Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Very convenient to tram stop, corner shop ( but sold no bread!) and the marathon course! The beds were SO comfortable- all our group slept very well but could do with an extra pillow each - 1 is not enough 🥴
Entry gate was heavy and awkward especially for a smaller person. Signage to individual apartments would be helpful as the only sign on wall did not indicate ours. The alley was dark at night. The lighting in main room at night also inadequate.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Comfortable, GREAT lugagge room with clean bathrooms and safe system. Everything automatic and simple.
The street where is located is not specifically nice, since is next to the central station (as it happens in most places here in europe) but is really close to the centre and it does not feel unsafe. The heating system of the room was not working well or it was really hard to understand how it worked, we had to turn it off as it was giving cold air. However, as it was September it was not a problem.

Se ci fosse stata una scopa avremmo potuto dare una pulita giornaliera e sarebbe utile anche il bagnoschiuma oltre al sapone per le mani, ma è andato bene anche quello.

The windows when closed did block a lot of the noise but then the room was unbearable hot. In the mornings it was impossible to make up for lost sleep as the supermarket right next to us began taking delivers from 6am. Overall it was dire

There is nobody to let you in. Very complicated to register your passport to prove your ID and get building and room access codes. Make sure you have smartphone with data and calls to arrange this. The hotel is central but not in a tourist area, where some people may feel unsafe … but we were fine.

No food basic supplies (tea/coffee). Confusing why the same code needs to be tapped in 6 different occasions to reach the luggage room.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026It was located well near the train station for our needs but definitely the less savoury side of the station. It technically had all the facilities we wanted. Hairdryer , free laundry facilities on every other floor, and a kitchenette in the room.
When we arrived there were soooo many people coming and going out of the rooms and floors. This is one of those unstaffed type hotels where you get a code sent and just go in. I felt uncomfortable and not unsafe exactly but I wish there was more security around the room levels and the elevators. You don’t get a room card as it a code you enter on the door. This means that anyone and everyone can come up in the lifts if they get into the building, which seems easy when we arrived as many people where coming in and out. Also the doors to the corridors on each floor were all open even though they had code locks on them so anyone could access any floor too. The room locked but there was no deadbolt. I just did not feel secure. Other hotels we have stayed at like this had far better security and check in and out procedures that gave you a card to access both elevators, floors and rooms. Far more secure and better than this code system. You have to empty your own rubbish which is fine but the rubbish area was literally overflowing.

Nieprzyjemny zapach na korytarzu - słaba lub brak wentylacji. W pokoju teoretycznie można było ustawić temperaturę ale ta wentylacja lub klimatyzacja też nie do końca dobrze działała. Momentami było duszno, natomiast pozostawienie otwartego okna na długo nie było rozsądne gdyż hotel stoi blisko ruchliwej ulicy.

Window should be possible to open a bit more (summer); no lounge or any place where we could sit; the building in general is ugly inside and outside and it feels more like avery low-end apartment block than a tourism-targeted building. One of 2 elevtors wasn't working and sounding an alarm for the entire period we stayed (2days+nioghts). Once your inside your small room it is ok but everything before is far substandard for 120 eur/night

- woda pod prysznicem była tylko zimna, nie działała ciepła - nie działał system zmiany temperatury w pokoju - na jednej z kołder były plamy wyglądające jak zaschnięta krew - lokalizacja hotelu jest bardzo nieprzyjemna. Pod wejściem siedziała grupa osób wyglądających na bezdomnych. Nie czułem się komfortowo chodząc tam. - ten sam kod jest używany zarówno do pokoju, jak i do wejścia do budynku. Trzeba bardzo ostrożnie wpisywać kod, bo ludzie siedzący pod budynkiem patrzą na ręce. - w nocy było słychać jak ludzie w pokojach obok spuszczają wodę w ubikacji. - co jakiś czas było słychać łomotanie na korytarzu. Ogólnie nie czułem się komfortowo.

C’era polvere ovunque, ho chiesto di avere una pulizia aggiuntiva per la camera ma la stanza era uguale a prima( secondo me nessuno è venuto a pulirla). Macchie di muffa sulle lenzuola. Una volta chieste nuove lenzuola anche le “pulite” erano piene di macchie. Due cuscini piccolini a testa e poco spazio per poggiare le cose nelle camere. Nessun tipo di assistenza sia in loco che via chat/telefono( se non per mettere feedback).

Check in isn't till 4pm. We were jet-lagged & woken at 4am by deliveries to the market below our room, yelling etc this happened every morning. The shower wasn't hot, so I couldn't wash my hair. Micro wave faulty. Would not stay again.

The hotel looks a bit run down, and the inside feels less than comfortable. The floors are of the material that you would expect to find in a nightclub, sticky and grimy. It wasn't cheap to stay here, so I hope the facilities see some improvements.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Sijainti ok, oopperatalolle, satamaan + Munckin taidemuseoon n. 1 km kävely. Kuninkaanlinnaan ym. kaupungille seikkailut metrolla/raitsikalla/bussilla. Julkinen kulkeminen oli kyllä helppoa päivälipun turvin. Hotelli toimii parhaiten omatoimimatkailijoille, ei aamupalaa. Huone sinänsä ihan siisti ja toimiva. Ympäristö aika etninen. Lähellä mm. puolalainen ravintola, jossa saimme yllätykseksemme tosi hyvät Wiener-schnitzelit. Lisää hyviä ravintoloita sitten tietenkin oopperan kieppeillä.
Hotellin varaus netissä ok, mutta sitten piti erikseen vielä tunnistautua Forenomiin, jotta sai ovikoodin. Periaatteessa aulassa oli työntekijä paikalla, mutta käytännössä hän ei ollut läsnä. Hotellin kuvauksessa opastettu P-halli kyllä löytyi, mutta sieltä ei ollut helppoa löytää hotelliin (tai me emme ainakaan löytäneet), joten veimme mp:n toiseen läheiseen p-halliin. Eli tavaroiden roudausta ja pyörän vienti erikseen parkkiin...sama toisinpäin lähtiessä.

Helaas ging er een alarm af na het koken. Dit was de afzuigkap die een soort in storing was gevallen? Na een moeizaam telefoongesprek is er iemand komen helpen. Wat mij betreft kon het telefoongesprek iets vlotter, dit verliep erg onhandig.

The area, even though it was close to the train station, wasn’t ideal. We didn’t feel particularly safe in the evening. The room was also very warm with no air conditioning, and there was no lock on the inside of the door - only a keypad on the outside to get in. We would have preferred a bolt on the inside to make sure no one could get in just by using the keypad
