Si vous venez à pieds le chemin du port est un peu long et surtout une énorme côte vous attendez pour accéder à l’hôtel. Le reste était génial.

We didn’t care for a lower corner room. The pool was really small, barely any walkway to pass through to go to our room.

The room was nice but they lacked toilet toiletries amenities. The pool was small, the whole area around the pool was tiny, barely any rooms to walk through.

Die Unterkunft war sehr unkompliziert. Parkplätze waren genügend verfügbar. Das Frühstück war ausreichend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Ich würde immer wieder hierherkommen.

L'établissement est très bien situé, proche du centre de Parikia La chambre de notre catégorie était spacieuse, style locale et était conforme aux photos de Booking.

Mauvaise insonorisation (il y a une route principale qui passe devant l'hôtel, non visible sur les photos) Gros bémol sur le petit dejeuner : il n'y a pas de salle de petit dejeuner, il se prend autour de la piscine (il y a 3 tables de 2) et des transats en plein soleil. Le pdj est tout sauf local, il est entièrement industriel, absolument pas varié (pas de beurre, ni de confiture, choix tres pauvre en boisson, 3 types de thé, bouilloire de thé pas en libre accès...) pas vraiment digne d'un hôtel de ce type. Les "réceptionnistes" qu'on a plutot l'impression de déranger au petit déjeuner, qui ne disent pas bonjour. Il y a 6 transats autour de la piscine et quelques poufs, donc si l'hotel est plein, la disponibilité des transats est restreinte, de même que le parking (parfois saturé).

Love love love this property. Second time I’ve stayed and still did not disappoint. A little walk to town but always good to walk off the meal and worth it when you get home. What a sanctuary.

Loved our Welcome, in terms of staff the Front Office Pocket Rocket was exceptional, (sorry I failed on her name), she shouldn’t but did, lug one of our heavy cases up the stairs and showed us to our room. She was the Star of the show in terms of staff 💥 Loved our upstairs spacious, well appointed room, private small balcony but plenty of room for drinks for 2 ❤️ A/C great, beautiful sea and harbour views, good facilities and lovely cleaning lady did a good job. The pool and sun beds were lovely and didn’t need to be huge and the brekky quite delightful by the pool. Loved having a park for our little hire car at PAREA, parking is an issue at a lot of accommodation and certainly in Parikia as with most Greek/Italian towns (IMO)

Not a fault of PAREA but it would be good if resorts in the vicinity got on the Council/Shires/Towns case to make it safer to walk to and from waterfront, particularly at night. A lovely walkable distance other than that ❤️

We hebben genoten van de rust op de accommodatie en het comfort van de kamer. Het werd erg netjes schoongemaakt en het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Er was beperkte parkeerruimte, maar er was in onze ervaring altijd plek. Het is 10 minuutjes wandelen naar de stad en dat was ook goed te doen. We waren over zowel het parkeren als het wandelen wat onzeker naar aanleiding van andere recensies,, maar het viel 100% mee. Ik zou het hotel voor de nabijheid van Parikia zeker aanbevelen.

Het was jammer dat je gedurende de dag niks te eten of te snacken kon bestellen aan het zwembad. Dat hebben we wel echt gemist. Het zwembadmeubilair kon ook wel een goede update gebruiken. Een aantal parasols was kapot of niet bestand tegen de Meltemi-wind.

Schöner Einrichtungsstil und freundliches Personal.

Frühstück war in Ordnung, jedoch sehr kleine Auswahl und jeden Tag das gleiche. Kaum Sitzgelegenheiten zum Frühstücken, mussten teilweise auf der Poolliegen essen. Auch kaum Schattenplätze. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss und hat nur ein kleines Fenster daher kein Tageslicht. Preis Leistung stimmt definitiv nicht, viel zu teuer für das was es bietet.

Struttura piacevole con vista sul mare. La camera è molto spaziosa e arredata con guato, fornita di tutto il necessario, letto comodo, bagno moderno. belle le aree comuni, piscina piccola ma piacevole con annesso un piccolo bar. La colazione buona anche se non molto varia non disponendo di una cucina.

Il vero punto negativo non dipende dalla Struttura. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna che durante il nostro soggiorno ci fosse anche un folto gruppo di ospiti americani rumorosi che non si è comportato in modo rispettoso nei confronti degli altri ospiti della struttura, facendo festa e chiasso la sera fino alle prime ore del mattino, non permettendoci di riposare.

