El personal muy simpático y colaborador, sobre todo en recepción. El desayuno excelente. La vista inmejorable.

El wifi no llegaba al cuarto

Wir hatten Ameisen im Zimmer. Danach wurden wir in ein anderes Zimmer untergebracht welches genauso Ameisen hatte. Erst im dritten Zimmer hatten wir dann Ruhe, jedoch waren dort Haare in der Dusche…Hotelzimmer sind auch schon sehr alt.

La receptionist non è stata professionale; al nostro rientro in hotel al pomeriggio l’abbiamo trovata sdraiata fuori fumando e non si è alzata per andare al banco reception. Si è poi permessa di fare una battuta fuori luogo alla nostra famiglia riguardo l’uso del cellulare in vacanza. Una receptionist inadatta a questo tipo di hotel

Abbiamo avuto la stanza 103, una standard ma la pozione centrale rispetto alla terrazza e alla vista sulla vallata è stata la chicca della camera. Colazione top con varia scelta tra dolce e salato su ordinazione

L'ampiezza delle camere,la pulizia e la gentilezza del personale.

Se può essere un appunto...troppo caldo. Riscaldamento eccessivo vero che è meglio avere caldo,eventualmente si apre una finestra,che stare al freddo ma così troppo quasi uno spreco.

Il WiFi non funziona benissimo ma non è un problema dell'albergo ma della zona.Io comunque ero lì come turista e non per lavoro,potevo benissimo fare a meno del PC 😊!

Ubicación excelente, desayuno increíble, con vistas a la Toscana, de película. Las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas y aunque no tenían habítación disponible para silla de ruedas pudimos acceder fácilmente. Algo de ayuda siempre llevamos pero excepto el tema de la puerta de los baños (siempre la hacen pequeña) todo lo demás increíble.

Se podría con un pequeño arreglo, hacer accesible todos los espacios de la habitación.

La cena , ad un prezzo molto alto le porzioni sono al limite del ridicolo , non si può pagare 26€ per un secondo di carne se ti portano 30 gr contati nel piatto ….. Anche se squisita ma è una porzione ridicola ….

I think this hotel is a jewel. Pienza itself is a treasure, and this hotel is perfectly located at the most beautiful point in the city. The staff is kind and helpful. The pool is gorgeous. I want to return, a million times.

I wish the pool were open earlier and stayed open later, but I understand it might be a disturbance to the restaurant above. It is still open from 9 am to 8 pm, so really, not too much to complain about.

Il servizio perché un relais 4 stelle dovrebbe prevedere ciabatte, accappatoio e sinceramente le lenzuola erano un po' lise

Situata proprio nel centro di Pienza, il personale molto gentile e a disposizione per le esigenze del cliente. Buona la colazione. La camera ampia è molto pulita.

Il materasso del nostro letto matrimoniale non era molto comodo

Posizione centrale, in zona ztl, ma con parcheggio libero e accessibile a 3 minuti a piedi. Stanze grandi, confortevoli e pulite. Staff molto cordiale. Colazione ottima, abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Consigliato!

Molto suggestivo e centralissimo

Purtroppo a causa della scelta del comune non è possibile raggiungere la struttura nel centro storico ed è molto scomodo per i bagagli e non è previsto alcun servizio di trasporto bagagli

Mr Danny was always very kind and always had an extreme helping attitude to us for any need/ request we had. Clean less of the room and nice breakfast complete the picture. We do repute this very important when travelling.

Avoid ton put Chairs and other stuff on such a beautiful space in the cloister.....

Il posto è meraviglioso, nel centro di pienza. Atmosfera stupenda adatto per bambini.

The location of the property is fantastic

Breakfast is in need of improvement - it is very confusing where you can sit - there is a restaurant and great outdoor seating area that does not belong to the hotel but you can use part of it for breakfast - there was a lack of cutlery and we had to wait until the dishwasher finished to get a spoon and fork - it appears that guests are too many for the breakfast staff to cater for - tables are not set, there are not placemats or tablecloths for the outdoor tables - they are not clean - yet you have to use them as no other options when the 3 indoor tables are occupied - The front courtyard area of the hotel is unkept - the property is in need of updating. Front desk staff were great.

Le lieu est magnifique avec une vue de fou sur la Toscane, le petit déjeuner avec beaucoup de choix, la piscine avec vue sur les vignes.

