We haven't found our belongings as someone got in and put them in storage room. I think it's not nice when you get back to your room at night and you don't find your stuff with passport and credit card in it. What else, at check in they gave us a room of someone else so we entered and literally found a guy laying in the bed. What else, they have the shittiest toilets you will see in your life can't describe it but I assure you don't want to try it. Btw, I contacted them after I hadn't found my luggage they didn't answer until this day. Sadly there is only a rating of 1 as the worst rating but I believe -♾️ is the appropriate rating.

The facility in the kitchen and the rooms were acceptable. There were microwave, water boiler, plates and glasses. The bathroom and toilets were clean.

The mattresses were not cleaned. There was hair on the blankets. The beds were too noisy. They were not firm and steady. Even a small movement made a loud sound. The walls are thin and you can hear others easily. Also, my room was very small. It was just a place to sleep. There were no wall hangers in the bathrooms! I was not able to hang my towel and clothes. And another annoying problem was the shock I got at my arrival. I was told that I have to be careful about strangers and homeless who might come to the hostel and sleep on the ground of the kitchen! I was warned that I must be careful about 3 guys which were seen around ( they printed their photo and attached to the hostel doors). It makes me so nervous and I feel unsafe during my stay.

30 minutes walk from the centre, very VERY tiny (couldn’t walk neither open our luggage), we had to look for the third bed (which was the drawer below the bunk bed) and for pillows. it was a bit dirty and location wasnt so great

Die Lage ist toll. Check In problemlos, da alle Infos gut verständlich sind. Kommunikation bei Fragen läuft super.

Die Matratze in meinem Zimmer unten im Stockbett sollte ersetzt werden. Hatte das Gefühl aus dem Bett zu fallen.

Mouldy bathrooms, broken bed, overall dirty

Najpoważniejszy problem dotyczył naszych rzeczy osobistych. Mieliśmy ważną rezerwację, a po powrocie okazało się, że wszystkie rzeczy zostały zabrane z pokoju – bez żadnej informacji, gdzie są i jak je odzyskać. Tylko dzięki pomocy innych wynajmujących, którzy mieli wcześniej podobną sytuację, udało nam się je znaleźć. W pomieszczeniu znajdowały się również rzeczy innych gości, więc wygląda na to, że nie był to jednorazowy przypadek. Bez żadnego wyjaśnienia sytuacja wyglądała po prostu jak kradzież, a kontakt z właścicielem był utrudniony. Dodatkowo pokoje były niedokładnie sprzątane, w łazienkach był grzyb, a w jednej z nich nie zamykały się drzwi od kabiny. Kuchnia jest bardzo słabo wyposażona – na 9 pokoi 2–3-osobowych były tylko 4 widelce, brakowało łyżek, łyżeczek i czajnika.

Notre chambre était très bien ainsi que la cuisine bien équipée et les sanitaires.

La posizione non è buona, nella stanza c’era una sola presa per 3 persone, i cuscini scomodissimi, un letto cadeva a pezzi e gli asciugamani che vengono forniti per lavarti sono minuscoli. Per non parlare del problema principale, ovvero la cucina, dove mancano pentole e padelle e non è possibile cucinare. Dopo aver contattato la struttura ci è stato detto che sarebbero arrivati vari utensili per cucinare ma in realtà a nessuno è importato veramente e cosi abbiamo dovuto buttare il cibo.

Very small room(fair for the price), not all too clean showers and toilets but absolutely would stay again if I only want to sleep somewhere

Arrived to find that our room had not been cleaned from the previous guests, including bedding had not been changed. Nobody helped us despite claims of 24hr assistance. Had to sleep in someone else’s dirty sheets after a long day of travel. Staff were so rude, despite their mistake, barely said sorry. Room is tiny too. It may be cheap, but it is genuinely not worth the headache. (i don’t usually complain, but this was crazy!)

W pokoju dla 3 osób brakowało pościeli dla trzeciej osoby. Brak papieru toaletowego przez 2 dni. Mało naczyń w kuchni.

На 1-2 ночи остаться, чтобы искупаться и поспать - вполне хватает. Хорошее расположение, я везде ходила пешком. Чистота на кухне, в душевых и туалетах - нормальная, регулярно пополняются запасы моющих средств и бумаги.

В комнате была всего одна розетка, чистота в номере сомнительная, но постельное и полотенца в порядке. Второй этаж кровати расположен низко. Дверь во вторую душевую не закрывается. Понимаю, что от управления отеля это не зависит, но некоторые люди ведут себя отвратительно, будто специально мусорят, забивают раковины и т.п. У меня также украли еду из холодильника! Видела, что выбросили полотенца в мусор. Дикари.

L'emplacement était très pratique (à une rue d'une bouche de métro pour pouvoir se rendre partout). Le quartier est assez calme, même si beaucoup de passage le matin à l'embauche. Il y a la clim dans le couloir et des équipements rudimentaires pour la cuisine.

