We had a great time with friends at the Villa. The location is easily accessible, close to several beaches, and the facilities are very good. We got a room with a private pool, which was also great for spending the late afternoon there.

Staff had no idea what they were doing had to wait for check in because manager wasn’t aware of our check in breakfast was delayed and no communication, pool wasn’t working and had to ask for towels numerous times

TUTTO!!! Il resort è davvero bello. Stanze ampie e con letti molto comodi. Piscina privata per l'appartamento e anche piscina pubblica a sfioro come si vede dalle foto. Bagno e doccia molto ampi e comodissimi. Davvero tutto perfetto. Anche l'accoglienza è stata fatta con la massima attenzione al cliente. Lo consiglio veramente per trascorrere un soggiorno sull'isola di Paros

Arredamento molto elegante, chic , totalmente in linea con lo stile greco . Villa molto ampia per 3 ospiti e anche ampio patio .

Siamo stati accolti purtroppo in modo molto freddo dalle ragazze del bar in piscina , forse impreparate . anche il check-in molto sbrigativo. Nel patio per giorni abbiamo avuto una sterlitzia morta , che dava un impressione non molto carina .

Quite location easy access by car to most places

Tout était parfait, la vue, la villa décorée avec soin et tout le confort nécessaire. La piscine et le service.

Host was not welcoming, they responded late to my general request and on one occasion didn't respond at all. They blamed me for the TV remote being in the wrong room. Bathrooms and interior of the place were outdated.

Wonderful room, very clean, cool and stylish. Same for infinity pool area!

It would be fantastic have a common breakfast buffet area.

El alojamiento es casi nuevo, la vil·la espaciosa , bien decorada y con todo lo necesario para hacer tu estancia agradable. La zona exterior es preciosa , la zona de piscina muy cómoda y con buenas vistas.

The shared pool was absolutely amazing! There are not that many villas that share the hotel so often you have the whole thing to yourself. The staff are so kind and helpful and the breakfast is delicious. Will recommend this place to anyone visiting Paros.

A stunning villa. Beautifully decorated and so much space. The communal pool was perfect, loved the sun beds and relaxing by the pool. The perfect villa if you need some down time.

Location, camera e disponibilità delle persone

Difficile de trouver les mots pour décrire la beauté des lieux, le calme, l’époustouflante piscine à débordement avec son ambiance chill electro, les couchers de soleil, le confort des lits (+++) et les équipements présents dans les logements. Sans nul doute l’un des plus beaux hôtels et séjours de notre vie. Nous étions avec deux enfants en bas âge, on s’est vraiment régalé ! Merci Elena ! Merci Georges ! Merci à vous tous !! Nous reviendrons.

Un peu isolé, mais sans vraiment l’être quand même car ça permet de rejoindre parikia en une dizaine de minutes, ainsi que les plages de l’ouest et du sud en moins de 15 minutes, et surtout le port de pounda en 5 minutes pour rejoindre antiparos !

La vue, le calme, les équipements. Nous sommes venus avec un bébé de neuf mois et c’était parfait pour profiter du bassin privé lorsqu’il faisait ses siestes et se relayer pour profiter de la grande piscine collective. La grande piscine n’était pas trop bondée en cette saison, on a même eu la chance d en profiter seuls. La villa est à 10/15 minutes en voiture de Parokia et à 25mn de Náoussa.

Le vis à vis avec les voisins lorsqu’ils se mettaient face au soleil ils voyaient directement notre terrasse donc pas hyper agréable. Peut être mettre à disposition les « indispensables » pour manger à la maison comme de l’huile d’olive car nous avons dû en acheter une bouteille pour une utilisation de 4 jours seulement et donc la laisser.

Die Villa mit eigenem Pool war einfach ein Traum. Wir hatten 2 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder und einen großen Außenbereich. Die Einrichtung war so schick und es war top ausgestattet und sauber. Die Anlage ist insgesamt klein und es war total ruhig. Am Gemeinschaftspool gab es eine Bar und man konnte Frühstück aufs Zimmer bestellen, das haben wir aber nicht genutzt. Die Lage ist auch gut, mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Zu Fuß ist aber eher schwierig. Wir waren wirklich begeistert von der Unterkunft und würden sie zu 100% weiterempfehlen!!

Das einzige "lästige" waren die vielen Insekten auf der Terrasse und teils auch sehr große Spinnen. Aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts. Es gibt dafür auch Fliegengitter an den Türen.

