Great room, clean, perfect size and very comfortable. Staff was overall friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was exceptional. Stayed 2 nights, and both mornings the buffet was not only filled with several delicious options, but on the second morning there were very few repeats from the previous day- that was a nice surprise.

Nothing really to not like. If I had to say anything, there was construction next door to the hotel, directly opposite our window. Not a terrible distraction, and still had a pretty nice view of the city.

⭐ 1 Star – Disappointing Experience Very disappointed with our experience. The pool attendant asked my children to leave the pool, while she was on her phone and on a video call most of the time. If there are pool rules, they should be clearly explained and enforced professionally. The way this was handled was rude and unprofessional. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to families.

Shower design does not work well and shoots water everywhere due to open door and old rain style shower heads that shoot water in all directions. The WIFI does not work great as it seems to never work the first time due to password issues and then when it does work it seems to block/meter some protocols. Use a VPN to get around that.

I have stayed at the Coro Hotel before. I like the location and the rooms and bathroom is really nice at the Coro. The location is great and there are tons of things to do around the hotel.

Like most hotels that are not USA based, the Coro needs a steep deposit to stay at the hotel either in the form of CASH or credit card that they charge your card and refund the deposit when you leave. So if you are staying in the Philippines hotels for the first time that is not a USA based hotel chain, this seems to be their standard policies there and the deposits can really be anything. I think that when you are booking that hotels needs to disclose their deposits so you make sure you bring enough CASH on hand as some hotels don't access credit card deposits.

The room looked really nice, with the lighting and especially the bathroom. But the lobby and the rest of the hotel looked very good as well and the location is really good i think. Plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Would definitely go back here when staying in Manila, if the prices stay similar.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful from the start all the way to the end, and the amenities were incredible. The hotel even gave us a slice of cake to my wife and I for celebrating our first wedding anniversary.

No complaints! Maybe the aircon worked a little bit too well.

實際的房間跟照片相差很多、照片很美很豪華、所以很期待。但是實際的房間很舊,很暗不舒服。 整個房間跟外面的走廊都有霉味、棉被的霉味很重，所以晚上沒有蓋棉被睡覺。 睡覺的時候、很多次被霉味臭醒、完全睡不好。 附近感覺不安全、所以晚上沒有外出。

Really good and friendly staff, good location, value for money

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Coro Hotel, qui a été une très belle surprise. Les chambres sont très correctes, confortables et propres. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et bon. Un personnel vraiment sympathique et avenant. Notre coup de cœur reste la piscine et son bar-restaurant. L’endroit est vraiment très agréable, surtout en fin de journée. Nous avions prévu de sortir manger et découvrir différents restaurants, mais nous étions tellement bien au bord de la piscine que nous avons finalement décidé d’y rester deux soirs sur les quatre de notre séjour !

Côté négatif, nous n’avons honnêtement pas grand-chose à redire. Notre expérience a été très positive du début à la fin.

location is ok, but a bit noisy. it is close to the bar area with a lot of "nightlife". Despite this, it was clean and a good stay.

אי אפשר לאורר את החדר חלון שלא ניתן לפתיחה אין מקום לתלות דברים רטובים .אין במקלחת ידית לשטיפה רק מקלחת מלמעלה

Ideal location

The staff, especially the security and concierge who greets you, make the experience special. The room is quite spacious for our needs and was really clean upon arrival. Roofdeck pool and bar is a nice place to hang out at night. Breakfast is great value for what you pay for.

Personnel sympathique. Bon petit-déjeuner. Belle piscine calme près du bar. Pas trop de monde. Lit comfortables. Bonne localisation pour le quartier proche d'un 7/11 et en face d'un starbucks. Quartier un peu douteux mais facile d'accès.

L'insonorisation des chambres en weekend c'est vraiment pas top. Beaucoup de personnes vont la le weekend faire la fête mais nous étions en famille et avoir la musique jusqu'à 2h du matin des chambres voisines c'était pas top... Salle de sport renfermée sans clim et wifi foireux.

Der Service ish extrem schlecht! Unser Zimmer wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt obwohl ich immer auf 'make up my room' gestellt habe. Ich habe am 3. Tag reklamiert und es wurde angeboten jemanden zu schicken der das Zimmer jetzt reinigt. Nach 45min kam niemand und weil es bereits 11 Uhr Abends war habe ich auf die reinigung verzichtet um meine 2 jährige Tochter schlafen zu legen. Es ist auch extrem laut. Man hört die Autos hupen und leute die sich draussen streiten trotz 8. Stock. Ich bin sehr entäuscht vom service es wurde nichts unternommen und angeboten um mich zufrieden zustellen. Für diese unterkunft habe zu viel geld ausgegeben das sich gar nicht gelohnt hat. Komme nie wieder.

מיקום טוב, קרוב לקניון ולמסעדות, צוות אדיב ושירות טוב מאוד, ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטעימה, בריכת גג מצוינת עם מסעדה בקומה 17. שמרו לנו על החפצים לשלושה ימים שזה עזר לנו מאוד וגם הסכימו שנגיע לארוחת בוקר ( בתשלום כמובן) למרות שכבר לא היינו אורחי המלון.

נאלצנו להחליף חדר עקב תקלה במים החמים שלא נפתרה

Clean tidy good hotel

We had a wonderful stay at Coro Hotel! The location is excellent, it’s surrounded by so many great restos/cafes, making it a perfect choice for foodies. If you enjoy nightlife, Poblacion is just a short walk away and offers plenty of bars and places to grab a drink. The staff were all very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from check-in to check-out. Overall, it’s a great hotel with a convenient location and excellent service. We’d definitely stay here again!

The only downside was that the rooms are not soundproof, so we could hear the cars during rush hour.

You're right in the middle of the red light district. Poblacion is not the pretty part of Makati.

The location, good quality for money and the very proximity to good restaurants is what attracts me to Coro Hotel.

I think the breakfast can do with some major looking at. Compared with other hotels of a similar or cheaper price range, the breakfast of Coro hotel is lacking.