Normalement un service client très réactif et très disponible. Néanmoins j'ai attendu une réponse pendant plus de 3h. Et ils m'ont refusé un check in 1h avant... Il y a seulement deux toilettes et deux douches pour plus de 10 chambres donc c'est vite occupé.

Trotz Zahlenschloss wurden uns allen die Rucksäcke gestohlen. Als wir die Polizei kontaktiert haben und diese dann auch gekommen sind hat er uns direkt gesagt, dass er bereits mehrmals da war wegen einem exakt gleichem Vorfall. Unsere Nachbarzimmer hattem nicht einmal ein Schloss. Meiner Meinung wechseln die Betreiber entweder nie die Codes oder sie stecken da selber mit drinnen da es keine Anzeichen hab ,dass das Zimmer gewaltsam geöffnet wurde. Ich rate stark von dem Hotel ab und es ist direkt gefährlich dort zu schlafen.

Bei nur zwei Übernachtungen gab es zweimal kein Klopapier. Gemeinschaftsräume stinken stark nach Feuchtigkeit und Schimmel. Betten sehr unbequem durch Federn in der Matratze.

UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE. Police were called due to squatting ex-residents who were intimidate and allegedly broke into another room and molested a resident. Police were called no action happened. All was reported to owners with hot air responses. When challenged why they have not changed the security codes the response was it is to hard at early notice. These people don’t care about your security. ANY EX-RESIDENT CAN COME BACK IN AND ENTER YOUR ROOM AT ANY TIME - DAY OR NIGHT!!!!!

Dirt and hairs on beds, dirty walls, very small room and uncomfortable beds

The location was great, we got everywhere we needed with no issues. The shared kitchen and bathrooms were clean and comfortable to use.

Walls are thin and the rooms are smaller than they seem in the photos. With three people it got pretty crowded. Also, there was only one charging station in our room and not easily accessible to the person on the top bunk.

Pontos positivos: Quarto com 3 camas. Para nós foi ótimo, estávamos em três. Chuveiro bom com box. Móveis do quarto aparentemente novos. Fornecem toalhas, mas faltou 1. Eramos 3 e só tinham 2 no quarto. Tem cozinha. Dispenser de toalhas de mão muito bom.

Pontos negativos: Só 2 banheiros para todos os hóspedes. O quarto tem uma única tomada. Colchões muito moles. Travesseiros ruins. A cama de cima do beliche é muito baixa, não dá para a pessoa da cama de baixo se sentar, porque bate a cabeça na cama de cima (apesar de eu ter estatura baixa). Não tem espaço para a terceira cama, (triliche) de forma que as outras duas pessoas possam sair da cama sem pisar na terceira. As ripas do estrado da terceira cama estavam soltas. Não tem nenhum apoio nas camas para óculos, celular etc. Faltou uma toalha de banho. A pia do banheiro feminino estava entupida. Cozinha: Não tem nada para enxugar a louça, talheres e mãos. Poderia ter um dispenser de toalhas de papel igual ao dos banheiros. Não tem escorredor de louça. Tem poucos talheres e nenhuma colher pequena. Tempo de resposta muito longo somente pelo booking e assuntos não resolvidos. Whatsapp apenas robo que nao resolve.

Le lit grinçait, la chambre était mal isolée, le ménage n’est pas fait tous les jours, les serviettes sentaient la transpiration et les draps avaient une odeur étranger

It was dirty everywhere! The kitchen area was always dirty, the sink was full of dirty dishes, the table full of leftovers. The shower room was very dirty! In the room as well… the bed had hair on it, many dirty spots, the towels smelled very bad. I think they didn’t change the bad sheets.

Egyszerű, személyzet nélküli bejelentkezés. 9 szoba van a lakásban, 2-2 wc-vel és zuhanyzóval.

A képek nem tükrözik a lakás állapotát, azok lehetnek vagy 10 évesek.

Gute Lage

Viel zu dreckig, Betten werden nicht frisch bezogen, Boden war nicht gereinigt, Duschen und WC auch absolut dreckig und unhygienisch. Zimmer ist viel zu klein, maximal 5qm. Codesystem für den Zutritt ist super, aber man kann über das Fenster easy in jedes Zimmer direkt einsteigen und man sieht in jedes Zimmer rein.

A qualidade preço é boa porque apesar de não estar localizada no centro, faz-se bem uma caminhada até ao centro, há supermercados perto e uma estação de metro a 2 minutos.

O quarto dizia que acomodava 3 pessoas mas era demasiado pequeno e mal conseguíamos abrir a terceira cama. As casas de banho partilhadas eram poucas, apenas 2 casas de banho para todos os quartos que ainda eram bastantes!

