Reviewed Aug 18, 2026The family of sisters who run this place are great!! The can't do enough to help you in every way!! The location is great for Unizsa and also only 30 minutes walk to the beach.
Maybe a slightly better blanket on the bed but it wasn't a problem for me.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026The atmosphere is quiet even though it's on the side of the road, the villa is quite comfortable, there are many facilities, as far as making water at night, there is a water dispenser, coffee & tea. The surau is also close, just walk across the street.The villa owner is also nice, there is follow up. Thank you & good job. InshaAllah, I will come again.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026First time masuk rumah besar, simple, tenang, air laju, bilik sejuk, tv lama tapi channel boleh tgk, bukan yang slalu masuk hotel tv LED, channel tak dapat. Family besar boleh hadir, siap ada tempat BBQ, ruang tamu luas... yang nak tenang, boleh singgah sini. Dekat dengan pantai ketapang, pantai tok jembal, mayang mall, ktcc, jauh dari jem, depan rumah ada kedai sarapan nasi dagang best...
Ada kelengkapan basic memasak... thanks tuan rumah ❤️❤️❤️

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026bilik sangat luas dan selesa, bersih..dalam toilet ada baldi dan gayung, senang nak mandikan baby.shower ada heater..tv bukan jenis smart tv, tapi takde masalah sebab saya mmg akan bawa projector bila travel.ada wifi yang stable, so senang nak lekakan anak, buka cartoon kat projector..pastu yang lagi best, ada coway disediakan.siap ada meja makan dan kerusi sekali kat balkoni.bole lepak situ utk makan.pagi2 nak sarapan, jalan kaki je lintas jalan sikit, ada gerai jual nasi kerabu, nasi dagang, nasi lemak.sedappp..lokasi dekat dgn pantai, dekat dgn drawbridge jugak, dekat dgn mayang mall..nak parking pon senang, macam parking kat rumah sendiri je.takyah pikir nak rebut2 parking.oh ye, roomstay ni pon dekat dgn airport.so lenkali kalau pegi tganu naik flight, bole je book sini.sebelum nak gerak balik, ktrg singgah beli kopok ikan, kopok lekor etc..kat ikan ssaje..mmg dekat.kesimpulannya mmg berbaloi dok sini, dahla harga murah..thanks owner =)

Reviewed Jun 3, 2026Near restaurant for breakfast, depan roomstay ada 2 kedai nasi dagang/kerabu/nasi minyak yang sedap (kami try dua2 kedai), then also near with western/piza and kopi kapong, 7E, dobi and kedai makan utk dinner (still kena naik kereta) tapi sgt dekat, less than 5minit rasa, also dekat juga kedai2 makan famous macam abangman western if not mistaken. Roomstay ada balkoni so mkn2 dkt situ sambil tgk kapal terbang naik, best weh. hehehe. Faciliti so far okay semua ada yg basic2. Katil and bantal okay, towel pn bersih n wangi, bilik dan toilet pun bersih2 tau. Kawasan roomstay pn bersih, and kereta semua boleh park dalam roomstay compartment.
I think kena tukar shower (my room no 4) sebab air slow, x syok mandi guna shower air slow, tp ada baldi and gayung. Maybe kena buat peraturan macam hotel, no durian. Ada penyewa lain bawa durian, kan roomstay, so baunya Ya Allah..kt okay aje if ada tingkap n pintu buka so xde la pening sgt mcm makan dkt rumah.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2025~ Alhamdulillah.. bilik besar.. boleh bentang toto kat tengah diantara 2 katil.. nak solat bjemaah dlm bilik ni pun lepas.. ~ Lokasi strategik.. berdekatan dengan semua kemudahan dan fasiliti.. airport, hypermarket mydin sabasun, stadium, ipts ipta, drawbridge antara kurang lebih 10 minit je semua.. ~ Parking pun luas dan selamat.. pagar bertutup.. lampu menerangi keliling rumah.. Insyallah selamat.. ~ Nak mkn pg kedai makan pun dekat.. depan rumah je.. cross the road.. sebelah rumah pun ade.. Nak lunch dinner pun dekat dalam sekitar2 tu je..
Water heater ade.. tapi ntahlah saya tak reti guna ke ape.. xtau nk tekan kat mane.. takpelah idoklah sejuk mane.. tp kalau dpt mndi suam2 pagi..syok juga alang2 dah ade water heater😅

Reviewed Jul 27, 2025Good location close to the airport. Clean and perfect size room. The man who checked us in was so nice and helpful. We arrived Sat evening and he took us to a market to get some staff. Gave us water also. Took care of everything. The next day he took us to the airport in the morning. All included. I wanted to pay him but did accept anything. Ecxeptioal hospitality! Thank you!
