Quiet Top-Floor Studio in Central Oslo

Not far from the the city centre. Check-in was very easy. Big smart TV with YouTube. Appreciate the option to check-out late at 1PM on Sunday.

The apartment was not properly cleaned after the previous tenants. There were stains on the toilet, crumbs on the floor, hair clumps in the shower, and leftovers in the fridge. Also, the apartment itself is very dated, the pictures that you see on Booking are heavily edited.

The apartment is in a great location, close to the river and also within easy reach of the lively city centre. It takes around 30 minutes to walk into town, either along the picturesque riverside or through the pleasant city streets. Public transport connections are also very good. The owner was friendly, helpful, and easy to contact. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was of a normal size. Compared to other accommodation options, the apartment offered good value for money.

The apartment was not really clean. It felt as though it had only been given a quick and superficial cleaning, especially the kitchen and the sink. There was also no proper wardrobe, just a few hangers for clothes.

Everything that is needed is in the room. Location is also good

No elevator to go up to the last floor. Also between the stairs and the first door on the last floor there's no light, so you should use your phone's lantern at night to try to open the door or viceversa to not fall walking down the stairs. Under the bed-sofa should be cleaned... It was dusty and a little dirty in general.

Easy self check in and check out. Location is quite nice.

Très mauvaise expérience avec le personnel. Service de mauvaise qualité. Communication faible. Difficultés rencontrées pour entrer dans l’appartement à cause d’une application qui ne fonctionne pas avec tous les numéros internationaux. Pas de personnel sur place ou à proximité. L’appartement n’était pas propre à l’arrivée. Le lit n’avait pas été changé. J’ai dû trouver les draps de rechange et le faire moi-même. Propriétaire négligeant et irresponsable. Si quelque chose ne fonctionne pas, on est plutôt laissé à soi même.

Es gab keine Schlüssel zur Wohnung, dies hatte der Vermieter vorher überhaupt nicht erwähnt, die seien verloren gegangen. Man musste ausschließlich mit der App "unloc" auf- und zuschließen. Auch die Hellhörigkeit vom Zimmer gegenüber war unangenehm. Das Zimmer war so klein, dass die aufgeklappte Schlafcouch nur wenige Zentimeter von der Couch stand und kein Platz für einen Tisch, z.B. zum Essen war. Auch die Haare im Kühlschrank deuteten auf wenig Hygiene hin

It was very comfortable because small things like laundry hanger, laundry net etc.. were all set. The lady came to explain all the details. She was very friendly and kind. I will book again when I come back to Bergen !

Great place for a short trip to Oslo, nice location, really walkable and a short bus ride to the Oslo Central train station. I'd recommend this place for a solo-traveller. The host was great and allowed to check-in an hour earlier. Thanks!

It was a very quiet place with grocery stores close by. The location is in a nice area of Oslo and one can walk to a lot of parks or even the city center from there.

Superb self checkin with digital keys and very helpful and fast responsive host. 10/10 Recommend it to one or two person who want to enjoy peaceful stay within close to city centre.

The location close to a creek and a park, and the possibility to walk to city center, but also the very good bus and tram connection. Also being on the 5th floor with a lot of light and it was indeed quiet, no noise from other apartments. There were a lot of convenient items left there in the kitchen and bathroom, as well as tourist info.

The apartment seemed like cleaned in a hurry, but it was overall ok. Good for one person, but maybe too small for two people. An additional bigger towel would have been convenient.

The flat is located in a quiet place, beside a nice park crossed by a river. There is a 7-23h supermarket right beside the property and nice restaurants within 1 to 10 minutes' walking distance.

The door is unlocked with a phone app (no physical key), so ensure your phone battery is not discharged.

Grate value for money.

Sofa-bed needs to be changed to an actual bed. Also black out curtains are missing.

It is a great place with a nice host! It is located not far from parks and different tourist attractions, you can walk through the tourist spot until reaching the city center!

In comparison to other options this apartment was very cheap, and much better than everything of the same price. Location is good: big grocery store in the neighbor building, tram and bus stops in couple of minutes by foot. The city center itself is not so far if you want do some walk: about half an hour and you are in harbour. There was almost everything you might need during short stay: kitchen with utensils and some devices, shower, bed, etc. Location was very quiet. During my three days stay I have never heard any noise. There was big modern TV-set with all needed apps installed. Internet connection was good. I could check in at 10 and work in calm, big thanks host for that.

The apartment is kind of one room. It is not spacious at all. If you make bed from the sofa, there is no more place. This bed itself is not the conveniest. There was no place to put your clothes. There was no proper table to eat or work. I could not find normal knife, only one small and dull. There was no kitchen hood. I tried to cook food and there was so much fume so I was afraid that sprinklers will start shoot water.

Really nice studio, with just half an hour walk you can easily reach the city centre. Just behind the studio there are a park and the mathallen market. It's very quiet and the owner has been very helpful, too.
