The location was just out of the city which was perfect for us, the apartment was a great size for our family. The pizza restaurant next door is worth a visit

The pool wasn’t that inviting so we gave it a miss

Location was great, apartment was beautiful, clean and spacious. Property manager was very communicative and quick to respond and address any queries. A really comfortable and luxurious stay in the city!

The only issue was that the en-suite bathroom didn’t have a shower curtain for the bathtub shower which made it a little difficult to shower without getting some water on the floor. Otherwise the bathroom was great, large, clean and lots of natural light.

Great penthouse apartment, 3 bedrooms large living area on the 20th floor with fantastic views.

ペントハウスに宿泊したが、広い，綺麗、景色最高、セキュリティバッチリ，騒音なし、でよかったです。 アイロン、食器、冷蔵庫、レンジ，洗濯機と乾燥機、物干しざおなど一般の家にあるものは全て完備、非常に助かりました。 とにかくこんなにすごい施設でこの価格は安すぎると思います。 ロビーなどの共用部分も綺麗だし、プールもあって、とにかくおすすめです。 ゴミ捨て場所も同じ20階のフロアーにあって、毎日すてることができて部屋の中を清潔に保てたのもよかったです。部屋の中はどこも綺麗に掃除が行き届いており、清潔でした。案内してくれた人が丁寧で優しくて、フライト遅延でチェックインが2時間も遅れたけど、ずっとレジデンス一階で待っていてくれて、到着とともにすぐにチェックインもできました。レジデンスに泊まるとトイレットペーパーが足りないことがあるのですが，4泊5日で5名でしたが、ここは十分足りる量を多めにわかりやすく置いてくれていて、それも助かりました。

洗面所が3箇所あり、そのうちの1箇所は水が流れず詰まってしまうので直した方がいいかもです。 タオルがどうしてもちょっと生乾き臭い。でも両方とも我慢できる許容できる。臭くないタオルもあるし、流れる洗面所を使って生活すればいいだけ。

To work the lifts you need your room card and can only go to the floor your staying on. We could visit our friends who had an apartment two floors below 🤷‍♂️

الموقع مميز جدا" ، كل شيء قريب (5-12) دقيقة بالسيارة. صاحب الشقة متعاون جدا متجاوب في اي وقت . الموقع آمن جدا استخدام المصعد بالبطاقة. كثير من المطاعم الحلال قرب الشقة والتوصيل سريع. اكيد لي رجعه ان شاء الله.

We had 2 rooms booked but bookings need to review the rooms listed as one was not found and we lost $440 Aud when we arrived. The 2nd room was a SCAM!!! Bookings would not refund our money even though there was no room for my parents in law to stay so they had to stay with my family which was cramped but you do what you have to do. Bookings offered alternative accommodation that was more expensive and only offered it on the last night of a 3 night stay. NOT ACCEPTABLE Bookings!!!!!

Our stay was very comfortable. The apartment was clean, spacious and bright. It was quiet central to the places we were interested in visiting. The hosts were amazing too, responsive and easy to communicate. Thanks for making our holiday a good one🙂

The rooms are a great size For families. Facilities are great, we loved having the washing machine to use. Beds were comfortable and rooms stayed nice and cool to escape the heat. Pool was great too Really perfect for families or groups

Would be good to have towels supplied for the pool. Overall the apartments are great

What I liked most about the accommodation was the space of the room and location.

It was not hygienic. When we arrived, many areas had clearly not been cleaned properly. There were also several things in the room that did not work well, such as the closet doors and the shower cabin. Upon arrival, we were also asked to pay in cash. We found this very strange because this had never been mentioned before arrival. I explained that the booking had been confirmed via credit card on Booking.com, but there was still pressure to pay in cash instead. This happened on the first day and immediately made us feel uncomfortable and not fully trusting of the situation.

Taxi/grabs get confused on where to pick you up. But not a big deal.

It was such a lovely area and beautiful apartment. Super spacious for our family and I really appreciated how helpful attentive and caring the staff were here. We have saved this place for the next time we return to Saigon!

Good location in district 1 so it's very easy by grab to get to the main points of interest from here. The building is very new, the lobby is nicely furnished and welcoming. The apartment is new, big enough for our family of 3 adults and 2 kids, the host was reactive. Having a washing and drying machines in the the apartment is very convenient.

