Les Pieds a La Grande Place

L'hôte est sympathique et très réactif. L'appartement est idéalement pour se promener au centre ville. Il y a des restaurants et des bars aux pieds de l'immeuble. La vue est spectaculaire et vous pouvez apprécier des spectacles du rue sans sortir de l'appartement. La chambre done sur une cour arrière moins bruyante que dans le salon mais ça reste du centre ville vivant.

La clim mobile avec le tuyau au sol. C'est vraiment juste pour dire que l'appartement est climatisé mais c'est faux. Du coup, il n'y avait aucun ventilateur. ça manquait vraiment pendant les nuits chaudes du mois d'août. Et si on laisse les fenêtres ouvertes, on peut être dérangé par la bruyance d'un centre ville. Plusieurs points d'améliorations (mais qui n'empêche pas de profiter du logement) : Le robinet de l'évier en piteux état et qui coule (mais comme c'est une douchette il suffit de la laisser toucher l'évier pour ne pas être gêné par le goute à goute continu). La porte du frigo encastré qui est décrochée du frigo. Un tableau qui tombe si courant d'air dans le salon. Mais les points positifs restent supérieurs aux négatifs.

Almost all attractions are reachable on foot, and there are lots of shops and restaurants available in the area, so you can easily get anything you might need.

Not directly the fault of the place, it probably can't be helped since it's so central, but the area is quite noisy at night, at least during our stay, there were lots of street performers right outside, so we used earplugs to sleep.

El anfitrión está muy atento a cualquier necesidad que te surja y acude rápidamente si tienes cualquier incidencia. Está muy bien situado y a pesar de ser un 4 tiene ascensor.

l'appartement est inaccessible en voiture. Il faut donc retrouver quelqu'un qui nous accompagne jusqu'à l'appartement. Ce fut un peu compliqué pour nous. Dan la mesure où il est très central donc au milieu des bars et restaurants un peu bruyant le vendredi soir mais tout s'est arrêté à minuit.

Posizione pazzesca! In pieno centro, con vista direttamente sulla borsa di Bruxelles! Inoltre appartamento grande, comodo e ben tenuto. Inoltre l’host è stato gentilissimo e super disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste.

La pulizia dovrebbe essere un pochino più accurata.

Emplacement parfait dans la ville, belle luminosité, de l’espace, possibilité de garer sa voiture à proximité. Literie confortable, appartement bien équipé.

Il manque très peu de chose pour que cet appartement soit parfait : une meilleure isolation phonique, et un peu plus de soin globalement

Great location, large flat, pretty clean

There were no coffee pods, the aircon didn’t work, no handle on the bathroom sink tap, decor was a bit tired and could do with a paint. It felt like they did the very bare minimum because the location was amazing.

It was right in the central of Brussels which made all places walkabout.

The room was not ready as per check in time, it was 2 hours late. Then once we got the keys, the room was still not 100% clean. There was hair on the floor from the moping. The bathrooms are very old and not maintained. You have beds and living but the main kitchen and bathrooms are too run down - not worth the money! Also the booking shows picture of the Beer Museum, this is confusing as this is not the apartment- false advertising!

Nosso anfitrião foi muito solicito, nos permitiu deixar o carro por algumas horas a mais no estacionamento. A localização é fantástica, a melhor de Bruxelas. O apartamento é bem espaçoso.

O apartamento não estava com uma limpeza muito boa, acho que da para melhorar muito! Foi um pouco barulhento a noite, mas acho que é o que se espera se hospedando no centro. Mas, com certeza, me hospedaria la novamente.

A well-deserved 10. While the apartment itself wasn't perfect, two things made our stay exceptional: The location – just a few steps from the main square. The host – we had several special requests, including some at the last minute, and he was incredibly accommodating and handled everything perfectly.

The apartment obviously needs some minor renovation. The furniture is a bit worn, and the cleanliness could definitely be improved, but nothing too serious.

Appartement spacieux dans zone piétonne. Partie nuit bien distincte, très calme. Garage sécurisé proche. Proximité immédiate avec la Grand Place. Possibilité de découvrir Bruxelles à pied. Nombreux restaurants et commerces aux alentours.