Das Frühstück wirkt improvisiert, Sitzgelegenheit sind nich genügend vorhanden und v.a. kaum Schatten. Das Büffet ist in der prallen Sonne. Für mich klafft hier das Preis- Leistungsverhälznis im Verhältnis zum Durchschnitt anderer Hotel auseinander. Ansonsten schöne Anlage und Pool, da aber kein Aufenthalsbereich komzipiert, unterhalten sich alle Hotelgäste am Pool bis spät in die Nacht, wo sich auch Zimmer befinden und dann ist es leider auch laut.

Hôtel agréable, mais l’espace petit-déjeuner est insuffisant et peu ombragé. Le service des boissons (café, thé) gagnerait à être amélioré. La piscine est vite encombrée lorsque tous les transats sont occupés. Dans l’ensemble, le cadre reste très plaisant et les prestations globales sont de qualité.

Room size, quiet athmosphere, view of the town and the sea.

Breakfast is ridiculous. All packaged pancakes and stuff. Full of carbs and no protein. They did not care to put an umbrella so it’s a battle between guests to try to find a shade. You will basically get sunburnt while having breakfast. Apart from the short brown haired lady, stuff was not smiling or welcoming you at all. The guy at the bar hates his job and it shows. The other lady lives within her phone. You ask something and they look at you with a blank face. Hospitality is below par. However the short haired lady is so nice and she smiles all the time and welcomes you. They are lucky to have her.

En mi opinión, la relación calidad-precio no se ajusta a lo que ofrece el alojamiento. El desayuno me pareció bastante escaso. Además, el día antes del check-out recibí un WhatsApp para recordarme que tenía pendiente pagar 1 € del minibar. Por supuesto, es lógico que se pague lo consumido, pero teniendo en cuenta el precio de la noche, me parece un detalle poco acertado insistir por esa cantidad. Sobre todo cuando ni siquiera se ofrece una botella de agua de cortesía, sino una botella rellenada con agua del grifo. En general, considero que hay detalles que deberían cuidarse más teniendo en cuenta el precio del alojamiento.

De locatie is super! Verder was het prima maar niet geweldig.

De kamer was vrij gehorig, voornamelijk de kamer boven ons. Verder is het was minimalistisch, de kamer is groot maar er staan weinig meubels. Zo mis je een bank en een wasrek. Er is weinig om je natte kleding aan op te hangen. Het ontbijt is oke, vers van de bakker maar niet heel veel keus en weinig variatie.

La colazione è un pò arrangiata, purtroppo tante volte tazze e piatti erano sporchi. E dovevi farti da solo il latte macchiato con il cappuccinatore Nespresso. Perfortuna aveva le capsule Nespresso a volontá. Quindi per il caffè non potevo lamentarmi

Great stay - lovely pool area, room was nice and staff very helpful.

Getting there is a bit of a mission. We had read people saying not to walk from the port but thought it can’t be that bad, but with some luggage you are heading basically uphill and along a main road before finally meeting a steep drive. Would recommend just getting a cab or if you hire a car on the island you’ll be fine.

The room was spacious and view was amazing. The pool and surrounds look beautiful.

This property is on the outskirts of town and would not be a good choice for older couples, single women (walk home was not well lit or frequented by other people), or people with mobility/fitness limitations. The pool was beautiful but crowded and there were a number of times when there were not enough sun lounges or beanbags for the guests. Breakfast was served outside and there were few seating options with shade.

L’insonorisation est vraiment très mauvaise. Nous entendions les personnes tousser et parler dans les chambres voisines, ce qui nous a empêchés de bien dormir pendant nos trois nuits sur place. L’emplacement est également peu pratique et assez éloigné de tout. Une voiture est indispensable pour se déplacer. Petit déjeuner seulement à partir de 9h, c’est beaucoup trop tard !! Pas de vin dans le mini bar

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im PAREA Hotel. Alles war einfach perfekt – das Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Das gesamte Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich, herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend, und der Ausblick ist einfach traumhaft. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl.

Was hätte noch besser sein können? Unser Balkon war etwas klein und zimmer zu gross . Das hat unseren Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt und ist wirklich nur eine kleine Anmerkung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We had a room that had a terrible septic smell. We told reception twice, and nothing was done for the four days. We found the staff were quite disinterested. I would only stay here if you were aged between 20 and 30.

I made a reservation for 4 people, I received a confirmation that everything was fine, and then at the airport I saw that my reservation was canceled 6 hours before arriving at the accommodation without any explanation. When I asked why, I was told that they were having a private event. I had to book something at the last minute because I was already on my way to Paros.

The staff were extremely friendly and helped us find good activities/restaurants. The breakfast was delicious.. we wanna know what they put in their tuna sandwiches cuz they were unreal!!

