Gorgeous Studio Suite w/ King size bed

???? Nothing, it was totally run down and absolutely nothing at all like the photos

The leaking aircon, missing toilet seat and lid, light switches hanging off the wall and fusing, the water connecting the toilet leaking all across the bathroom floor, the broken doors in the bathroom and kitchen, the broken latches on the window hanging off, the poor decoration and damp patches painted over, missing flooring, the list goes on and on

Stayed in Unit E -aircon pvc is located in bathroom and it’s leaking, quite a hazard for slip. I’m pretty sure this can be fix easily

The bed was very comfortable. The tv was very nice. The caretaker of the studio was extremely nice and helpful and so was her son.

It could have had more pots and pans because the ones that we were using were so worn out. There were no outlets to be able to plug the toaster in. It was a very small small refrigerator and the freezer had very little space. The air conditioning leaked onto the bathroom floor across to the shower area creating a puddle so every time you had to use the toilet you would stand in water.

Good location for visiting family living locally. Very nice decor, comfortable bed.

Caretaker kept reminding us in-person and via WhatsApp what time checkout was. Didn’t appreciate their hovering presence re this matter. Owner did not reply to email request via booking.com re dropping bags off two hours early. On arrival day caretaker was not easy to deal with re this matter. We got it but were told several times we were early, although we not wishing to actually check-in early.

The owner provides a detailed info of the place before check-in to make sure everything is clarified with the renter. This helped us find the place easier. We love how they have a parking lot enough for 3-4 cars, so we don't have to find a slot anywhere else for our car. The staff replies immediately as well and helps with inquiries and concerns, if any. They were very polite and communicates well. The place is complete with necessities: from the kitchen needs (including drinking water) to a fast internet connection. Great for staycation times. It is also very clean and feels like home. We had a great sleep that night.

Comfort room can be better with hooks or areas where you can place your towels and clothes. Balancing the airconditioner to make sure that the living room isn't too cold and the bed area to not be hot was a bit of a challenge to us. Placing a small electric fan for the bed area with the AC still on will help make sure that the temperature is balanced throughout the place would be our suggestion. This will also help lessen some effort from the AC. Location is within residential area so expect cars parked on one side of the road at night.

The toilet did not have a toilet seat. Water from the air conditioner runs across the floor requiring a mop to be used whenever you want to sit on the toilet. Noise from barking dogs that continues through out the night. Many nights I woke up with back pain from the bed (it was comfortable but not supporting).

Very nice modern studio, the bed was good and the kitchen was well equipped. The caretaker was nice and understanding. It is close to a highway so travelling to other places is easy.

The toilet had no seat and all the (stray) dogs barking and scooters honking outside kept us up for a long while. Some sound insulation would help.

The property is well organised, neat and has great facility. I love how it’s designed