Schön eingerichtet, toller mini Pool, grosszügige Terrasse mit einem grossen Esstisch, Nespresso Maschine, gut ausgestattet Küche, schönes Badezimmer, bequemes Bett, tolle Reinigungscrew, sehr gepflegte Anlage. Der nächste Supermarkt ist sehr nahe. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Über der Eingangstüre ist ein dermassen helles, grosses Exit Sign, dass wir nicht schlafen konnten, weil der ganze Raum dadurch in der Nacht extrem hell war. Wir haben es dann mit Geschirrtüchern verdeckt, was funktioniert hat. Gott sei Dank hielten die auch. Die Anlage liegt direkt an einer Strasse. Ich dachte, dass diese Nebenstrasse praktisch nicht befahren ist, es gab aber dann im Mai doch ein bisschen mehr Verkehr als erwartet. (dh ein paar Autos pro Stunde, je nach Tageszeit) Im Grunde nur für sehr empfindliche Menschen störend. Meinen Mann hat es zum Beispiel gar nicht gestört.

We recently stayed at Sersi Paros Villas & Suites and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. A special mention must go to Georgios, who was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. He responded promptly to all of our WhatsApp questions and requests, and his friendly, charismatic personality made us feel genuinely welcome. His local knowledge, helpful advice, and recommendations added significant value to our stay and made exploring Paros much easier. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and exceptionally private, with its own dedicated entrance. It was immaculately clean upon arrival and had a fresh, welcoming feel from the moment we checked in. The property was also remarkably quiet and peaceful, creating the perfect environment to relax and unwind. One of the aspects we appreciated most was the location. While it is away from the busier tourist areas and nightlife, this provides a sense of tranquillity that many travellers will value. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat where you can truly switch off and enjoy the serenity of Paros, the setting is ideal. At the same time, it is conveniently located near Pounda Port, making it easy to catch the ferry to Antiparos or join boat tours to attractions such as the Blue Lagoon. Overall, Sersi Paros Villas & Suites offered a beautiful combination of comfort, privacy, cleanliness, and relaxation. Combined with Georgios’ exceptional hospitality, it made for a memorable stay that we would happily recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful and authentic Paros experience.

Nice villa, outside area really nice

To be honest and quite general, I thought the service and lack of interest and care for us during our stay was frankly shocking. From the minute we arrived, communication was slow, sporadic and generally unhelpful. We came from 2 previous experiences in Santorini and Ios where the hosts literally couldn’t do more to make our stay and our experience as best as it could be, from recommendations during our stay, to transport options and advice, even something like ordering us food and drink to our villa in Ios as a gesture of goodwill and general kindness. It was so bad in Paros that we asked for a quad bike, and the host thought everything had been agreed, despite not responding, then we were greeted with a text saying our quad bike is here the following day, when we’d gone to an alternative vendor due to lack of timely and incomplete responsiveness. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay at this villa ever again, despite the general niceness of the villa itself. The bar at the pool wasn’t even open some days, and for somewhere that’s in the middle of nowhere, it was a saving grace we had a car to run to the shops as otherwise we would have had potentially very limited options to eat and drink. All in all, for such a nice property on the surface, 1 star is generous.

Wonderful stay. The place is beautiful well taken care of and as advertised. Is not a hotel style so make sure to pack food drinks before to arrive. The property is a bit off grid where not a lot of options are available near by but is a great quiet place to stay during you vacation in Paros

Felt a bit unsafe since is so open next to the road but believe is super safe and quiet. I felt it at first because I didn’t see much movement of guest or even people that work for the property

We spent a wonderful six days at the lovely Sersi Villas and Nikki, our host, was particularly brilliant. The villa was spacious and very comfortable with a private pool and outdoor area. We also enjoyed using the main pool area and bar which was luxurious and had lovely views. Great quiet location, but easy to explore the island by car, lots of lovely beaches and restaurants and excellent recommendations from Nikki who could not have been more helpful. Even before arrival, Giorgos was very helpful with any question or requests.

The main pool and room were STUNNING!!! Big spacious guestrooms, and the patio with the pool was incredible, great spot to watch the sunrise and sunset!

Check in was a bit confusing, but Niki was fantastic and very helpful in connecting with different services. There is no option for food or beverages onsite or anywhere near the property so be prepared and either bring food or rent a car.