Ménage dans l'appartement, par trop superficiel. Vaisselle relavée avant usage, cafetière non vidée, capsule encore présente... Une poubelle de tri serait la bienvenue. Bel appartement qui mériterait d'être mieux entretenu.

Cet appartement est idéalement situé dans le centre de Bruxelles. Tout se fait à pied et c'est très agréable surtout dans une capitale comme Bruxelles.

Seul petit bémol du centre ville reste le bruit de la nuit .Malgré une bonne insonorisation des vitres, la vie nocturne reste toujours présente mais c'est vraiment léger et la chambre a l'arrière permet de s'isoler plus.

La dirección de Rue du Midi 2 es la recepción y los apartamentos están ubicados en un radio de 100 metros. El nuestro estaba frente al museo de la cerveza, excelente ubicación. Es muy amplio y completamente equipado (solo falta un secador de cabello). Lo raro es que la ducha está en el lavadero, no en el baño.

Tuvimos una demora en el ingreso, pues en la dirección suministrada no había nadie. Luego de una llamada telefónica en media hora pudimos ingresar.

L’emplacement et la communication avec le propriétaire qui était très réactif dans ses réponses. La place de parking dans le centre.

Appartement très bruyant la nuit, ne pas oublier les boules Quies . Une des chambres est ouverte sur le séjour, la porte de séparation est cassée.

公寓在4楼，楼梯极窄而且是螺旋楼梯，拿着行李非常难上楼。卧室在5楼，上厕所要在4楼，而且两层楼不是在一套户型里，要从楼栋的公共楼梯上下楼，非常不方便

No A/C or fans. It was warm until after midnight. Also very noisy due to having to keep the windows open. Would have been great with A/C.

The location couldn't be better—right in the city center, with all the sights within walking distance, plus plenty of restaurants, shops, and a park nearby. The view from the living room window is stunning, overlooking the Belgian Beer Experience building and a church. The apartment is modern, well-equipped, and very comfortable. It was great to come back in the evenings and relax after our adventures. Although there are many nightlife spots nearby, the living room windows provide excellent sound insulation. I'm a light sleeper, but I slept wonderfully on the sofa bed in the living room. Mostafa is an outstanding host—he was always available for any questions or requests. He handled our special check-in and check-out needs with complete flexibility. We're so grateful to him for making our time in Brussels carefree!

Super Apartment in bester Lage in Brüssel! Der Vermieter war super nett und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Parkplatz in der Nähe in einer privaten Tiefgarage war auch vorhanden. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

An und zu ist eine Sicherung aus dem Kasten gesprungen und man stand im Badezimmer dann im Dunkeln. War aber kein großes Problem. Einfach Sicherung wieder reindrücken und das Licht war wieder da.

Man konnte im Schlafzimmer nicht lüften, weil das Fenster nach hinten raus ging, wo die ganze Zeit eine Abluftanlage (von Restaurants?) lief, die rauschte und zu schlechter Luft (altes Fett) führte.

Il manquait qques ustensiles mais rien de bien grave Le point noir est le bruit: situé dans une rue en face d’un bar de nuit, on a l’impression que les personnes de la rue sont dans l’appartement !! Pas de double vitrage

L’organisation de l’appartement . Passer par les parties communes de l’immeuble pour accéder aux 2 chambres. Salle de bain très petite.Manque un lit dans chambre 2 , contrairement à ce qui était annoncé.linge de lit hors d’âge,pas de torchon, pas de liquide vaisselle. Très mal insonorisé.

Η τοποθεσία!!! Η θέση που εμφανίζεται στην πλατφόρμα είναι διαφορετική από την πραγματική. Στην πραγματικότητα είναι καλύτερη!!! Οι περισσότερες θέσεις ενδιαφέροντος ήταν προσβάσιμες με τα πόδια!!! Άνετοι χώροι και αναπαυτικά κρεββάτια. Σχετικά καινούργιος εξοπλισμός.

