Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Great location and very easy to get to — it took us less than 15 minutes from the airport. The unit has lovely views from three sides, overlooking the sunset, the harbour, and Kota Kinabalu city. Plenty of towels were provided, together with shampoo and shower gel. There are also restaurants, laundromats, and convenience stores on the ground floor, which was really convenient. Great Internet connection. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay.
A few areas that could be improved.. The check-in instructions were a little confusing and seemed somewhat incomplete, and we only fully understood the process after calling the owner for clarification. The parking fee was also quite expensive, and no parking access card was provided. We were told that the cards were limited and that we should have informed the owner in advance, although we were not asked beforehand whether we would be bringing a car. Another thing to note is that the lifts can get very crowded during peak check-out hours, so it would be advisable to leave a little earlier. Despite these minor issues, the unit itself was comfortable, conveniently located, and offered very nice views.

The location is perfect with plenty of food options close by and having the jetty just across the road was great after a full day on the islands, you just want to get inside and cool off after. Would definately book again.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026Very spacious apartment, with air con, fridge and small kitchen. It also has a sea view and we got lucky with sunny weather every day. It was a short walk to restaurants and the weekend night market which was excellent. It was also close to our scuba school. There were also quite a few places to eat and some convenience stores on the ground floor.
None that I can think of.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026離島に行くのに、立地が良かったです。 ベッドルームも２つあり、お湯も出て、快適でした。 部屋は、すごく新しいわけではありませんが、ベッドなどは清潔感があり、タオルも沢山ありました。 ホストも非常に親切で、メッセージのやり取りもスムーズでした。 離島に行く方にはおすすめです！
外の工事音がかなり大きく、昼間に部屋でゆっくりするのには不向きでした。夜寝るだけなら、問題ないです。

We were unlucky I think as it’s a summer holiday after all… Noise from other apartments and the traffic were just too much as we wanted to have a relaxing holiday. Slamming doors, loud shouty voices, super loud music continuously happening after midnight and traffic noise especially motor bikes.

the apartment is next to jetty, there are alot spotlight around. During sleeping time, the room still very bright although we used all the blackout. as there is frosted glass windows in both bedroom without blackout. another thing is the master bedroom is pool view, the kids will be there at 7am sharp. I forced to wake up early morning during weekend due to the kids' laughter.

Reviewed Nov 13, 2024The apartment was very clean and has all the necessary items for a good stay such as vacuum cleaner and broom. The view was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. The host was generous with the number of towels provided. The wifi was superb. The number of security guards around the property made us feel very safe. There were many eateries on the ground floor for different tastes. The 24-hour laundromat was very convenient.
The lighting in the toilets could have been brighter. As the shower floor is dark, it gives the impression of dirt on the gratings. The instructions to use the car park if you are driving could be made clearer. The front door key also requires lubricants as its quite stiff when taking out the key. We have donated a bottle of WD 40 to the apartment for future use.

All beds are comfortable, kitchen and toilets are clean and tidy. We especially love they provided many clean towels for us to stay for 3 nights. Reviewed Jan 31, 2024Booked for 4 nights during a trip with friends to Malaysia. The apartment was well located by Jesselton Ferry Terminal, where most of the island hopping boats set off, as well as several malls, markets and restaurants. The flat was really spacious and clean with all the basic amenities and air con throughout. Lovely infinity pool where you can watch the sunset. Communication was prompt and generally helpful throughout. And of course, amazing value for money. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting KK :)

The pick up instructions for the keys were unclear, had to be resolved by phone.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2023Loved everything about it!! Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.

Corridor walk-way, Lift walk-walk. Property management & maintainence really should do something, the corridor & passenger lift walk-way should be clean at least 1-2 times daily. The corridor walk-way are really dirty, on my stay of 3nights there's a ice-cream drop on the floor at the corridor but seems no one is taking responsibility of it. Property owner really should complain about this to the management.

The building (shopping mall (?) and 2 residential towers) does not yet seem fully developed, which looks a bit funny but did not really affect our stay. The location is good enough, but a bit at the outskirts of KK.

Reviewed Mar 11, 2023Loved the view from the apartment and the rooftop is amazing. The apartment is nicely decorated and very clean. The drinking water tap was a great bonus. Shops and restaurant at ground level - very convenient. Car parking is available. Right beside the ferry terminal for island hopping - a must do when visiting Kota Kinabalu.
It is a shame there is no washing machine inside the apartment - you have to go to an external laundrette outside on the ground level to pay to use. The gym facilities could also be expanded and improved but they are still in the building stages. The pool and garden was not yet finished and opened February 2023.

Reviewed Dec 21, 2022The unit was well-equipped, tastefully decorated and very cosy. The views were amazing as it is a corner/end unit. All facilities were working well - aircon, WiFi, TV, appliances etc. Kitchen is almost complete, so it is possible to cook a light meal. Bathrooms are supplied with towels and amenities. Hopefully I would return one day!