As camas faziam muito barulho ao se mexer.

Tiene muy buena ubicación, ya que las estaciones de tram quedan muy cerca. Esta muy limpio y las áreas comunes son cómodas y prácticas :)

Es más pequeño de lo que se ven en fotos, aún así, cumple su función :)

Na krótki pobyt fajnie, pokoje nie są tak małe jak niektóre komentarze twierdziły, stacja metra blisko, do centrum też niedaleko, dostaliśmy darmowe ręczniki bardzo fajnie, kuchnia wyposażona całkiem dobrze.

La ubicación y que estaba bien conectado con el transporte público. Parece moderno y agradable pero las apariencias engañan. La gente que había que parecían residentes y la limpieza dejaron mucho que desear.

Había gente rara, los aseos daban pena, los colchones horribles (los muelles se te clavaban), el personal (solo nos encontramos con una limpiadora) podría ser más simpático, cuando llegamos tuvimos que pedir otra toalla porque la que había olía fatal (al día siguiente nos dieron otra). En general mal, no volveríamos a quedarnos aquí.

Firealarm kept beeping for 3 days straight, they didn’t change battery. Mattresses is very very uncomfortable. Loud guests in other rooms, kept talking loudly till 2am.

Todo muy bien, además de contar con una cocina equipada.

Ubicación un poco alejada del centro, calefacción demasiado alta y huéspedes que no respetan a los demás, haciendo mucho ruido. Muy caro para lo que es.

Der Zustand der Einrichtung war sehr unbefriedigend. Das Hochbett hat hin und her gewackelt und war nicht an der Wand befestigt. Die Matratze war unterirdisch schlecht. Ich mag nicht weiter und Detail gehen. Am schlimmsten war der hygienische Aspekt. Ich habe noch nie in einer dreckigeren Zimmer geschlafen als in diesem. Fotos folgen.

Zum einen war Ihr Hotel auf Google Maps falsch eingezeichnet, sodass wir es nur sehr schwer finden konnten. Wir mussten mehrfach umdrehen und erneut suchen, was den Anreiseprozess unnötig erschwert hat. Zudem waren zwar Toiletten und Duschen vorhanden, jedoch ausschließlich getrennt und gemeinschaftlich nutzbar. Diese Information ging aus der Hotelbeschreibung nicht eindeutig hervor. Besonders unangenehm war jedoch ein Vorfall am Abreisetag: Eine Reinigungskraft betrat unser Zimmer ohne vorher anzuklopfen und sagte lediglich „Check-out“. Dieses Verhalten empfanden wir als unhöflich und respektlos, da ein solches Vorgehen die Privatsphäre der Gäste verletzt. Darüber hinaus entsprach die WLAN-Verbindung während unseres Aufenthalts leider nicht dem üblichen Standard. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche war das Netzwerk häufig extrem langsam oder gar nicht erreichbar, was für uns zu erheblichen Einschränkungen führte, da wir auf eine stabile Internetverbindung angewiesen sind

Çok uygun fiyatlı temiz bir oda. Kimseyle iletişime geçmeden çok kolay oda şifresi alınıp giriş yapılıyor. Fotoğraflarla aynı odalar temiz sade.

İlk bulması biraz zor büyük bir tabelası yok. odalar gerçekten dar ama yoğun bi günde gece sadece yatmak için ideal. Konumu yine merkezi ama tam merkezde değil. 30-40 dk yürümek gerekebiliyor.

Everything felt clean and new, and the check-in process was simple! It’s near the transit, and about 20 minutes walk from the center. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants around!

The kitchen could use some signs reminding people to clean up after themselves! And paper towel so the guests aren’t drying dishes and wiping counters with toilet paper…

Nefunkční topení, velká zima ve všech prostorech, v noci nebylo možné spát kvůli zimě. Bylo slíbeno, že pošlou někoho, kdo zařídí, ale už jsem nedostal zprávu, jestli bylo vyřešeno. Na další noci jsem si našel jiné ubytování. Absolutně nedoporučuji. Postel nebudila moc důvěru, povlečení už mělo hodně let za sebou.

Die Unterkunft war wie erwartet vorzufinden. Zimmer sind klein, geteilte Bäder. Preis Leistungs Verhältnis sehr gut. Für ein paar Tage super.

Die Handtücher hatten leider einen unangenehmen Geruch

Cuisine mal équipée et minim en comparaison au nombre de clients (une table de 6 chaises pour l'ensemble client). A ne pas recommander du tt

Télen vettük igénybe, nagyon kellemes volt a hőmérséklet. Az ágyak viszonylag kényelmesek. Könnyű odatalálni. Bejutni, a gyakorlatlan utazónak már egy kicsit nehezebb. A konyha jól felszerelt.

A szoba három embernek nagyon kicsi. Mi csak ketten voltunk benne, így megfelelő.
