-conditioning, but it cooled off at night, so not really a problem. When we were walking back from the city park, people there said it wasn't a good neighborhood, but we didn't have any trouble. We made sure to get back before dark.

The place is located not so far from the city center by metro, the view from balcony is amazing. The owner is kind and helpful. I recommend the place.

A bit smaller than we expected and very close living with the host (not that it was a problem, But something to keep in mind when booking). Was not so clean and there was not bedding on our duvet.

Sooo many stairs, just be mindful if you have mobility issues, this is probably not the place for you.

The owner was very friendly and helpful. Offered us to carry some of our bags up on the steep staircase, and to clean and dry our laundry as well. Bathroom was very clean.

We found it very difficult to climb the steep stairs with our backpacks. You have to climb like 50m to get to the house. The bedsheets and the quilt were not clean.

I liked the location of the house, the house is located on the mountain, from the window of the room there is a beautiful view of the city A very good-natured host who speaks English, if one of the travelers does not know Spanish, you can find a common language The house is cozy, everything you need is there I thank the owner for his understanding and my accommodation in his house)

We really enjoyed our stay, good possibility to stay there for a few days and Nahuel (the owner of the Apartment) was super nice to us, I’ll rate it 10 out of 10

The view is spectacular our host was fab came all the way down the steps to greet us a cute little cottage on the side of a hill peaceful

It's a very beautiful place on the hills with a great view. The owner is very friendly and helped me finding my way.

Sometimes it can feel a bit small, especially if there are other guests.

The host is nice and considerate. The house is located on the hill, the view is great. It's very good for someone who wants to enjoy the quiet. The Wi-Fi is stable and fast as well, which can be used for video call.

In the afternoon time, it's hot inside the room. But morning time and evening time, it's comfortable.

Nahuel (human) and Magus (cat) are very friendly and welcoming hosts. Also the view from the hill is incredible!
