Vesta - New Cairo Residence

I loved the location. It was so serene. The security man was quite helpful with lifting my luggage to the 2nd floor. The location was close to many spots and very safe. I took nice long walks in the evening. Not my 1st time with vesta apartments. Their quality is always assured. I liked having a washing machine with dryer. The toilet paper was high quality. The apartment was spacious. It was a good stay.

Nothing really. Just that one sofa was worn out so I didn't use it. Vesta should change it. I think there was no gas in the cooker..I personally didn't cook i just used the microwave but for families that want to cook it should be made available however it's possible I didn't know how to switch it on. Overall I had a very nice stay and I was a bit sad to leave.

It would be better if the staff was more cooperative it really was a horrible experience i will never go to this property ever again they were unprofessional and i really didn’t enjoy the day the pool wasn’t clean and there was a very bad smell back of the pool it was a dirty water that wasn’t cleaned from ages and the bathroom smells like shit it was clean but smells really bad and there was no signal at all and the staff was really rude and i wanted to rase the temperature of the pool and no one helped me it was really really bad experience and they was very late at returning the insurance fee

The location and the apartment itself are good.

The communication with operations is complicated, the phone numbers they providing are not answering, after two days of requesting third set of bed sheets they brought just a dirty duvet :(

The host confirmed the booking on the website, where I requested check-in at 09:00. He did not reply to the request specifically. We called him to ask if we can do early check-in (with additional payment), and he said he will check. We needed to text him multiple times and call to ask if he could check. Finally, he confirmed that we can check in at 09:00. When I sent him a message to ask about the check-in details, how to find a place, and keys, he told me that he cannot accommodate us, and it was already 7 pm. We called him and he said that there is someone else staying and he cannot accommodate us early at 09:00. It is very irresponsible, and I would understand the situation if he had not confirmed multiple times the booking. i don't advise the host to anyone.

The place was really clean and majority of the appliances were new and in good condition. The apartment is spacious and the are is quite.

Faced some problems with the payment but the host helped out with that. Not having an elevator was not a big issue since the stairs were easier than it seems.

Very perfect stay at Vesta🫶🏼 + The staff was very helpful and smart and answer any question on the spot. So every thing was perfect and secured.
