Location and apartment layout were just what we needed

The club music outside thumped through the walls until 5am. Probably not a good place to pick if you’re wanting to sleep on a weekend night

The location is very good and several amenities nearby like laundry, 7-11, bars, restaurants and banks. The lobby is welcoming and staff are friendly.

Second bedroom can be better from the mattress to the carpet to the linen.

Location is good. No breakfast included.

No spoon and electric kettle. No notice that there are no bathroom tissues. Bed on the 2nd room is not comfortable as 2 single beds were just joined.

Apartment was big enough for our over night stay. Bed was comfortable.

Noisy from nearby night club. Air-conditioning in main bedroom made a lot of noise as well. Second room bathroom not very clean. Carpets need vacuuming.

Very good location as it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, laundry mat. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms which is very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary things.

The apartment is with out a refrigerator which was a little drawback as we wanted to keep things due to the duration of our trip. The bed in the second room new better mattress.

Cockroach infestation

Location, room, spacious

the corridor smells stale, and stinks of cockroach, there was even a small one in the room. There was annoying loud music from a building and another from a restaurant nearby, The receptionist was not informed about our booking, another name was listed.

sinks are a little clogged, small cockroaches everywhere, couches has stains, some lamps are faulty

The unit itself is clean, smells good and very comfortable. It's worth the value.

- location - internet speed (when near in bed room its not always connect) - compfy beds - two pools (indoor & outdoor)

- guest card in room so you need another one activate elevator - loud music heard even after midnights because of clubs & thin glas - small little bugs (6-10 from sink & aircon) - wanted to make guest put away their trash downstairs, where all was a 15€/16$ fee for falsing do that (even using wrong elevator for that)

It is near everything, very good and comfortable place. Very accommodating, we had to extend and they assisted us nicely.

Location was good, decent size for the price, decent AC in each room. I’d definitely stay here again.

The bathrooms (there are 2) could do with a spruce up but very good value for this location in Manila.

Nur eine kleine Sache. Eine Seite von meiner Decke hat extrem nach Schweiß und säuerlich gerochen. Ist aber kein Hindernis nochmal zu kommen.

Great location to the nightlife, and all kinds of wonderful food. The rooftop pool has amazing views. Convenience store located right near the front doors of the building. Hosts were very accommodating and good with communications.

The noise from surrounding bars does run late, but it's all part of being right in the action

Loose water tap in handbasin in bathroom. Not well maintained. Could hear voices from neighbouring room.

Noise also lacking comfy beds especially in 2nd bedroom, fold out bed is hard. Lacking cleanliness, yet comfy enough for a short stay. Outdoor pool closed during stay so no laying in sun enjoying a swim. Overall value for money regardless.

The host is very accommodating and wonderful to deal with ! The staff are truly so kind. The location is excellent ! Close to all amenities such as restaurants, malls , pharmacies, bank machines and even a quick uber ride to Intramuros. We recommend eating at peri peri chicken just 2 minutes away as it’s absolutely delicious! The only negative thing I would say is that if you are a light sleeper this place is not for you. Every night loud music comes on around 8pm and goes till at least 4am. The host does provide ear plugs but even with that the sound travels and can be very disturbing. But if you like to party then this would suit you just fine.

Very good place to stay, and the person in charge is very responsive.

No parking. We have to look for a parking everyone which is such a hassle.

Our host was very accommodating and helpful. The location is in the part of Makati that is near all the best places to eat. We all had to work during our stay and the WiFi was very good.

The place was clean when we arrived. A note with all the house rules is provided in the living room including who to contact in case of emergency. Photos in the listing are 100% accurate from what you'll see. The place has a wi-fi with a speed test peaking at 300 Mbps. Beds are comfy. The host is very accommodating and would answer queries fast. I would recommend this place for those travelling for work.