Wir hatten ein großes Apartment mit einer tollen großen Terrasse gemietet. Dadurch hatten wir viel Platz, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Apartment hat eine ganz gute Ausstattung und sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir wurden nett empfangen und wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben, wurde uns schnell und unkompliziert weitergeholfen.

Als wir ankamen, war bereits eine Türklinke abgerissen. Das war aber auch bekannt. Teilweise haben die Elektrokabel an den Lampen unverkleidet herausgeschaut, was wirklich gefährlich ist. Es kam zwar jeden Tag eine Putzfrau, aber der Boden wurde nie sauber gewischt. Die Nachbarn haben mehrere Hunde, die die Nachtruhe leider oft unterbrechen weil sie die halbe Nacht bellen. Wir hatten gehofft, dass wir etwas mehr Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse haben. Leider war diese aber vom Parkplatz und Pool gerade an unserem Whirlpool komplett einsehbar. Der Whirlpool wurde am letzten Tag gereinigt und schien nicht sauber zu sein. Darin baden wollten wir nicht. Alles in allem, leider viele negativen Punkte, die Preis-Leistung absolut nicht rechtfertigen.

The most amazing facilities, we just loved it. My son got married in Paros, and the wedding party stayed here for a few days leading up to the wedding. The property and accommodation are absolutely stunning, with beautiful, well-maintained rooms. George took such great care of us, and the ladies at the bar went above and beyond to make our stay and experience truly special. Highly recommend staying here! There is nothing that we did not love

The suite was comfy and well-prepared and staff were very nice.

Our pool wasn't private, but others were more private which would have been nice. No breakfast either which would have also been nice. It's a bit out of town so you should rent a car to get around. The main pool is fabulous and the grounds are very nicely done with lots of grass and space to run around if you have kids. This is a nice family run resort and the staff are incredible.

Very clean, super facilities and good service. Facilities even better than the pictures.

We loved our stay at Sersi Paros! Niki is the absolute best, she made our stay feel so special. The pool bar staff (special shout-out to Eleftheria) were also amazing, and they make the best cappuccinos on Paros. The hotel itself is beautiful. The communal pool area is very relaxing with a stunning view, and the rooms were thoughtfully designed and very stylish. Highly recommend! We’ll definitely visit again.

It was absolutely amazing experience! It was a pity that we spent in the hotel just 1 night but we definitely want to come back here for more days! Niki was super kind. The smell inside the apartment was amazing!!!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait à Sersi Villa Paros ! L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée. La villa est spacieuse, idéale pour 6 adultes avec ses 3 chambres confortables. La vue sur Antiparos est tout simplement magnifique, un vrai bonheur au quotidien. Le logement est d’une propreté irréprochable : ménage, cuisine et les 3 salles de bain entretenus chaque jour avec soin. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable et reposant. Les piscines sont un vrai atout : la piscine privée offre intimité et détente, tandis que la piscine collective avec son bar est parfaite pour se relaxer et profiter d’un moment convivial avec vue sur Antiparos. Un endroit que nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Lovely villa, all new, great having our own pool. It felt very private. Niki was a great host, with brilliant recommendations.

The coffee machine looked inviting. Would have been good to have a few pods to use it!

Everything, really recommend this place for its location (calm place but very close to Parikia and Aliki) and for its charm. The room with private pool is just great for peaceful holidays but also the common pool is perfect for chilling and has a bar all day long. Staff is super kind and they provided great tips for the whole island.

Nothing negative

Beautifully decorated, very well equipped, great private plunge pool with sea view and sunsets, location very near to Aliki (10 mins by car) and Paroikia (15 mins by car). Our host Nikki was very friendly and helpful and provided lots of information & recommendations. The property is still quite new and is finished to a high end.

Although the ‘honeymoon suite’ was lovely, we didn’t realise when we booked that it was next door to a family suite. This seemed a bit of a strange decision given couples booking a ‘honeymoon suite’ are likely wanting peace, privacy & tranquility. Whilst most of the trip this wasn’t an issue, we did have a very noisy family stay next door for one day & evening who’s children were obtrusive (constantly looking over our wall and shouting to us) and very loud. They constantly slammed doors and flew a drone over our terrace several times invading our privacy. This did make this day/evening quite stressful and wasn’t what we expected for a suite labelled ‘honeymoon suite’. If you are looking for guaranteed peace & privacy we’d recommend looking at the Prestige Suite instead. Also, some hooks in the bathroom would be useful for hanging towels.