There is a bit of a hike to get to there… but it wasn’t too big of a problem as it was still only a 15min walk from the port

Bon petit déjeuner sucré / salé où tout est fait maison, à souligner. L'emplacement est à 10/15 minutes à pied du centre et à 25 min du port. L'hôtel est très beau, situé entre les vignes et la mer.

Le seul point pourrait être la localisation : en venant du port, soit il faut marcher 25 minutes avec ses valises, soit prendre un taxi pour 40euros. Idem pour l'aéroport.

The room was partially underground. No view except people's legs walking by. WARNING whatever you do, do not ask to be picked up at the port. We were charged Euros 36 for a five minute drive. It only costs Euro 35 to hire a car for the day.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Paros. The rooms were beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Breakfast by the pool each morning was delicious and a great way to start the day. The pool area itself is lovely. A special mention goes to Emir, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He provided great local recommendations and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His hospitality really enhanced our experience. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Paros!

The hotel, pool, and the grounds, are beautifully designed and well maintained. Our room was large, so comfortable and had a gorgeous view. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast selection was good. The pool/bar was a highlight—fantastic for relaxing—though the pool deck was crazy slippery!

We would happily stay at Parea Paros again, but it is just outside of town. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the restaurants and shops, though parts of the main road lack sidewalks. Without a car, we mostly walked back and forth, which was manageable but not always comfortable.

O Parea Paros foi nossa melhor escolha nessa viagem. Hotel lindo, limpo, confortável, bem localizado e extremamente agradável. A piscina é uma delícia e pudemos relaxar e descansar, assim como aproveitar o melhor da ilha de Paros. Mal posso esperar pra voltar.

Location, View and landscape around. Very friendly service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and nice boutique size of the complex.

From previous year, it had less amenities (body lotion, welcome drink, wine in the evenings), breakfast was more limited (but good). And they probably should upgrade the car rental company they use (car was not in great condition)

It is Adult friendly, peaceful, and you can feel the good energy and the vibes. We stayed for 3 nights, the staff were amazing, pool is great with good music and cocktails, breakfast is cute served by the pool, very relaxed atmosphere. The room is big and spacious and very clean. The location was great for us, 15-30 minutes drive from everywhere, for us it was better than staying at Nausa (less crowded and more quiet)

It’s not very accessible without car

Die Hotelanlage war modern und stylisch auf einander abgestimmt. Die Poolarea war sehr einladend und sauber. Es gab durchgehend gute Musik im Hintergrund, nicht zu laut und sehr passend zum Ambiente. Wirklich gute Cocktails für einen fairen Preis. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Balkon mit Meerblick war an sich schön, man konnte sich den Sonnenuntergang ansehen. Insgesamt haben wir zwar einige Punkte (siehe unten), die uns „gestört“ haben, hier aber unter Einbezug des Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses, da wir im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, mehr erwartet hätten. Dennoch hatten wir eine gute Zeit. Sidefacts: Der Port von Parikia und auch die Altstadt sind relativ nah am Hotel, gute Parkmöglichkeiten auf großen Parkflächen sind vorhanden. Naoussa ist ein ganzen Stück entfernt und man sollte mit viel Verkehr rechnen. Aber es ist sehr sehenswert.

Leider waren die Damen von der Reinigung nicht besonders gründlich in Hinblick auf die Zimmer. Das Frühstück war unserer Meinung nach nicht wie erwartet und dem Standard des Hotels entsprechend (mit Blick auf den Preis). Es gab eine eher kleine Auswahl und war dementsprechend einseitig. Es gab beispielsweise Brot, aber keine Butter oder Aufschnitt, so war es schwierig sich etwas nach seinem Geschmack zusammen zu stellen, wenn man es eher herzhaft mag. Die Möglichkeiten sein Frühstück einzunehmen war begrenzt da es z.B. nur wenig Tische gab, sodass man auf die Liegen ausweichen musste. Die Einfahrt bzw. Auffahrt zum Hotel hat viele große Schlaglöcher und wenig Platz zum ausweichen, was Auswirkungen auf das Auto haben könnte. Es wäre sicherlich nicht schlecht wenn dies behoben werden würde. Leider hat es in unserem Badezimmer sehr nach Abfluss gerochen, welches sich auch nicht beheben lies. Keine gute Option Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Dusche lief nicht gut ab, sollte bei Zeiten ebenfalls behoben werden.

We loved everything about PAREA ! Our room was very comfortable and clean with beautiful views of the sea and Parikia town. The pool was great and breakfast each morning was delicious. I really appreciate that they provided gluten free and lactose free options for me. Whatever we needed, they provided with a smile. The staff are exceptional! We also appreciated that it was a quiet hotel. It's a short walk to Parikia and the waterfront with plenty of restaurants and shops.