1. Το κατάλυμα δεν διαθέτει ανελκυστήρα και ήταν δύσκολο να ανεβάσω τις βαλίτσες από τις σκάλες και να ανεβοκατεβαίνω αρκετές φορές την ημέρα. Επίσης, δεν ενδείκνυται για Άτομα με Αναπηρία και υπέρβαρους... 2. Δεν διαθέτει κλιματισμό. Έχει θέρμανση. 3. Μόνο τα τυπικά από σερβίτσια. Αναγκάστηκα να αγοράσω τιρμπουσόν. 4. Μετρημένες πετσέτες και χαρτί υγείας. Βέβαια ο οικοδεσπότης άμεσα μας εφοδίαζε με 1 ρολό χαρτί υγείας την ημέρα! 5. Δεν έχει πλυντήριο ρούχων, παρόλο που φαίνεται στις παροχές του καταλύματος... 6. Περιορισμένη ιδιωτικότητα: Πρόκειται για μια μονοκατοικία που αναπτύσσεται σε 4 ορόφους. Εγώ έμεινα στον 3ο και τον 4ο (4 άτομα). Ο 2ος διατίθεται για 2-4 άτομα και ο διάδρομος - κλιμακοστάσιο είναι κοινός!

La localisation est parfaite ! Difficile de faire mieux... L'appartement est très spacieux et convivial ! Les parties de couchage offre l'intimité nécessaire et les parties communes sont très pratiques et agréables ! Nous recommandons ce logement pour les personnes qui partent entre amis ou en famille

Location was great, fortunately had a lift. Washing machine (no dryer) was convenient. Nice large fridge & freezer. Lots of restaurants, pubs & convenience stores nearby.

The addresses online are incorrect (possible a number of different lettings). Had to message to eventually get correct info & meet key person. Lift was good - 6 doors (two with key locks), across courtyard, through multiple corridors which wouldn't suit everyone. Can be noisy from pubs.

Neteja pèssima, no l’havien rentat! una llàstima perquè l’apartament està molt bé.

Location was very central and its close to the central station and you can walk to the apartment.

The only thing that was good is the location…it is very central but the condition of the appartment is very disappointing unfortunately..if you’re a light sleeper keep away from this property..it needs a good soundproofing windows and a good maintenance

La situation géographique, la propreté, le confort et l'équipement du logement. Tout était parfait, de l'accueil au départ.

L'emplacement face à un monument et être en plein centre ville.

L'avantage d'être en plein centre devient un inconvénient la nuit, le bruit des fêtards dans les nombreux bars et les camions qui livrent les bars tôt le matin.

En plein centre, localisation excellente. L'appartement est cosy, spacieux et il a des grandes fenêtres avec vue sur la Bourse. Bien équipée nous n avons manqué de rien. Parking intérieur à quelques pas.

La ubicación es perfecta y el señor que nos dió la bienvenida encantador.

El piso estaba sucio, la ducha también, la pila de la cocina atascada, el polvo, … no había secador de pelo y los armarios estaban llenos de sábanas tendidas. La cama extra era un colchón finísimo muy incómodo.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, στο κεντρο. Με τα πόδια περιπλανιεσαι στα αξιοθεατα της πολης. Άνετο διαμέρισμα, με πολύ μεγάλους χώρους, ωραία θέα, με πλήρη εξοπλισμό και ανετα κρεβατια.

Apartamento MUY sucio. ( adjunto fotos) Cama individual sin cambiar sabanas del alquiler anterior, tenia muchos pelos largos de mujer. Electrodomesticos sucios. Muchisimo polvo acumulado de no limpiar. ( fatal para las personas alergicas y con asma como fue nuestro caso) Secador daba asco, lleno de polvo y pegajoso. Cama individual no esta en habitacion, esta en el dalon. Hay fotos en la publicacion que no pertenecen al apartamento.

Situation exceptionnelle en plein cœur de la ville. Tous les restaurants, musées, magasins (même alimentaire) juste à côté. Très bon accueil du propriétaire, très réactif à nos sollicitations. Parking sécurisé compris. On ne peut pas être plus au centre de Bruxelles. Belle vu. Joli appartement spacieux. Nous avons pu faire quasiment tous à pied. La Grand Place illuminée tard le soir à 5 minutes à pied. Magnifique!!!!

Location was excellent and the apartment was very roomy.