Nous avions réservé une chambre supérieure avec vue sur la Toscane mais nous avons eu au départ une chambre au 1er étage avec la vue sur des Arbres ! La réception a bien réagi car nous sommes allés réclamer une chambre qui correspondait au prix que nous avions payé et avoir la vue. Ils nous ont fait choisir entre deux chambres. Belle réaction de leur part. Le dîner était bien mais assez cher.

Melhor vista e localização de Pienza. Pegue o quarto com vista para o Vale.

Everything. Great location. Beautiful suite in a stunning historical building. Gorgeous views and spacious terrace where a fabulous breakfast was also served. Staff very helpful and professional. Great base for the surrounding area.

Forse l’arredamento delle parti comuni (zona colazione ecc) andrebbero uniformate in uno stile coerente con quello di un vecchio monastero

Amazing location for exploring the town, views from patio amazing, easy street parking nearby. Deluxe room great; large with separate dressing area & amazing views.

The staff didn’t feel v welcoming. The restaurant had no atmosphere & the terrace wasn’t used in anyway for drinks or eating. Felt was an out of season attitude. We arrived on my birthday & hotel did know, but didn’t make any token gesture. In Florence even though we’d left on my birthday gave us 2 free drinks in the bar on arrival 3 days earlier! Could be amazing but just didn’t feel welcoming & not making most of what they have.

Posizione fantastica nel pieno centro del paese antico, camera ben curata, letto comodissimo, vista spettacolare sulla valle. Bel chiostro e bel giardino. Parcheggio gratuito a 5 minuti a piedi.

Sala colazioni con pochi tavoli, qualità standard

Cortesia dello staff, pulizia della camera e delle parti comuni. Colazione e ristorazione al top. Posizione unica con lo splendido panorama dove il monte Amiata domina sulla dolce valle d'Orcia con i suoi splendidi cipressi che sembrano rincorrersi. Fantastica esperienza, anche se di una sola notte. Torneremo sicuramente presto 😍😍😍

Struttura bellissima, al punto che abbiamo visto turisti entrare per fotografare il chiostro. Si trova in pieno centro, per cui la posizione è invidiabile. La nostra stanza era enorme e pulitissima. Colazione eccellente, così come il personale che ce l'ha servita. Se si ha la fortuna di poterla consumare all'esterno, la vista è mozzafiato!

L'illuminazione della stanza, anche con tutte le luci accese, non era tantissima. Non ho molto gradito la richiesta di carta di credito al check-in a garanzia, nonostante avessi già pagato l'intero importo: per una struttura di questo livello, l'ho trovata una caduta di stile.

Die Lage des Hotels mitten im historischen Zentrum von Pienza ist unschlagbar. Die Aussicht auf das Val d‘Orcia ist atemberaubend. Bei Sonnenuntergang ein Traum! Unsere Suite war geräumig und ruhig gelegen. Unser Hund wurde sehr willkommen geheissen und gestreichelt. Freundlicher Empfang!

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und machte insgesamt einen müden Eindruck. Renovationen müssten vorgenommen werden. Leider fehlte die Liebe zum Detail, mit relativ wenig Aufwand könnte man schon viel herausholen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Das Service-Personal war unfreundlich und unmotiviert. Das Frühstück war das schlechteste unserer ganzen Toscana-Reise. Lieblose Präsentation, viele industriell abgepackte Produkte, Brioches wurden erst auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Früchte kamen mit wenigen Ausnahmen aus der Konservendose. Lüftung im Badezimmer war sehr laut. Schlechtes WLAN.

The location is charming, right in the heart of the city, and the courtyard is truly lovely – a perfect place to relax.

Our room was located next to the elevator, which made it a bit noisy at times. Unfortunately, the courtyard restaurant was closed in the evenings, so we couldn’t enjoy dining there. On our second and final night, there was a wedding celebration with loud music. We hadn’t been informed in advance, and a small gesture – like a complimentary drink – would have been a nice touch. At breakfast, the service could have been a little warmer and more welcoming.

This is an acceptional hotel - historic - amazing views from our bedroom and the terrace. Very comfortable hotel. Fab breakfast.

The only irritation was not being allowed to have drinks on the terrace because the tables were reserved for dining, even though by the time we left for our dinner reservation elsewhere the tables were all still unoccupied. The staff could easily have allowed us to have a table for 30 minutes but chose not to.
