Our stay at TEMPO HERITAGE RESORT AND SPA was excellent . Location was very convenient. Rooms were well maintained. Food was delicious. Great service received by the hotel staff. Our room was upgraded without any chaos. I went there to celebrate my birthday with my husband and kids. I would like to thank MR PRABIR for arranging the birthday setup and surprising me with the cake. The staff was very cooperative and polite. My kids enjoyed the stay.

Hotel was clean and view from hotel is awesome i really enjoyed the view.

Wifi was not working and mobile network was very week, when I informed to reception that we will check out at 11.30 am but the keep calling me started doing followup reception people behaviour was not good. Poor quality of food.

The Owner of Tempo is a great person . He acknowledged my request at the last moment. The food was delicious. Room was super clean and beautiful. Staff was very helpful.

They charged money for two double rooms but gave only two single rooms

The staff was so cordial,, they helped me arrange birthday cake ... very well done. Nice view from the pool.. so opt for view ahead of ur booking

This was one of the most disappointing stays I have ever experienced. The property did not match the expectations created by the listing. Several aspects of the accommodation, including cleanliness, maintenance, and overall comfort, were far below acceptable standards. What was even more frustrating was the proprietor’s attitude when concerns were raised. Instead of acknowledging the issues and attempting to resolve them, the response was defensive, dismissive, and at times discourteous. Genuine guest feedback appeared to be ignored rather than addressed A pleasant stay depends not only on the accommodation itself but also on how concerns are handled. Unfortunately, both the property’s management and the support received fell well short of expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this property and would advise future guests to carefully review recent feedback before making a reservation.

I am equally disappointed with the handling of this matter through Booking.com. Despite reporting the issues encountered during the stay, the support process was slow and did not provide a satisfactory resolution. As a customer, I expected better assistance and accountability when a property fails to deliver the service.

Een prachtige ligging in Gangtok, super mooi uitzicht en een propere kamer! De bedden zijn goed en het personeel is UITSTEKEND. Wij werden geholpen in elk klein ding dat we vroegen. De omgeving is uitdagend, zeker voor beginnende reizigers, maar de hulp die je ontvangt van het personeel helpt zo veel! Zeker een aanrader!

Wij zijn naar Gangtok gereisd vanuit Jaipur, de hoogte van Gangtok zorgt dan ook voor een lagere temperatuur. Daarom viel de temperatuur in de kamer een beetje tegen.

Almost everything except just no extra blanket since the weather is chilly with no heater available , an extra blanket in the closet would have been nicer . Apart from that I have no complaints , the food was amazing and the staff at the restaurant was very helpful .

looks nice, relatively clean. sheets clean, hot water almost on demand, usually enough for a full shower and hair wash. comes with water kettle and container for storing water. responsive to requests for common stuff like towel, toilet roll. kitchen food is pretty good and fast. netflix avail on TV.

limited hair dryers that has to be shared with guests. requested not to makeup room for first day, but remaining 3 days also zero room cleaning. on last night wifi was down but the staff reset the TV settings instead - making the TV also not work after the router was restarted. balcony door doesn’t close properly, leaving a huge gap that let a cold draft in all night. requested manager to fix but nothing was done when i returned to room. called recep and a staff came but also left and never came back. ended up stuffing a towel into the crack and asking for an extra blanket. and ended up never using the balcony. should just give a heater.

Good property to stay. The room was a bit small but the balcony with a nice view made up for everything. The staff were very courteous and Mr. Prabir at the front desk was very helpful.

It's a steep 45% climb to main road. Not possible for elderly. We travelled end of Sep' 24 and it was very warm in night/hot in day. No AC in rooms.

The view from the property is superb . You can see mountains and moving clouds if it’s raining .

The entrance there is steep slope which not suitable for walking and my parents were travelling with me so it was an huge issue. During my stay one day they have denied giving us food because the hotel was booked for a party. And ordering food from outside is also a hassle and it takes almost 1 hour for food to reach you.

It was clean and vibrant with a nice view and a swimming pool in the middle , the rooms were new and clean too , it also had a good dining/ breakfast area and a nice bar , what else could one as, the price I paid was value for money. Another bigger reason I will stay here again is because of the Hotel Manager Mr.Prabir, who upon our arrival couldn’t see our booking on his systems due to a fault from Bokking.com side and when I showed him my confirmation number on the booking.com app he somehow managed to accommodate me at the same price as booking.com despite his help telling me being full at that time , he managed me every day giving me new rooms as in actual the hotel was full so he had to mange me swapping my room only for 2 days and the provided me with a suite room , and the only reason he didnt refuse me on my arrival and managed somehow was to not because it was 10 o clock in the night and we had a 9 year old daughter with us. So I salute this man and his wonderful hospitality and the way he managed the hotel and his staff , a real gentle he is. Thanks

definitely one of the best hotel along with the mesmerising view a lil far from mg road but you will easily get shared cab right outside the hotel also just to mention again you won’t find hotel with better viewthan this in Gangtok

The rooms were very small, the hotel reception is at a very steep drive and it is very tough to walk uphill . The rooms are really very small, room service is very slow, NEAT and clean rooms. view is good, Food at the buffet is very poor as per the charges.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel. The room was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The property itself is stunning, and we enjoyed exploring it. The food was delicious, and the staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience.