Unfortunately the lift was not working during our stay and we had to walk 8 flights off stairs to get to the apartment on the 4th floor. One of the beds was found to be broken, however we were offered a room on the 5th floor. We managed to temporary repair the bed, as we couldn't face into an extra two flights of stairs during our stay.

It is located in a good location. The price is reasonable. The room is big.

The faucet in the shared toilet is difficult to use. The shared bathroom cannot be locked.

Très bon contact avec Mostafa, qui s'est rendu disponible pour la remise des clefs et l'accès au parking, à l'arrivée comme au départ. Le logement est extrêmement bien situé, juste en face de la Bourse, en plein cœur de Bruxelles. Spacieux, bien agencé, équipé et confortable.

Soucis de propreté, uniquement dans les points d'eau (cuisine et salles de bain). Aucun soucis dans le reste de l'appartement, y compris la literie, propre et confortable.

Très grand appartement, bien équipé. Les lits sont confortables. C'est facile pour récupérer les clés et codes.

The apartment itself is nice and very spacious, in a great location.

The apartment was not clean. The check-in time on the profile said 2:30 pm, but the host said 3pm and then was about 10-15 minutes late. The sheets and towels were very questionable. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty. The toilet wasn’t clean. There was musky smell. A lot of the light fixtures were just hanging from a wire. One of the cabinets was broken.

The appartment was in a perfect location. It had everything needed for a comfortable stay and was well equipped for travellers. The host provided clear information for everything we needed.

Gastgeber Mustafa war sofort der Stelle und hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert. Unsere Wünsche wurden umgehend umgesetzt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Apartment liegt in der ersten Reihe. Für partybegeisterte Menschen die ideale Location.

Posizione assolutamente centrale, appartamento incredibilmente spazioso e ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per soggiorni anche più lunghi (stoviglie di vario genere, padelle in perfetto stato, ferro e asse da stiro, lavastoviglie, frigo spazioso, armadi spaziosi)

Comunicazione scarsa con l'host, che è poi arrivato in ritardo per il check in. Doveva inviarmi i codici via messaggio e non mi è arrivato nessun messaggio. Le finestre hanno un pessimo isolamento acustico e per tutte le 3 notti c'è stato un enorme e continuo baccano infernale che ha reso molto difficile dormire. Persino con i tappi alle orecchie si sentivano le persone urlare nel cuore della notte. Davvero fastidioso. L'appartamento ha un ottimo potenziale, sia per posizione che per organizzazione degli spazi, ma è un peccato il fatto che sia poco curato (arredo rovinato o non riparato: ad esempio un rubinetto con il manico staccato, tende alcune funzionanti, altre rotte e fissate in modo instabile). Nel complesso il voto è sufficiente per quanto riguarda l'appartamento, ma da parte nostra riceve un voto basso per i rumori notturni incredibilmente fastidiosi. Gli infissi dovrebbero essere cambiati per isolare meglio l'appartamento.

The place was larger than expected and very well-located. We had a late flight and asked for a late check-in. The host waited for us to arrive, explained everything, was very kind and fun to talk to. One of the bedrooms had a big bed, a bathtub, 2 sinks and a toilet; the other bedroom had one big bed and a single bed, and was close to the apartment's bathroom and toilet. Between the two bedrooms, there was a large living room with an adjacent kitchen and a dining table. It is a few minutes walk from the Gare Centrale, very easy to get to from the Brussels Airport.

Since it was located right in the city centre, it was a bit noisy at night. Nothing else I can think of.

La ubicación excelente!. Está a un paso de los atractivos principales del centro histórico. Si bien es cierto que la ubicación céntrica implica algunos ruidos los mismos son tolerables. El Departamento es cómodo para 3 personas.

Había solo un rollo empezado de papel higiénico, insuficiente para 3 personas durante 3 días. Tambien poco jabón para el lavarropas. Entiendo que son detalles que deben controlarse antes de la llegada de los huéspedes.

È un po' rumoroso di notte in quanto sotto ci sono molto locali e la zona è molto animata ma è il compromesso che si deve affrontare per stare in un posto fantastico!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait qu’à un seul endroit donc où il fallait ouvrir les fenêtres et il y avait trop de bruit où nous avions vraiment trop chaud. Le lit une personne était vraiment trop dur.
