Check-in was a disaster. I was told that I could check in early, but I just found out I can't when I get there. They get the money upfront and then ask to collect the money. Clearly, it's a communication problem. The co-host was very nice to communicate with, though. And don't expect an invoice or receipt.

War alles wunderbar, eine Perle unter den Unterkünften in Ho Chi Minh City

Es war schwierig es zu finden, es war gar nichts angeschrieben….einfach in den 2.Stock gehen…der alte Mann am Eingang meinte es gibt hier keine Unterkünfte (:

They only accept PayPal payments which I could not do & that wasn’t stated in their rules. They refused to cancel my booking, asked me to cancel it myself 3 hours before arrival (which would make me pay it in full). And forced me to book a new place in the highest Christmas season 1 hour before arrival. So I decided that if I’m still paying for it, at least I’ll share my experience. Do not book this place, that’s scam.

If you have issue with noise being in the center of the city is not for you but I absolutely loved it and slept just fine so I really have nothing negative to say! Would stay again for sure!

Reviewed Apr 7, 2024The apartment is in a great location that is walking distance from most of the things to do in the city centre. Easy to find with lots of great eating choices around it. The size of the apartment was good and the balcony was a good place to sit at night and people watch from above.
Nothing too bad, the bathroom had hair all over the floor and the bed was not finished being made up when I arrived.both easy to fix in a couple of minutes.
