Zepsuta klimatyzacja

This is a wonderful place for a family getaway. The area is peaceful and private. The place is cosy, neat and clean. The host is exceptionally helpful and always ready to assist.

Good location

This was an excellent accommodation for me and my wife and it more than met our expectation. The host Mr Ramez was very hospitable and responsive. It has full kitchen wares making it a home away from home.

Nothing

The location and the coziness of the place

Nothing to dislike

Location cleanes

Pool should with hot water

كل حاجه كانت رائعه المكان ،،، الهدوء،،، النظافه ،،،،، الاستقبال في قمه الذوق

The host is a true gentleman, received me at the door right on time. The studio was hygenic and clean, everything was available: from a large good cooling fridge, a working stove, clean and enough utensils, comfy sofa, working tv with channels well over 20 countries (including HD sportchannels) and ofcourse the cherry on the pie; a decent size pool wich is mentained almost daily by the local poolguy. The bed was a bit on the shorter side for me (im relatively tall) but other then that it was also a good sleeping experience (very quiet). The bathroom also was very clean, plenty of towels were provided and the water (wich i like) could get steaming hot (a feature wich isnt always available at most studios ive stayed at in Egypt). I had a good rest and i enjoyed my stay; i have recommended my friends and myself will be returning within a short period of time, In Sha Allah.

I have really did not came across anything i did not like.

Everything was exactly as described. The highlight was definitely the owner, Ramez — very helpful and extremely welcoming.

Nothing.

Magnifique appartement, très propre, très belle piscine, propriétaire très professionnel, on reviendra, je recommande a 100%.

The host was extremely helpful.

Safe place, Beautiful House

The location was perfect and the apartment was very clean and had all the extras in the kitchen and bathroom to allow us to relax. The pool was very clean and outside sitting areas very nice. The best part of the stay was the owner because he was responsive and very attentive. The T.V. Had a great satellite with American channels. Thank you

We loved everything

It was an amazing experience as our host Ramez made everything easy and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. He was available to answer questions and meet requests to our convenience without hesitation. There was nothing but positive feedback about the property and service of the host. Thank you and we’ll definitely consider staying here in the future.

Ramez very active and kind

Every thing was perfect for me I give this property and the owner Ramez 15 /10

Quiet area very helpful owner and has everything you need

Very nice place, spacious and very welcoming and the most important thing, it’s very quiet. Very professional host. Having the pool makes it feel like we are in a resort.

You can’t beat the price! So nothing to dislike.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how well-equipped and thoughtfully furnished the entire space was. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features for me was the fully furnished kitchen. Not only did it include all the essential utensils and cooking supplies, but it also had high-quality pots, pans, and even a few extra touches that made cooking a pleasure. It really added an extra layer of convenience and comfort to my stay. The room also had ample closet space, complete with hangers and plenty of room for all of my belongings. The provided towels were soft, fluffy, and of great quality—another small detail that made the experience that much more enjoyable. The heater worked perfectly to keep the room at a comfortable temperature, even on chilly evenings. As for the amenities, the pool was a fantastic touch. It was immaculately maintained and provided a refreshing escape after a long day of exploring the area. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property, which made me feel confident in the hotel’s commitment to providing guests with a high-quality stay. I truly appreciated the thoughtfulness and convenience of this hotel—it offered everything I needed and more. From the fully functional kitchen to the relaxing pool and cozy room, every part of my stay was made easier and more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-equipped place to stay. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

We spent 2 wonderful weeks, the apartment is very nice and clean, you can find everything you need, the pool and terrace are very clean and neat, a very quiet and clean area, the owners are very nice and helpful, we would definitely book again, you feel like you are at home, I can recommend this apartment 100%. We would like to say a big thank to the owner.🙏🙂

The washing machine is a disaster😅 and I would replace it with an automatic one. The rest was all perfekt.

We rented this lovely appartement to spend some time with family. The children loved the private pool. The host is very friendly and helpful immediately answering our questions. Overall, I highly recommend this accommodation.

Very friendly and welcoming host, nice apartment

Shared pool with another apartment (not 100% private pool)

The location, facilities, great neighbourhood, and staff friendliness…perfect place for families and no issues with finding the location for transportation (Uber) and food delivery (Talabat)

Nil

I did my own breakfast (and did not expect to be served one). The place is clean and tidy. The bed is good. The pool is clean and well taken care of.

As the flat is on the ground floor, there isn't much natural light.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Magic Studio. Everything was as we expected and more. Ramez was an excellent host and he made sure our stay was comfortable, he went above and beyond to help us wherever we needed help. The studio is well equipped, it’s in a quiet place in fifth settlement and only 10 minutes away from cairo festival city which has a massive shopping mall. It’s also close to the airport. Overall, we would happily recommend it to friends and family visiting Cairo.

I love how friendly the host is. I have stayed here many times and it is just a super clean, relaxing place. Great wifi for work, the airconditioner is super cold for summer, great cable tv, and having the pool is amazing. Always sad to leave. Its like a mini resort in Cairo thats a very quiet place to recoup your energy.

Nothing all amazing

I really enjoyed my stay, it was quiet and everything you need is provided. The family are really nice and super helpful. It was perfect for my 3 week stay!

Amazing property in every way. Incredibly clean and well organised. I was extremely happy with great wifi and an amazing pool straight outside the lounge room doors. Very private and only shared with one other apartment. The garden and pool area were highly maintained and all questions were answered about the property immediately. Super quiet apartment and easy parking. Great Cable Tv as well. An excellent property! It really was great value.

All services worked excellently.