The building is located directly on a very busy streets where there are no nearby restaurants. The walk to the first street with restaurants is a bit less than 10 min so not that bad but walking on a very busy and circulating big road is not very nice. We were very disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the apartment, especially the bathrooms and kitchen were clearly not spotless, we even found a hair in the bathtub. Beds are comfortable, but sheets could be better ironed to give it a better standard.

There is no reception and the waiting room. The staff managing the building facility at the ground level was rude. The pool is also not kept clean.

The location is excellent, being close to everything and especially convenient for tour pickups in District 1, which made getting around very easy. The building itself is modern and well-presented, giving a good overall impression. The apartment had some great features, particularly the beds, which were the most comfortable we experienced throughout Vietnam. The couch was also very comfortable, making it easy to relax. The laundry facilities were a useful addition, and the pool area was generally nice to use. Check-out was quick and straightforward, which made departure hassle-free. Ho Chi Minh City itself was a highlight of the trip—the people were very friendly and welcoming, and it’s a vibrant, enjoyable city to explore.

Unfortunately, there were some downsides. The check-in process was not as smooth as other places we’ve stayed. We also felt uncomfortable noticing clear signage stating that Booking.com guests are not permitted, which raised concerns during our stay. Maintenance could be improved, as the pool had broken or missing tiles around the edge that could be dangerous, especially for children. Inside the apartment, the walls needed a proper clean and a fresh coat of paint, and the bath/shower setup in the main bedroom was not very practical. While laundry facilities were available, we couldn’t get the dryer to work. Noise was the biggest issue—both from the busy road outside and from the apartment above, where loud music was played nightly from around 9pm into the early hours. The bass was so strong it vibrated the walls, making it feel like the noise was coming from inside our room and significantly affecting our sleep over the four nights.

Good size and set up for families

The apartment was a bit grubby in places. Only one key provided for a family of four, meaning if you popped out to get something from the store or you took a child to the pool then the air-conditioning and TV stopped for the others. The pool is salt water and a bit murky. Technically short stay bookings like this are prohibited in the building so it's all a bit odd. Correspondence for access occurs via WhatsApp and someone is sent to take cash from you duringyour stay (requiring 5 atm withdrawals to get enough money)..

Nice property. Located in District 1 only a short grab from the main attractions. Decent amount of space in the property but value for money is amazing.

Communication! We requested a cot prior to arrival and had it confirmed twice. When we arrived there was no cot and all emails on bookings .com and texts on what’s app were totally ignored until they wanted payment in the day we left. Not happy as it ruined the last three days of our holiday 🥹

Modern and clean, property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Beds were really comfortable and slept great whilst we were there.

After trip finished, they refused to keep my luggage and asked pay extra unreasonable amount.

Нова чиста простора квартира. З усіма зручностями, кухня, пральна машина, сушилка. Все необхідне є. Великий басейн з джакузі. В кожний кімнаті є балкон з цікавим виглядом. Дві ваних кімнати.

На 5 людей дали лише одну карту ключ від усіх дверей, що було дуже не зручно. Всі ми залежали один від одного, а чекали біля будинку на інших.

Отличный вариант для большой семьи - три спальни, два санузла. Оставались на ночь между перелетами. Недалеко от апартаментов есть круглосуточный магазин, кафе. Принимающая сторона моментально предоставила подробную информацию по вселению, быстро и подробно отвечали на все появившиеся вопросы.

Уборка могла бы быть более тщательной.

Disappointing Cleanliness Upon Arrival for the flat with two bedrooms. Upon entering, we observed visible hair on the floor throughout the living area and on the kitchen counter. Ants were actively present across multiple surfaces in the kitchen and in one of the bathrooms. The kitchen sink area contained remnants of shaved hair, and there was a noticeable hair and bloodstains on the toilet seat in one bathroom. The bed sheets appeared used, carried a persistent odour, and contained strands of hair from previous occupants.

There’s a big sign at the entrance thats says booking.com / airbnb is prohibited. Thats make me question the legality of the facility

Apartman je lijep i prostran. Osoba koja nas je dočekala je bila ljubazna.

Kuhinja je bila jako prljava, jastuci i prekrivaci smrde po znoju i starosti. Miris u kupatilu je bio grozan. Zaista šteta za tako lijep apartman.