The hotel information said it was a smoke free hotel but people were able to smoke in outdoor spaces and on the balconies of their rooms.

The room was a great space, very clean, and plenty of espresso pods provided in our room. We had a great view from our room (#201). The pool was also lovely and since it’s adults only, was never noisy with kids. The area felt very safe to walk back from restaurants and bars later in the evening.

Since it is in the quieter part of town, it was a bit of a walk to get to the main restaurants and cafes. This was my fault for not fully paying attention to the distance but we ended up finding a path and enjoyed the post dinner walk back. Honestly there was not anything to complain about.

Hotel itself was smaller than expected, has a youthful, cool feel with paired down relaxing decor. The rooms are tasteful and large and we had a lovely view. Breakfast was super, however if you have any nut allergies or any other food restrictions make sure you let staff know asap. Staff were very friendly.

Although more than walkable from town, approximately 15 mins, it is along a busy road were there isn’t always a footpath and it’s on a bend, you need your wits about you. The actual entrance from town has a very, very steep driveway that hasn’t been finished yet but may well be by next season.

I had a nice view of the ocean and it was a really comfortable room and beautiful hotel with a boutique adult vibe. Really nice.

Some of the advertised things like yoga weren't actually available, and the breakfast ran out of items like fruit pretty quickly so you had to be up early to enjoy it.

Amazing room in a great location. Staff were friendly and accomodating, including allowing us to extend our stay when the ferries were cancelled. Breakfast is really good.

The parking situation for hire cars/quads isn’t the best but the staff worked to ensure as many people can be accommodated as possible.

Modernes Hotel im boho-chic Stil, super-schöne und geräumige Zimmer mit bequemen Betten. Wir hatten eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer (unbedingt mit Zimmer mit Meerblick buchen, sonst sitzt man im UG). Personal war sehr nett, hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Pool-Area relativ eng, Frühstück klein und fein (handgemachtes, süsse und salzige Auswahl), aber halt eher überschaubar. Die Sitzgelegenheiten sind eingeschränkt, das heisst man sitzt irgendwo am Pool auf den Liegestühlen - grundsätzlich kein Problem, wenn man unkompliziert ist und kein riesen Buffet erwartet. Die Rezeption ist versteckt im Untergeschoss, etwas umständlich für Checkin, und die Zimmersuche ohne Zimmeranschriften war auch etwas herausfordernd. Ansonsten alles super.

Fantastic hotel ! We traveled from London for a few nights. Super helpful and friendly staff that helped us with a rental and taxis too. Couldn’t recommend more!

Purtroppo è una struttura senza parcheggio auto. É un po scomodo se tutti gli ospiti hanno una macchina, con i motorini non penso ci siano problemi. Per il resto, tutto molto bene.

Sea view was good. The hotel is a good 20 minute walk out of town , which is not too bad, however the first part of the walk is awful as it st on a very busy main road , parts of which have no footpath. Taxis back to the hotel every evening proved to be expensive. Th young lady receptionist was very helpful

We loved our stay at Parea Boutique Hotel! The room was beautiful — spacious, clean, and had a stunning balcony view overlooking both the pool and the sea. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with plenty of fresh and varied options each morning. Everything about our stay was perfect — highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Breakfast was amazing

Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds, lovely pool and spectacular water view. The only problems were the lack of communication about how to actually reach the property reception. There is nowhere for transport to drop you right at the reception area. There was a lack of parking for the property also, cars had to moved daily to allow guests who were blocked in to leave the property. There could be some more tables available for breakfast as there were not enough for all guests to have breakfast.other than these small details the staff were lovely and the property is very nice. A small walk to the main area for restaurants and shopping.

This property was excellent. The staff was so friendly and helpful from the front desk to bartenders. They gave us recommendations for where to eat/sights to see, and went above and beyond in other areas of service as well.

Parking was less than desirable causing a pileup of cars in the morning, it was pretty bad Access to the property from the road was a challenge, driveway was supper steep Staff was helpful, we had an issue with the room not being what we booked that was addressed after a little back and forth I'm an early riser so breakfast was a little late for me but thats personal perference

We had a fantastic stay at PAREA Adults Only Apartments! From the warm welcome to the helpful and attentive staff, everything was perfect. The apartments are beautifully designed, with a spacious pool area and a bar available throughout the day. Breakfast was delicious, and the location is great — just a 20-minute walk to the port. Highly recommended!

The only small downside was that during the day there weren’t enough sunbeds for all guests, as everyone wanted to enjoy the beautiful pool area. Still, we highly recommend it and would love to return!
